The nails salon is in a great location and the hosts are very welcoming. Unfortunately the service i received was not good. I got a fill on gelx and my nails literally all started lifting within days. I don't know if the quality of gel was bad or the nails weren't primed properly but it was bad i had to go back to my regular salon in less than a week. This salon is in a convenient location so i wanted to try them out. Unfortunately for this service i do not recommend this nail salon. read more

Had a horrible experience, showed a picture of a totally different design and got nothing like it. they took 3 hours on a set i hated and cried over. I asked for a refund and they didn't want to do it only got $20 back and an attitude shouldn't have to pay $95 for a set I hated had to go to someone else to fix them. read more

It's been a WHILE since I had a pedicure were someone did NOT cut me. Jenny did an amazing job, she was so gentle but had just the right pressure for the massage and best off all no cuts =). I wish I lived closer so I can come here more often but I might just have to make a special trip for my pedicure. The place is cute and clean. Would not recommend! The WORST nail lady ever. Rude and did a manicure before a gel nail polish. Didn't push my cuticles back and when I asked for them to please clean up more and push cuticles back before painting, she said she already did them. I watched and felt and have eyes - she 100% did not. Then said she wouldn't do my nails if I wanted my cuticles done more? I'm paying for this. Was the strangest nail experience I've ever had. Have to go somewhere else to finish them. Very rude and demanding lady, telling me it's good when it clearly wasn't. Her not doing the job right cost me extra money to have to go another shop finish manicure and paint them. The ladies name is Lindsey who did my hands. Horrible and rude as can be. read more

This response from the owner completely shows their lack of appreciation for their clients. You weren't uncomfortable taking my money huh? I have always been polite, on time and tipped. I think it's very dishonest for you to try to paint me as something else because I chose to leave a review. I didn't request a gel X nail press on. Your technician chose that nail cause it's an easier option. A tip would have been the right choice in order to better match the existing set. With a tip you can place it a certain way and build the nail. With a gel X complete tip the nail naturally sticks up therefore looking very obvious and does not match the existent set. Of course it's not going to be a perfect match and I wasn't expecting that but the final result was unacceptable and since your technician ignore the feedback during the appt because she's the one that is not approachable she ended up angry at the end when I told her I didn't like it. My feedback angered her and created the unpleasant experience for me. I tipped her after she made the correction but decided to share the experience with you because it was unprofessional however it's even more clear now. The leader sets the tone. read more

This was the worst nail appointment I've ever had. First of all, I made an appointment for 6 PM and they did not start on me until 6:30 - clearly they were overbooked. Since they were so behind they shoved my hands into a bowl of acetone and left me like that until my hands were numb and chalky for another 20ish minutes while I sat in a waiting chair practically outside in the cold. They had literal pedicure chairs open I could have sat in instead. When they finally moved me to a manicure desk, the person working on me changed 3 different times, each time the person would not resume the same task the previous person was working on so it was very inconsistent (ie my cuticles were only treated on one hand). The final person working on my dip manicure was so rushed to get me out, the lengths of my nails aren't even between my hands and the edges of my fingers are stained red. At the end, she had the GALL to demand that I tip!!! Horrible. Never returning. Take your money elsewhere. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for about 5 years now. A pleasant salon, calm, and relaxing inside. Lily, the nail tech that does my pedicure is absolutely amazing!!! She takes her time, is friendly, pleasant, professional, and meticulous. She gets straight to business and is ready when you arrive. I am a very particular person when it comes to my pedicure. So please read Jessica's review from one day ago after you read this because she had the same experience as me basically judged and disrespected. The way these people talk to you is like your stupid. I am a white girl but I feel they thought I was broke because I dress down in a band shirt whatever and I drive a crappy car lol but I have alot of money I could buy that salon I work 6 days a week! I jsut came to relax like any other girl. Let me say this place was beautiful and relaxing but the peille that work there aren't omg. These people here are weird! They will lie about you and act like your the problem when they are . It's like a cult lol So I had a misunderstanding with lily because I wanted her to scrub the bottom of my feet more to remove callous. Thats what any salon does...NOW of you want to have callus remover and have it completely gone yoj lay extra. That's fine but I didn't want that. I jsut wanted it scrubbed a normal amount. My feet were I the water and ahe scrubbed like 10 seconds so light and I've never seen a tech do it that way because you can't see the calculus or what your scrubbing! Usually they extend your leg and scrub the bottom right?? So when I confronted her about the little time she spent scrubbing she said you have to pay extra!!! We are not other salons pAy extra!!! I was like omg whatever because she wasn't understanding what time was saying. So I just let it go. The receptionist came over and she explained ..she didnt day that they could scrub a little longer but I just wanted to leave at the point because I had been arguing with Lilly basically the whole time and I was stressed. I did try to relax after speaking to the receptionist because I felt she was trying to be nice to me but lily was jsut crazy. I felt, like Jessica in the other review that they treated me like inwas broke kept acting like I was trying to get something for free. So I tried to relax while she finished even tho the owner and receptionist were staring at me lol but I judt closed me eyes. I came in on sat so that was my 6th day working in a row and I was very tired. It doesn't end there... i went to the counter to pay and word for word lily asked me do I want to tip on the card or in cash. I said CARD directly to her and she nodded . She heard me !! Then she gives me a receipt and I'm like I can't tip on here I wants fto tip on card?? She starts laughing out loud and says you didn't respond when I asked you how you wanted to tip!!! I was just like o. M g get me out of this weird place. Then she was like it's fine and I left dhaking my head I'm disbelief. She heard me say card she looked at me and akwnoledged what I said. Anyway then I called and vented to the receptionist and told her I was very tense the whole appt. I couldn't relax and I wanted to cry when inwas there because inwas embarrassed and couldn't move because I had wet feet lol. Do go here. They are mean. Go someone where they don't have a chip on there shoulder and act like they are better than their customers. They sure aren't better than me that's for sure. I will say that my nails look good she did ffench tip great and I'm sad that I have to find another salon because I like the way my toenails look but I don't want another experience like that. Thanks for the receptionist for trying to talk to me in a mice way but what is wrong with that lady Lilly? She's cray cray. I love this place more and more with each visit! I was way overdue for a manicure and popped in on a Saturday afternoon. I called ahead to ensure they weren't super visit and able to take me without a long wait. This time I had Tracy as my manicurist and she is lovely! I told her I wanted to take off my hard gel and cut down my nails because they were getting stuck in my keyboard (lol). She recommended to just thin down the hard gel and do a gel manicure to keep the integrity of my real nails strong while it grew out again. I'm a creature of habit so I stuck to the same color. 3 years since my first review and I still come to this Nail Salon to see my girl Tracy for my hands and Livia for my feet. I will not go anywhere else, ever! I've also had my nails done by Lindsay and Stella, whom are both amazing also. The girls here are always able to take care of me, should a nail break (it happens on occasion). Never again. If you can cut your own toe nails you might as well. My appointment was set for 4:00. They found someone to work on my toes at 4:30. She was done with my pedicure at 4:45. I sat for 15 min to let the polish dry. $30.00 My poor little toes got scraped over and over again with the tiny square file. She didn't pay attention at all. She then sprayed my toes with alcohol which made my toes burn due to the scratches she put on the with the file. If they can't scrape your cuticle away then they'll use the cuticle clipper. She gave no discount for being 30 minutes late. read more
