Took my sprinter into LB Audio on a Saturday morning as the stereo, back up cam, and Bluetooth went out last year. Izzy said come and look at it for $45. Great service and knowledgeable about sprinters. Found the issue in under 20 min and fixed it which was a blown fuse. I was flaked on by other audio shops. Izzy took care of me and kept his word. Sometime late last year i went to these guys because of reviews on Yelp/Google. They charged almost $600 for a 4-speaker and amp install, hundreds more than what Best Buy charges. They used very cheap wiring, as I'm finding out the RCA wires they provided were faulty since day one and my rear speakers not getting the signal they needed to work. I also found myself that they did not crimp the connectors to the rear speakers, so they would just slide right off, very poor workmanship for hundreds of dollars. I even went back to them after a few weeks because my L side speakers stopped working and they supposedly fixed it, however, they said my amp had a "blown channel" and they had to wire one channel as mono. Not sure if that was them or the amp, but the rest of their work was shotty at best, they never even crimped the speaker connectors when i told them about it, and i saw them look at it... I went somewhere to fix all the issues from LB Audio Shop's installation and didn't pay an arm and a leg. Would not recommend these guys, not sure how they get so much business, they charge way too much anyway. Very disappointed as I picked them out of so many other businesses. I would recommend Best Buy over them. In fact, I would go anywhere else except LB Audio Shop. They are comfortable because of all the business they get, that's sad. Don't support them, unless you like paying high prices for low quality work. read more

You won't find a better crew to help with stereo installation! These guys are fast, thorough, and fair. Nice, too! My '98 hooptie Honda had an aftermarket stereo hooked up with no facade or anything, just hanging out with all the wires visible. I did my research and bought a dash kit at Fry's, then brought it in for the LB Audio guys to install. My stereo looked so much better and got bumped around less, as I'd hoped. While they were installing, they offered to diagnose the crackles that I would sometimes get when using my rca-aux cord, and it turns out I had some frayed old wires (no surprise lol). When it was finally time to part with my car, I had them take out my stereo. I have another car now, and I know exactly where I'm taking it to upgrade the audio!! Five stars! read more

Would not recommend beware of constant upscaling price. I first started off with an appointment and agreed on a price to install speakers, subs, and a 5 channel amp to power everything ($325). Then midway through the installation, the guy said "you never told me you wanted the speakers installed to the amp..." He told me that since I never told him it would cost an extra $150 to install it. Now were looking at ($475) for everything. I was like okay fine (which I did mention), I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since I'm a nice guy wanting to support local businesses. So they continued working and finished it in about 5 hours. After that, they showed me the finished service. Worked great, but once I started the car, the amp produced a very noticeable whining and hissing noise almost like the sound of my engine coming out of my speakers. I pointed it out to them, and the guy said "that was a problem that can be fixed with a ground filter loop, and to come back another time, and we'll fix it for FREE". I was like okay fine as long as they get it fixed and no more charges. So my last trip there, I had the guy inspect and install the ground filter loop. Surprisingly, it worked and the whining and hissing got reduced to like 80%. And then here it comes.. he said " we didn't have the filters that were free, but we did have these filters that were $20 each, and he said I need two. Watch out for there sneaky pricing tactics, and make sure you ask what you're being charged (even though they create problems during the process of their service). Analyze their receipts make sure they go over all of the charges with you because it is literally a piece of paper that has one number which it the total price due. As a final overall review, guarantee they have no set price for their services, and they charge based on how much they can profit when the customer is in need of help. I started with an the initial price of $325 and walked out with the price of $515. read more

I took my car there for a floating unit Alpine. They were friendly and knowledgeable, they did a good job overall, i did pay 1100 after everything for Alpine unit back up camera and all the modules needed. However I had to bring my car another 2 more times, total of 3 times. My camera was put reverse. Second my module was not compatible with my car. I was a lil upset that this was supposed to be done at once not 3 times. But would I recommend them. I said yes. Why not. Maybe it was just my luck though. read more

I took my 07 Ford Expedition Limited to have a Kenwood DDX276BT installed. I had bought all the parts online from Crutchfield and started to do it myself but got a little overwhelmed. Contacted Efren and got a fast response, i asked some questions about the establishment and he answered them.
