    Chicken and Waffles

Visited on Mother's Day to wrap up a family member's wedding weekend. We sat ourselves. It was Mother's Day, so or course it was the businesses restaurant day. We arrived a little after 1pm, and the majority of the crowd had subsided, but per our server, they were down one server. Our table had 6 people, and she did well with taking our orders. It did seem to take a little longer than expected for food to come out to our table, as we were one of the 1st tables there, but our server was pleasant. I ordered chicken & waffles. Very plentiful serving. One person in our party ordered the shrimp and grits without onions. After eating a few bites, she realized that her plate had onions, and when she returned it, the kitchen said they couldn't make her another plate because they had shut the kitchen down already. They close at one on Sundays. That was bad business. It was their error, so they should have done something to appease her. Other than that, the food and service were good. Interesting menu. Mixture of Asian dishes and southern dishes. Breakfast had passed, so we had the brunch/lunch menu to choose from.

Country Style Omelette with red potatoes

1st time here and it won't be my last. I got the Country style omelette with the red potatoes. It was very filling and tasty. The service was A1. And there was plenty of seating. I'm in town for a few days so I'm sure I'll be back to try something else.

Thoroughly enjoyed this place from food quality, quantity, price and service. I'd return here if ever in the area and you should go and try it out.

My niece was bragging about this place so she treated me to breakfast. You seat yourself and since it was a weekend, it was crowded. But we found a seat and Caley quickly came and thoroughly cleaned it. She made food suggestions since I had never been and was very accommodating. The food came out quickly ... and maaaaan it was delicious. The biscuits are homemade , grits are perfect. This is definitely a spot to visit when you are in Florence. The servings are a really nice size, so you won't need anything else to eat for a while after this.

We came here hoping to get slate breakfast or brunch while traveling. The place looked like a typical family restaurant but nothing really special. The menu we looked at online had some nice options but unfortunately we weren't able to choose from any of the breakfast items. They did have a "late risers" selection with about four or five breakfast type items. The waitress was sort of standoffish and not very friendly. The shrimp and grits were pretty good but nothing to write home about. I was shock out how thin the sausage patties were on my wife's plate and she said it didn't really taste that good either. I wasn't really impressed.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a quick place to grab breakfast before heading home to Florida and we found this pleasant place on Yelp. It's listed as an Asian Fusion restaurant, and the only part that we could really see was "Fusion" about it was one item on the menu that had teriyaki glaze in the title. However, this place was still very great! The servers were extremely homey and friendly, and the prices were really low for the amount of food that they give you. Their bacon was some of the greatest bacon that I have ever had at a local breakfast joint. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a fast and cheap breakfast indulgence!

The French toast with turkey sausage is delicious! The shrimp and grits is the bomb!! The bologna egg and cheese sandwich is delicious as well. The beef rice bowl is a hit too!!

Absolutely the best breakfast in town, and my 16 month old daughters favorite place to eat. The food, prices, and staff are all amazing.

With it being my first time back in Fort Mill after sometime, I was ecstatic to see this place show up. Upon entrance, the elevated honeycomb seating on the right immediately caught my eye and I knew I had to sit there. The staff was polite in greeting me and provided recommendations after I sat down. For a drink, I decided to try the POKKA Oolong Tea, which was a toss up on whether I'd enjoy it. It was delicious and settled perfectly with all the food. For an appetizer, I decided to get the Tokoyaki which came in a solid portion and tasted great. For my ramen dish, I opted for a house favorite, Spicy Garlic Ramen with a level 2 heat. The whole dish was a perfect balance of tasty topping, well cooked noodles, and a delicious broth. The pork was so tender and of good quality. All in all, this place has such a wonderful atmosphere for grabbing some food by yourself or with friends. The small plates make for perfect sharing and the seating arrangement breeds a feeling of togetherness so often missing from dining experiences. The staff was so kind and helpful, and I even got to learn a bit about the beauty of Indonesia.
