Patrick (the owner) gave me an appointment for his workers to install a sump pump. The first pictures are of the check valve portion of the project. The second picture is an extension installed by Mazzone to my check valve two feet below my basement floor. The third set of pictures are from the completed job by Arid. The workers from Arid were very polite and worked quickly and very effectively with a great deal of carefulness for my home and living spaces. She also heard me say that the leak was in the same place where last year they replaced a valve component. I expressed on the call that I thought it would be a warranty repair. THAT is the only reason I agreed to have them come out. As it turns out it was not related to the valve and thus I was responsible for the repair. Which was fair and have no problem paying. And regardless of whether or not I was told up front, it is not a customer friendly policy. One that I would not have accepted if not for the possibility of warranty coverage.
