The owner who answered said it was slow and to come in; the sooner the better. Ok...great! So I show up at 12 and explained to her that I called and said what I wanted. The owner asked me to pay later (to which thank God I did!) and pick a color. So this woman said she'd do my nails and told me I had to soak everything off to do the gel manicure. The boss decides to intervene and insist that what I need is a fill-in like acrylic tips. "She is so stupid! She don't do nails so she does not know nothing; you need to soak. I know what you do." This was what my nail tech had to say about her boss right in front of her to me!!! Strike #1 Strike #2: As she is up to cutting my cuticles now, apparently, "her" customer came in for eyebrows and she hallucinated that she wasn't going to at least finish the two fingers she had left for me. "She is MY customer." ummm...last time I checked lady, I'M your customer too! I told her to just go ahead and do the eyebrows; the owner told me someone else could start my toes. Strike #3: my Mexican pedicurist was on the phone the WHOLE time!!! She cut off every last nail I had to such a short length I could have bled! She too in between her phone conversation was arguing with another tech about someone stealing a tip that was left behind for her of $3. Are you serious?! How petty is this place? Totally unrelaxing. Then! The woman who started my nails said she'd finish while I was getting my pedicure. I told her after getting jerked around for 1 1/2 hours that I only wanted a regular manicure now. "We charge $5 to soak off the OPI gel". Well, you can go ahead and wipe your ass with that $5 because I'm not tipping the either of you! I walked right the hell outta there as soon as the clear coat was on; my nails chipped in a day!

I absolutely love this place. They are very professional and kind. They always greet you as you enter. I can't imagine going to any other place for a gel extension or any other service that nail salon provide. Ricky is an absolute perfectionist, I love how he does my nails. They always come out looking great!! My gel extensions look so natural you can't tell they aren't mine lol.. If I can give more stars I would that's how pleased I am. Thank you Ricky! :) read more

With the picture I showed her, a dark blue color with a marble pattern, Lucy noted that they don't have the same dark blue but offered a solution. She layered a black coat first and then a navy blue to pull out the same effect, which in my mind, is pretty brilliant. In addition, one of my nails had chipped off earlier; but, instead of just filing all my nails to match, Lucy offered to attach an acrylic tip to extend it. She went through an extra effort to make sure her work look spectacular, and I highly appreciated it. Michelle is friendly and likes to make conversations. I often ask her to suggest colors, feeling more adventurous when I go to her. It's very refreshing, and I am pleased with the outcome. Unfortunately I haven't had much opportunity with Nancy as she is always busy with customers which says a lot already. I look forward to having her work on my nails one day. Quick tip: Please call in advance to make an appointment or to ask if they're available so they don't need to rush and do sloppy work. They are often busy or completely booked up, since this is a small salon.
