I was referred to them by my dentist for a severely abscessed tooth that caused severe swelling in my lower jaw to my neck and to my ear. This tooth needed a second root canal, dreading it because I could not even tolerate my tongue touching the infected tooth. The entire experience with Endodontix was fantastic. Calm, professional reception staff, assurance from dentist I would have a painless procedure. The initial numbing injection did hurt at the beginning. All subsequent injections caused no discomfort and the drilling and filing in that tooth was not felt. I had a second follow up that was also very easy, minimal pain. I received a root canal this afternoon from Dr. Hutchens. I had little to no discomfort during the procedure. I mean this guy has the midas touch. He was expedient, efficient and was very well mannered. The office was very clean and nicely decorated. The receptionist Johnny was such a sweet man as I told him I was having Pain and he got me in right away. My whole experience with LB Endodontix has been 5 Star. From when I called the Torrance location and spoke to Henrietta, she referred me to Jaismine who called me back right away. The whole staff made me feel comfortable and they thought of the whole customer experience from start to finish. There was water, coffee while you wait. All their paperwork was electronic so it was fast and easy. Dr. Hutchinson does a consultation and then you get to review the cost and decide if you want to move forward that same day. They give you chapstick before the procedure, put a plastic mouth piece on you to protect your face and other teeth. Dr. Hutchinson was great and really lived up to his other Yelp reviews. He didn't crack my crowns and explained the whole process and made you feel comfortable. His assistant was also very friendly. At the end, they show you a post Op video (which also gets sent to you via email), give you chapstick and follow up to make sure there's no discomfort. Hello, I was referred here by my regular dentist. I was experiencing the most severe tooth pain I have ever had. It was in a tooth that had I received a root canal treatment in the past. They were able to squeeze me in right away which I really appreciated. The office was extremely clean, organized, professional and calming. The font desk staff was very nice and got me all set up right away. I was able to see Dr. Vahora and man, this guy is awesome! Friendly and extremely good at what he does. He found that in my prior root canal in that tooth (done by a different dental office) had completely missed one root in the tooth and that was the source of the pain. He took care of it right away and I was on the road to recovery. I did have to go back to finish the root canal because the infection was pretty bad and he wanted that to clear up before completely wrapping it up. I went for my final appointment today and was in and out of there quickly and the treatment was pain free. I really want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Vahora and the staff at Long Beach Endodonix for helping me in my time of need and understanding the excruciating pain I was in and making a spot for me when I really needed it. Root canals are NEVER fun . . . But the staff and Endodontist at LBE respected that fact and made the whole process as tolerable as I think they could have. They all seemed genuinely concerned for my comfort, and Dr. Hutchens deftly walked that fine line between being very thorough while ensuring the process was done as quickly as possible. After-care instructions were clear and tolerably short. Only recommendation to would-be patients: Don't wear shorts; it's about 48° in their offices . . . they DO have nice warm blankets though. After being reminded many times prior to my appointment, that I have an appointment I went in 10 minutes earlier to be punctual only to find the door locked. I called and the front desk lady stated that " I have to wait till 1:00 to come in". Dr. Hutches examined my x-ray and stated that i "needed a root canal." Dr. Hutchens and his assistant Jesus was so unwelcoming, unfriendly and unpleasant. He didnt explain anything, he didnt seem to want to answer any of my questions. Such horrible attitudes from both of them when working in someone else mouth. They truly need customer service training. Dr. Hutchens never once asked me how i was doing or feeling during or after the procedure. I left with pain and an uneven root canal. The temporary filling was not filed down. He is such a lousy doctor. Hopefully he gets the training he needs. Just having a dental degree is not enough when servicing people. read more

I recently moved to the area so I found LB Endodontix online. I needed some past root canals re-done, and I wanted to find an appointment quickly before the year ends and dental benefits expire. I was able to get an appointment within a few days, the day after Christmas at 9 AM. Dr. Safa did a great job; he explained to me my options for fixing my problem. Then, the helpful ladies at the front desk showed me how much my chosen procedure should cost after my insurance. I've been to endodontists before that write the invoices in dentist-speak so you have no idea what you're being charged for. Their invoices were very clear and legible. The procedure took about 1.5 hours and reworked my two past root canals. I am confident that with the extra steps Dr. Safa took, my issue will not come up again and I should not need further treatment. I was having extreme pain due to some nerve damage below my tooth. I was really Leary about having a root canal, especially when I saw the doctor, who literally appeared to be barely out of high school. I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism, the way he showed me xrays and explained things, and with his attention to making sure I had no pain. The follow up with attention to pain management and the phone calls to see how I was doing were an added bonus. I was also impressed with the state of the art facility.I have had many root canals, and while never a pleasant experience, I felt Long Beach endodontix went out of their way to ease my discomfort and make this as painless as possible. I had a horrible experience at another provider for a dental CT scan that I need for an implant. My dentist then referred me to Long Beach Endo and wow service was unmatched from the first hello on the phone. They were able to accommodate me right away and the office is spotless and I was greeted so warmly! The CT scan was done perfectly and professionally and the paperwork and processing was straightforward and easy to complete. Do not hesitate to book any of your dental needs there but especially the CT scan. I left with the flash drive in hand and there were never any sales tactics for more services! Not at all! From the beginning the staff is welcoming and professional Dr Hutchins is the only Dr who will ever do a root canal on these teeth - should I ever need another one.
