I walked in on a Sunday and didn't get any service. The place was empty and they asked me..."what time do you want to come in tomorrow?" Huh? So is that an alternative way of saying that you can't provide any service? It was hard to understand so I left and thought that was completely rude. What a complete waste of time. This place started off really great. Good customer service, I made an appointment and I helped right away even though they were a bit busy. However, I sat down to get my pedicure and I let them know that I had a groupon that stated "pedicure up to 30 bux". I asked how much a regular pedicure was and the woman said 25, I then asked how much a design would be and the woman said 6. I said cool so I will owe you a buck, let's do it. One woman agreed but the heavier set worker interrupted and said "no, you only paid 15$ for that groupon so you still need to pay the extra 6. I tried to explain the wording on the groupon was misleading as it said UP TO 30 bux. Eventually I moved on from the topic and the heavier set woman sat down to do my pedicure. She would not speak to me, she wouldn't even look at me. I glanced down a few times to try and smile and lighten the mood but she wouldn't pay me any attention, she just worked on my feet in silence!! She started scrubbing my feet as if she was trying to rip my foot off, it even started to hurt. I told her she was too rough and she kept going. Finally I gave her a random compliment and she started to be more sociable. I couldn't believe how rude this woman was all because I didn't understand the misleading groupon deal. I took a chance buying a groupon for a deluxe spa pedicure and I am glad I did. I walked in and was greeted. The first thing I noticed was how cute and clean the salon was. There was also a big variety of nail polish. Mimi did my nails and gave me the best leg massage I've ever had. I enjoyed that she took the time to get to know my name and had great customer service. She told me they had time to give me a mani if I was interested and I took her up on it even though I hadn't planned to just because the pedi was so good! My nails look amazing! I went in from a Groupon add where I bought the promotion. I had a good experience the first time. She offered to give me the same promotion. Which was $20 for a pedicure. It was a while before I got back in there so it expired. I knew I would pay a little more but they flat out stole my money. She said because it expired I could only use $10. I let her know the promotion expired but not the value. She repeated herself multiple times saying it expired. At the very end she then said it was because they used sea salt. I was never asked if I wanted to pay extra for sea salt. She then repeated herself again saying it expired but she still gave me $10. If I don't understand that I need to take it up with Groupon. Mimi is awesome! She's personable and professional. Her work is meticulous. I've had gel manicures and spa pedicures. She does a neck and arm massage with her manicures. Spa pedis include sea salt scrub, warm lotion massage and hot stone massage. I've also had her do a bikini and eyebrow wax. I had a great experience at Longs Nail Spa. I was there for an hour total and the pedicure (including amazing foot massage and hot stone massage) totaled $25. I did have a Groupon and, because I didn't have cash for a tip, wanted to pay the full price the first time and use my Groupon the next time I go. Because of language barriers, I think they thought I was asking to use my Groupon twice. I couldn't fully explain it so I left there feeling like they thought I was trying to take advantage of them. I have mixed reviews about this nail salon. I think the people who work here are really nice... Ruby is my favorite. Not only is she so nice, but her work is fantastic, and her color suggestions are always on point. The location is good, there is always parking in back. My only complaint is wait times. I simply do not have 2 hours to spare sitting in a chair. If you plan on a manicure and pedicure, that's what you are looking at a lot of times. Most visits they start my pedicure, and then someone else walks in, and then the lady that is supposed to do my manicure starts her. By the time they start my manicure my pedicure is done. Now this can all end up taking longer, if Mimi is doing your nails. She does a great job, but she stops every few minutes to answer the phone. I had a simple pedicure at my last visit, that took over an hour! I just don't have that time. I write this review sitting in a new nail salon, feeling a little Like a cheater...but I'm out the door in a 45 minutes and my nails look great! read more

I was so pleased with this place after my first gel manicure, which lasted 3 weeks I was excited to go back. I was so disappointed with the result from this manicure. After less than a week 2 nails had already chipped and now about 1.5 weeks into the manicure 5 nails have chipped. I am really disappointed as I am going out of town this week and got my nails done for the trip. I hope this was a fluke in quality. Today's service was Excellent!!! I had the best pedicure and gel nails. I went for my regular treat to myself as well as prep for Sunday. The speaker must look good too. Bought the groupon and my daughter and I went in yesterday for pedicures and I also got a manicure. We have been to a lot if the salons in the area and this one is BY FAR the best! The deluxe pedicure is amazing - lasts nearly an hour. Helen did my spa manicure and was also amazing....there is no rushing and it's been a long time since I have had mani and pedi where they actually do a lengthy massage. Im sad to write this review, but the customer service and quality of work has severely deteriorated. I first checked out Long Nails in Sept. 2015. Service was amazing. Brought my family of 10 for spa day before our trip and for the next half year, was getting exceptional service from Mimi. Then late spring/early summer, noticed she had some turnover in employees, and things changed. She started over booking appts., stating she's avail but when I get 10-15 minutes before my appt., still have to wait past my appt. When I call, I always double/triple check availability to get me in and out. NOT!! Work starting getting messy and rushed (sometimes they last). Tried to stay loyal as the good outweighed the bad. The final straw came my last visit a week ago...overbooked, pedicure rushed, had a very bad attitude esp., all of sudden couldn't do any designs or color pattern asked for as she was trying to rush me for another client. I still needed eyebrows which was part of my appt., but she had other girl finish me and moved on. That will be my last appt. (Yes appt. as I made one every time). Why continue to give them my money plus GREAT TIPS for bad service. Now I have to find a new place. Looking at how things are deteriorating, they won't last unless they improve customer service and work on English as alot of shops are doing these days to keep business. read more

First time trying Long Nail Spa and I'll be back. I'd have to come back a million times to try every nail polish color they have. No wait (I did go at 10am on a Friday though), and the ladies working were friendly, talkative, and VERY detail-oriented. I've been to many places that let you know throughout the experience that they are just trying to get you out the door as soon as possible...not this place. In lieu of the usual arm and hand massage, you get a little neck rub while your nails dry in the magic light boxes. They also offer little bottles of water and hot tea. The salon is super clean and relaxing, especially with the instrumental music they had on that day. It has been several days and I'm still staring at my nails, that's how quality this manicure was. And at $23 for a gel removal and manicure, it beats several nearby places I've tried in both the quality and price departments. read more
