A lot of other places have given me a hard time getting some custom designs printed on a small about of t shirts but LB graphix has never given me problems. Long Beach Graphix is amazing! I had a last minute Valentine's gift idea and they helped me out a ton! My schedule didn't allow me to come into the store and order what I wanted, but I'm was able to do it all over email and the phone. Esau made things so easy for me by sending me a link to their apparel items for me to choose from. I chose the style of sweatshirt I wanted, color and everything that I wanted printed. Then he sent me a picture of what the final product would look like. Once I approved it he sent an invoice and that was it! It was even ready a day sooner than I expected!! I was very fortunate to have worked with Long Beach Graphix. I was traveling to Cancun to celebrate my 30th birthday and wanted to have 11 T-shirts printed. I walked in on Tuesday at 6pm. In looking at reviews of the various business, LB Graphix had the most reasonable hours. I needed the shirts printed by Thursday evening. LB Graphix was able to make the T-shirts and the quality of the printing was amazing! The professionalism and friendly atmosphere was also very impressive. I was told my shirts were done 3 days early, which was good news. It turned out to be a huge problem. They were already swiping my card when I took the shirts out of the bag and saw literally a hole in one of them and remnants of an 8 1/2 x 11 transfer sheet (like out of an HP desktop printer). The design, which was a circle, was oblong and stretched on every shirt, but not consistently. Some were far worse than others. I was given a proof for Next Level white shirts, but they printed on gray heather Bella Canvas shirts, which I've had problems with in the past. They removed the white from my design without telling me and left it blank, creating a gray logo. I was willing to work with them again, but they made it worse. The owner immediately told the employee to give me my money back, which I appreciated, but he continued on blaming me for the shirt choice and transfer process choice (I wasn't given a choice). His next suggestion was to use a super heavy Gildan shirt that was terrible quality for the same price. When I asked for a different tee, he told me point blank that he didn't believe it would work. If that was the case from the start, why did they even produce shirts on the original type selected? They lack a DTG machine, so all of their transfers for small runs are done via 8 1/2 x 11 print-out. The quality is abysmal and I've never had a worse print quality on a product. I used to work in this industry, doing the same thing, and never had quality issues of this caliber, let alone challenged customers on their shirt choices and design. Do not use them. While they will give you a refund, even they knew that they produced poor quality products. What bothers me the most is that they were 100% ready to charge me for these shirts without checking the quality. It's a waste of time to go with them - now I'm 3-4 days late for shirts I thought would already be complete. read more

I urgently need a few shirt and hat to print for my event. I've been searching all over the fast t shirt printing site like vista print and other charge me a lot more for rush printing. I first emailed to Esau at Long Beach Graphix see if they can do it in 3 days (plus 2 days weekend) and I got a quick responds right away saying they can do it for me. They didn't charge me a rush fees like other printing site and I even got discount by paying cash. I also like their store because it looks like a a creative studio with printer and sample of all kind of t shirt, hat, glasses, bag and clothing. The result of my hoodie and Gildan tees and Flexfit hat turned out great and I am really appreciate their help so I can have nice to T shirt to show off at my event! I had two shirts custom screen printed here a while ago and after a few days of wearing, the graphic started peeling off on both of them. I took them back, showed the staff, and they "fixed" them at no cost to me. Still, time and money wasted on less than stellar job. Simple Order: 1 tiny picture with three words "Thank you Veterans" I told them I would bring in my own t-shirt. Again, I was told "No problem." Results: Poor communication and customer service. My original details were bounced around to different people. Esau ignored my original request and completely botched a very simple order. Their prices were competitive, but the big advantage is they are located in Long Beach! I'm all about supporting the local small business community. Giovanni and Esau helped with the design. I already knew how I wanted it to look, so we found the closest font/template for my vision. They followed up with an email so I could confirm the template (although this part took a phone call reminder). This place is GARBAGE!!!!!!! Do not waste your time and your money. I had 1 simple shirt and they messed up the color, quality was very poor, and customer service was lacking. Yes, they did refund me the amount for the printing but I am out the money for the shirt. They were not interested in correcting their actions or having this customer leave happy. I worked with Jonathan, who was very helpful! The turn-around was fast, and they were able to install a vinyl window graphic within a couple of days. Ok, so I ordered a simple order of 2 sweaters, 1st they said it couldn't be finished by the time I needed it by and I was ok with that, then we sat down and designed it. He is very nice and fixed our design up very beautifully and it was perfect! It was $70 for 2 sweaters. BUT THEN a week later when they wanted us to pick it up, they had NOT even started it, and the man/lady who print it In the back room don't know what they are doing. An hour before we pick it up I get a call asking how out designs go again.They printed it all backwards and messed up, so we complained and they said they can have it done by ANOTHER whole week!! we went in to get them after another week went by and they were closed due to "construction" and didn't even call to tell us such. So over all they are professional but aren't very good at what they do, messing up designs and forgetting about customers as well as making us wait 3 weeks for a design that we were supposed to be done in 3 days. read more

Long Beach Graphix is one of those special companies that really caters to its customers. I recently had 10 dozen shirts designed and printed at LBG for an event my non-Profit is hosting. They walked me through the entire process from A-Z. To start with they took my design concepts and turned them into awesome shirts. Design fees are rolled into the very reasonable printing fee. So you not only get great shirts, you get a graphic designer as well. I must have worked with Leo, the designer, for 2-3 hours from start to finish. Then I had 3 sponsors sign up at the last minute. I sent out a note, "Stop the presses". And they did. LEO went to work right away adding in the changes at no additional charge. The whole process took 7 days. I had come in about 2 years ago, and had 1 vinyl sticker printed. Had a great experience! But then saturday I called and told them I needed my portfolio printed, they said to email them specifics on what I wanted printed. When they got back to me on monday, they said they don't do portfolios. So I called, and said I just needed about 20 double sided pages printed to which the guy told me was just a waste of time, and they don't do small orders. go figure read more

This review is a bit overdue but better late than never. In July, I placed an order for about 18 shirts and before I placed it, I called ahead to make sure that I would get them in time for my event. Leo, who was helpful at first told me, no problem, they could do it within the week and have it ready for me by the weekend, before Saturday. He calls me on Friday, 10 minutes before they are about to close and tells me that all my shirts are ready except for 1 and that I could pick it up on Saturday. I mean really, who calls a customer right before they are about to close to come up pick up their order? Leo, while nice, is not apologetic about not having my entire order ready before my deadline. So I go pick up my last shirt on Saturday and the guy who is showing me my shirt (Tony) seems to not notice the stain on my shirt on the left. I point it out to him and he goes into the back to try to do something about it. He makes it worse and now the stain is even bigger and is now blue. Bright blue on a white t-shirt. The other guy in the shop, who I assume is the manager or the owner, comes over and says that they can replace it for me in the coming week. I tell him obviously, I need it the next day, not the coming week. He doesn't apologize for the stain on the shirt nor does he apologize for my order being late. Wouldn't you offer a discount of some sort if you ruined a customer's order? They obviously must cater to a different sort of clientele and not care about their customer service as much. I mostly do online shopping and orders but decided to give some local businesses a try since their prices were comparable to the online ones. I think after trying this business, I'll go back to online shopping. At least their customer service is better than Long Beach Graphix. Won't be coming back. read more

For myself, they misspelled a word that was spelled correctly on the proof then proceeded to get upset with me for 'not checking.'
