Service was good with one minor exception. Ordered the 9 ounce fillet and requested it to be pink. When it was served the top of the steak had a hard leather light consistency in the bottom of the stake had no cook marks on it at all. It's been cooked on one side. What's disgusting is, there's no way the waiter did not realize something was wrong and I'm sure the cook realize something was wrong, but they still served a fillet that was destroyed. It had the texture of a cheap cut of beef. When I told the manager, she looked at it and acknowledged that it was wrong and took it off of my ticket. The problem I have is that I lost the opportunity to eat out and those come few and far between. In writing this, I realize that I believe the cook should've been fired. Just moved out here to Rogers and first time at a Longhorn and wasn't satisfied at all. I moved out here from Las Vegas and guess I have higher standards than what's out here. First was the bread and usually I'll go through at least two helpings but couldn't get past one piece. The three of us couldn't eat more than one piece. We had the Texas Tonion which was delicious. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye and ordered it medium. Well, it came out medium well and heavily seasoned which I couldn't enjoy the flavor of the steak. Added the sweet potato and always love to try it without condiments but couldn't. Didn't realize that it would come with heavy condiments on it. Should always be on the side. Crusty top and gooey centers and the mushrooms were just the right firmness! The quality of the filet was just ok - cooked well but stringy. Ribeye was cooked well and the quality was, again, just ok. No steak sauce needed, but the steaks were over seasoned. Salt level was fine, and since I adore salt that means it was quite over salted (not a problem for me - but heads up for normal people) and jeepers - black pepper for days!! I love black pepper but it shouldn't be a thick crust. I'd prefer my steak to be more beefy, less peppery. The building is nice. Lovely art work. Kind of modern man cave. With horn chandeliers and dark wood. Very macho, upscale, steak house vibe. Incredible waiter! Very attentive and professional and still very personable! Service was fast but didn't feel rushed. So, you ask, why not 5 stars? We'll, that's a good question! At a lower price point they'd get a 5! Basically, for the $ others do it better. I can do it this well at home (we're blessed to have some lovely grass fed, beef steaks in the freezer... and I love to sous vide and then sear!). I got nothing but good to say about this steakhouse. We got here before it got to busy and was seated within minutes. Our waiter was excellent and very attentive to all our needs. We started out with drinks and a appetizer which didn't take long to come out. We both ordered steaks and was very pleased on how they were cooked. I would highly suggest for dessert to get the strawberry shortcake. All I can say is it was outstanding. Get here before the dinner crowd or you will be waiting awhile for a table. read more

Really disappointed in the food that we got. We came here after a long flight from Toronto that was connecting in Charlotte - and we were starving. Never being to Bentonville before, we weren't aware that things close relatively early in the city and so we came straight to the restaurant from the airport. I didn't want a heavy meal so I got a basic salad with carbonated water and the stuffed mushrooms, and my coworkers all got steaks. We all found our food to be overly salty, including my mushrooms. I don't know if it was the cheese that's used but I couldn't eat more than 3 mushrooms as my stomach started to hurt. My coworkers couldn't finish their steak either as it it was too salty for their preference - not sure if this was a common thing in NWA but I found the food everywhere to be overly salty. read more

My steak is always overdone. The last two times I have been in and order a filet medium it has come out well done. I have to send it back and by the time I get it the party I am with has finished eating and I have to get it to go. This ruins the whole experience. The bar area definitely is not where you want to sit on a cold day. You will be wearing your coat through your meal. The appetizer wild shrimp was delicious! I enjoyed this part of the meal best. I ordered a ribeye, that should have been the best part, but it was lathered in so much salt and thin as a flank steak. Very disappointing. As a 100% Disabled Veteran, most restaurants who honor the Veteran discount usually stick to 10%. Well, they did honor the discount but only on my meal not the total, I as a customer, spent to feed my family. Very rare do I ask if they have the discount and it's usually for the whole amount of the receipt. In this case I got just over 2%. Should have asked the manager to remove the discount and taken measures to give myself the 22% tip I left the server. Let the server complain and maybe then they would stop insulting Veterans for their sacrifice so the corporation can profit hand over fist. $150 and I received $3.19 cents.
