I was not happy as my car has under 35000 miles. Had to take it to the dealership as I have an extended warranty. Sunday my battery was dead. We jumped the car and it ran. Ince it was turned off it wouldn't restart. Not sure if I also had an auxiliary battery. Called and asked if they were able to replace one or both. As usual the reply was yes! Went over and dropped the car. They called me a little while later. We only have one battery. So they replaced it for me. Done with the whole situation in about 2-3 hours, ( I would be at the dealership much longer) Again nothing but positive feedback here. Polite, friendly and fast honest service.

This a place where everyone is actually friendly. They do not try to charge you for unnecessary things, which is another A+ in my book! As a female, this has been my greatest concern in an auto shop. They do their best to keep your bill to a minimum. I have even suggested things I thought I might need done and was told that I did not need them. Shout out to Austin and Rob for always taking great care of me. I actually moved out of the area a few years ago, and I still come back. I would recommend them to anyone needing their car done for almost anything!

Devin is the owner and right now he's working alone since he had to lay off all his employees. He's lost 95% of his business due to the coronavirus. I've always felt Devin was an honest man, very important in auto repair. There were several times he could have made an unnecessary repair but didn't. He also has free air for cars and bikes at the side of his shop. Anyway, I got my oil changed and some brake work done while he was at it. The brake work could have held off but I thought I'd help him out over these trying times. His honesty was once again evident when I asked him to check the battery because it failed this week and I had to get a jump due to inactivity, I had the battery a good while. He said it held a charge fine, no need. The guy stays honest even though he's trying hard to keep his business open. So, if you have an inspection coming up or nearing an oil change maybe you can get the latter done early to help him out. He's Long Beach local so it would help us all to keep him going if we can. I was actually prepared to buy four tires since I couldn't find just one used run-flat anywhere else. The service was awesome, quick, easy, and the guys were really nice. The location is a little tricky to get out of, but getting in wasn't a problem. Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely go back if I needed to.

On the way to work this morning, an indicator light alerted me to a problem with my tire pressure…read more Noticing that I had low pressure and a screw in one tire, I searched for a place to plug my tire. I happened upon Tire Center Flat Fix. This place isn't the most polished shop around. In fact, I was a bit hesitant to stop in this area....but 1) They plugged my tire for $10 + a gratuity on my part. 2) The worker did it within about 5-10 minutes from the time I arrived. 3) The worker didn't try to sell me anything (you know, what Mavis and other repair facilities will call the "free (look over) inspection." ...And I made it to work early! I would definitely use this shop again and recommend it to anyone needing to have a flat tire fixed.
