I used to be a customer at Naturally Nails and unfortunately for me I do not go there anymore as I have moved to Central California. I really miss this salon. I've taken my nails off, which I've had for more years than I ever wanna say and just haven't had time to look anywhere else as I'm not looking forward to doing that my nails were almost done very professionally, and I would get compliments all the time on my nails. I never liked choosing a color and I would always leave that up to Jennifer and again. I got many many compliments. Pros: Incredible customer service, fair prices, great quality work Cons: A little inconvenient since it's cash only, and they accept walk-ins but you may end up waiting a while because there's only two people working, and the quality of work between the two sisters can be inconsistent. ***** I've been coming to Naturally Nails for a couple months now, and I absolutely love this place!! So much so that I've gotten my mom and sister to start coming here too. Jen is definitely customer service oriented. She even goes so far as to save your phone number, so when you call she answers by greeting you with your name. And whenever I get my nails done, the conversation is light and easygoing. Also, she never gets defensive over her work. If I want her to correct something, she listens with an open mind, which I appreciate. Not to say that I often have to ask her to change things, though. I've also come to her with nail designs I've seen online and she's open to recreating them for me. I also have never felt like she's rushing my appointment. Her sister, Lin, gives good manicures and pedicures, but for acrylic sets I find her application a bit too thick for my taste. If I'm doing a full set or a fill, I'll go to Jen, who's made my acrylic nails look so natural that people have asked me if they were real!! Pricing is average for the area, which I'm okay with. I had heard nothing but great things about this place, but unfortunately going here never fit into my schedule when I worked in the city, however now that I'm in the area during the day I decided to take a long lunch and see what all the rave was about! They are the nicest ladies and do a wonderful job!! Their service is great and I love that they prefer appointments, as they don't like for people to wait for their service. My pedicure took 1 hour and 15 minutes. It started by soaking in the water for about 15 minutes and was followed by all the usual feet maintenance procedures for pedicures, except with EXTREME and precise detail! The leg/foot massage was longer than most you would receive and was by far the best I've ever had! And to top it all off, after they paint and dry your toenails they dip your feet in paraffin wax to give your feet that extra smooth and clean feeling! The best part?!?! It was only $20!!! Today was my first time here, did some research on Yelp and called ahead and made sure I had cash. To all who give a 1* based on the fact that they couldn't get in because they didn't have an appointment, though it may seem rude to you, think of how rude it would be if you had an appointment but had to wait because they took everyone who just walked in? There is only 2 of them after all. I called before they opened and they called me back as soon as the clock hit 10:00 am. She was able to fit me in at 10:45 for a pedi for my mom and shellac polish for me. Also she mentioned beforehand that they are cash only which I appreciated. They had a HUGE amount of shellac colors. I got pink and whites. The lady who did my nails was very detailed and skilled, she was able to do my white tip with just a stroke! No brush with alcohol to clean up the lines. She was talking to the other lady there in their language and mentioned to me what they were talking about. I am not offended when people choose to talk in their language, in fact I wish I had that skill myself! But the courtesy on her part to mention was something I had not thought of before, and was appreciated. My mother who does not like nails salons or getting her nails done loved her nails and said she would come back! Please be fair yelpers and give people a chance. Okay so I read the reviews before going. I was a little hesitant because I have been trying to find a good place to go to for a while. I was a customer to place closer to my home and since my usual nail guy is only a weekend basis only now - I needed a more reliable place. I am SOOO SOO happy I went besides the few so so reviews. First thing you must know there are only 2 people working here - it is a sister duo team. Jennifer and Lin are priceless! And I did inquire since it is just them two if they preferred appt or walk in's OK? Jen did say it is better to do by appointment - since they are just 2. She really don't like people waiting so long or being inconvenienced. So with that in mind - make appointments better or call ahead to know when you can be seen. So upon my arrival there are 3 pedicure massage chairs (which was really comfy and relaxing) - and two nail stations. It is a small and quaint place. If you want a variety of colors THEY GOT IT COVERED! A huge nail polish selection for your needs and likes. $20 bucks for a pedi with paraffin wax included - which made my feet feel soooo smooth and amazing!!! Since, I was the only one there early AM, she took her time on my feet 45 min's and the care and detail she took was amazing! Jennifer did my fill and I recently had surgery so it is a bit difficult to sit up a lot and she was so accommodating - I don't know any other place that would do this. She had me sit back and SHE STOOD UP to file my nails down. I didn't even request this and she just was spot on with caring for her customer need. That kind of sold me too on this place. They were very friendly and talkative not like some places that are talking among themselves and you got no clue as to what they are saying...and just work on you. These ladies do want to know about you and make convo. to make you feel welcome. Nothing but greatness from these ladies where it comes to their customer service. So, if you want to be a customer of a nail salon that deals more on quality than quantity - this is the place for you! They are open Mon-Sat. Also, they are CASH only. Again call ahead! Worth it! They have a horrible selection of colors (no light grey... Really?). I told them I wanted color change ONLY and they proceeded to try and upscale me to a full manicure and started filing my nails without asking.
