This place has gone downhill fast, it used to be my favorite wash when they first opened, but now I regret going there. Takes forever for the self serve wash bays to switch between high pressure rinse and soap/anything else, so you're litteraly just their waiting as your time is running out. The scrubbing brushes are old and scratch your car. The machines don't read your credit card half the time. Now onto the automated wash.. Paid $15 for the top was option, and the wash was done in less than one minute. No foam, no undercarriage wash, no wheel cleaner, tire shine, not enough rinse (had soap all over the car by the time the dryer started) and then my car was left half dried, and I had to spend 15 minutes drying it myself, and then another 15 cleaning my wheels. $15 wash for what was the $5 wash option. This drive through has recently gone through some kind of upgrade as they are now called flight line car wash. I'm not sure what happened on my wash, but I have suds all over my car and it barely dried anything off. I stopped coming here for this exact reason, but was hoping the new wash would solve these old problems, but on this wash nothing has changed. read more

I don't expect a professionally detailed outcome from a short, $5.00 drive through wash, but at least rinse the car off reasonably well! I vowed not to return after my prior vehicle came out of the wash dirty, particularly the back end. I returned a couple of years later with a different vehicle expecting a different result. Shame on me. The sides and entire back end of the vehicle were left dirtier than prior to driving through the wash! I'm not sure I understand how this can actually happen. 4-2-2023 The 3 times we have wanted to go to this car wash since about late February. Now it has been closed with a fence around it.(‍) The price for removing dust and some bugs off of our car is very reasonable. The one problem I have seen is The attendants on duty are no where close to being consistent in doing their duties. We have had a young lady put a plastic bag on our back window washer blade to protect it from getting mangled. She also used a soft scrub brush to remove dead bugs from the headlights and front windows. She then sent our car through the car wash. We had another attendant hiding in a room while he was talking on his cellphone. My husband had to go find him to let him know we wanted to go through the car wash. He never acknowledged we were there and never got off the cellphone. He just sent us through the car wash w/o prepping our car then he went back to the room and continued talking on his cellphone without setting it down. Most attendants on duty did prep the car. This car wash is ok for us bc our car is mostly dusty with A few bugs periodically and the dust and bugs have always been removed. *I would say all the attendants have been very pleasant. The one on the cellphone, I'm sure did not want to work. He was too busy talking to whomever was on the other end. read more

This car wash is located in front of a CVS pharmacy on Blanco and Huebner. It's pretty straight forward as car washes go. There are several bays where you can wash your car yourself, but also two automatic car wash lanes at the end ( one touchless, one traditional). On my most recent visit I did a quick drive-thru on the touchless lane. Any other time I've been I have washed the car myself but I was in a bit of a hurry. Washing myself has always been a 5 star experience. The equipment always works, everything goes smoothly and I get my car clean. The touchless lane left a lot to be desired. I even purchased the most expensive wash and my car barely looked like it had gone through a car wash. Well, it was wet everywhere but also still dirty everywhere too. Anyway, they also have several vacuums for after you've finished washing. All the amenities you'd expect to find at a car wash, really. Coin machines where you can purchase towels and air freshener. Everything else is really great and like I said, any other experience I've had here would be 5-star but if I were you and looking to clean my ride, I'd do it myself and avoid the automatic lanes! read more

This is just about the worst car wash I've ever visited. I've given them numerous opportunities to get it right bc 15 minutes for $5 seems like a good deal. But every time I've regretted it bc there's no soap coming out during power soap, or it just barely spurts out chemical in pre wash and you waste 5 minutes of time waiting for it to work, the spot free rinse doesn't work, the vaccuum eats your quarters, etc etc. I've never left here when I didn't have to go wash my car some place else or at home bc it was still dirty, and I was $5 broker for nothing. I took the drive through '3 minute wash' the other day, and my car still needed a bath after! I have a 2013 Ford Edge, so I am not sure if the shape of my car had anything to do with it, but shouldn't all drive through car washes (no matter what 'package' you choose) be able to fully wash every type of vehicle? I was greeted by a young lady who explained what to do. She also said she was going to give my car a little spray down to break up the dirt before hand. Okay, great, however she only did my front tires, hood and windshield. Didn't even bother to get the rear or sides. Upon driving out of the wash, I could tell my back window near the top was still dirty. Then, once arriving home, I realized almost the whole rear was still brown (I own a white car) and my rims were barely touched by the scrubbers. I wont be back again. read more

This is a no-frills DIY facility. When you're not willing to part with your hard-earned cash by paying a high school kid to wash your vehicle for $20 to $30 at the nearby pay carwashes, this is the place to go. I've been coming here since 2005. Only complaints are occasional problems with codes not working on vacuum cleaners and the washing liquids taking a helluva time to reach the hose in the last two stalls. Went through the automatic wash, not only did it scratch my car (it was a new car, so there were no scratches before hand..) but the drying part is so weak, also left several spots unwashed. Would not recommend at all, this is the third time ive been here, very disappointed everytime. Have had MUCH better experiences elsewhere! read more

As far as the automatic drive-through wash goes, it's pretty overpriced compared to other automatic washes. And several times that I've gone through, the functions do not all work. The employees don't really care. They are there just there to collect your money and perform perfunctory the duty of spraying down your car before you enter. The wax portion of the car wash is rarely operational. I stopped using them. read more
