Mimi is soft spoken, but very friendly and sweet. She did my manicure and I am satisfied with it. Another lady did my pedicure, and not all of them communicate much with customers, and I wish they did. Nonetheless, the lady who did my pedicure would smile at me, but didn't ask me how I wanted my pedicure, and my pedicure could've been more clean in terms of shaping, filing, and cutting. The leg massage and hot stones with it left my legs feeling relaxed. Overall, it's a good pedicure for the price and details included. The environment is simple and clean, and overall their staff is friendly and accommodating. I made a 2:00pm appointment, and called ahead to let them know I'm running late and they were very understanding, but practical in terms of timing. Also, I had a payment conflict with Mimi in terms of communication, and she immediately took care of the issue and resolved it. I am sad to write this updated review. I really liked this place but the last time i went my gel nails got chipped/cracked lines at the end before a full week. I am kicking myself in the but dor going to try them again thinking that it was just that one time, but today they really let me down. I got white tip gel nails and they came out awful. They have bubbles and scratches everywhere, i will upload a photo. I was to shy and embarrased to say anything, but thats just how I am. I am that girl who never returns food at a resturant no matter what. If i were you id go somewhere else. This place is amazing. I usually go to tiptoes but they were super busy, so I stopped by here. I got my nails done yesterday by Ruby. She was absolutely amazing. Very attentive to detail to ensure my shellac French manicure was perfect! She even gave me a little back massage after my usual hand massage. I totally recommend this place. If you pay with cash, they charge less, too. I found this place through yelp with mixed reviews but got my nails and toes done because of the mani/pedi package deal. The ladies are hard at work but the environment is so sad and unwelcoming. The workers seem desperate which is not a great feeling if I'm tryna pamper myself for once. As I was getting my manicure, she was rushing through and they were sweeping the floors and getting ready for closing. My nails turned out great but I am also not sure how sterile their equipment is since they were hopping on one person to the next. One was for a 21st birthday and one was for getting all As on her report card. So it was a celebration for both. Most other places around here charge $35-40 for for gel manicure, and $45-65 for acrylic full set depending on what they do. My younger sister is a nailist but she's out of the area, and she said they shouldn't have been charged more than $100, and that's on the high side. My girls got charged $165 all together. I tried this place out again for the second time and brought my pregnant sister with me literally a day before she went into labor lol! She was so happy with the way she was treated and so was I! Make sure you have cash. It's cheaper this way. Not only is it more to use your card but they charge you one dollar to use your card on top of it being more than if you use cash. I never had trouble getting in. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. They're very friendly and I like that they don't mind when I bring my children with me which is every time. They give you a bottle of water when you sit down and they do not speak in their language when you are having your nails done. Major peeve of mine. The massage could be a bit longer for the regular pedicure. But I'll take what I can get. I have been going to Long Nail Spa for about three years now, and I have always been incredibly happy with my experience there. My feet are extremely ticklish, but they always seem to get in a good scrub despite my giggling. They are also always checking-in since I tend to twitch a lot when I get tickled. I always walk out with fantastic looking nails! Manis last a week or more and pedis last me at least three weeks. That is despite the fact that my nails grow pretty quickly. Found this place via Groupon for a spa pedicure for my boyfriend, it was his birthday gift. Appointment at 1pm, came here 15 minutes early and the place was packed. I was greeted instantly when I walked in. The place is nice and clean. There was three nail technicians and two ladies doing pedicures. We waited about 10 minutes then a man got his chair ready. The man also gave me, my boyfriend and our son mini water bottles. He was really nice! The lady who was doing his pedicure was nice and interacted with our son. She took her time with him and was very careful since he is a diabetic. I caught him closing his eyes a few times so I know she was doing a great job plus the massage chair was relaxing. This was quite possibly The best manicure I've ever had. I called a couple minutes prior to walking in to confirm that they would be able to take me. I walked in and I only waited a couple minutes. And they set me an a pedicure chair. They brought me a cold bottle of water which was a nice surprise. The girl giving me my pedicure was very gentle and thorough. Hot stone massage and exfoliating are part of their standard pedicure. I was very pleasantly surprised. The manicure was great too. She took her time to really make sure everything was perfect. While my nails were drying she massages my neck and shoulders with warm lotion. And then proceeded to massage my whole arm and hands. It was so relaxing and wonderful. They also supplied small water bottles to everyone waiting. The nails turned out great (French tip alternate color acrylic manicure $31 and normal shellac manicure $15). However, we had made an appointment beforehand, but they cared about everyone else's nails besides ours. It took 2 hours for all 3 of us to be finished. They made no conversation and left me at many times to go do other things with no explanation, including at the end when I was drying my nails for forever before deciding to just get up and pay.
