It comes with your choice of meat sandwiched between two crunchy tortilla rounds, with grilled cheese, avocado, etc. The horchata is really good too, not watery or powdery like some other roadside stands or trucks. They're quite generous with their salsas and sides, I'd recommend getting the grilled onions and jalapeños too. They have a super casual set up with a few chairs and tables if you want to eat outside, but it can get a little windy or chilly so be prepared! The only downside is that they can be a little slow when it gets busy -- sometimes an order can take 20-30 minutes.

Not only were there food trucks but there were also dessert trucks. There was a truck for churros and cupcakes. Who would have thought?
