Good food. Service was excellent. We have had dinner here many times and hopefully can continue. The outlaw ribeye is very good.

The food was amazing, the service was not, I repeat not great at all. If you ate there for Mother's Day and got a side salad. My wife probably touched your food. The food runner brought a salad to our table and as my wife grabbed the bowl and her fork about to eat the server came and brought the right salad out snatched the other salad to take to another table. Before we could even say anything she was on the other side of the room. Yes it was busy we understand that but to throw a receipt at me to pay. Because you forgot to bring me one. Was not okay. I made it to the door realizing. I Forgot my to go boxes that were tied in a bag on the table at the door. I turned around to see the bussers tossing my bag into their cart like trash. I was away from the table for no more than 15 seconds. So they were just standing by waiting to toss everything. Very upsetting to have to be okay with service like that on Mother's Day. I have been served at other locations of long horn before and had amazing experiences this location is just not the move even on their slowest days from what the other reviews are saying. read more

First and last time there . My husband got steak. it was tough and tasted like boiled meat. I got ribs a layer of white fat on top of ribs barbecue sauce cold. We waited for less than 30 minutes, the waitress was very nice and polite. It felt like it was nighttime when they closed the blinds which made the place feel more comfortable and pleasant. The food was excellent! I ate my entire plate. The renegade sirloin was delicious and ate all of it, the fries were seasoned to perfection! I would recommend eating at longhorn if you never have. read more

Pretty bad. When you go to a steakhouse the least you can expect is that you will get a good steak cooked perfectly. We each ordered the Cowboy Ribeye, mine rare and his medium rare. Both steaks were the same: purple inside and a really sub standard piece of super fatty meat. Should be marbled and some fat, not mostly fat. And it was flavorless. The side lobster tail was overly spicy, peppery, and smelled and tasted of cumin. Not pleasant. Even the Caesar Salad had lots of brown edged lettuce and not enough dressing. All in all, it was a very disappointing meal. My husband did send his steak back, but you shouldn't have to do that at a steakhouse. My other concern is that he had already touched his steak with his fingers and cut into it and they put that steak back on the grill with other people's food. Revisited recently. With all the new rules. Got their right after the dinner crush. They were nice and let me choose a table while they were busy clearing others. Very clean. Prompt service. Got a salad with their Ranch dressing. It is really really good. Chilled bowls were nice. Flo steak was ok. Baked spud was perfect, not yesterdays and was hot and full of goodies. We arrived shortly after 4pm. The hostess greeted us and we were seated promptly in a booth. The dining room was decorated like the wild West. My sweet tea was fresh brewed and sweetened perfectly. Coke products are served here. In lieu of appetizers we ordered soup. Both were very good but served lukewarm at best. We didn't send them back because we were hungry. My husband had the 6oz sirloin and 2 skewers of grilled shrimp. His side was a baked potato. He said his steak was cooked to the desired temperature and the sauce on the shrimp was quite tasty. I had the Wild West Shrimp appetizer as my entree. I loved it. The presentation is appealing. It is served with a side of Ranch dressing for dipping. It is enough for your entree. Our bread was served right from the oven. Drinks are served in glass glasses. I am not a fan of plastic glasses. Our server was Matilda. She was attentive and took care of us!!! 5 stars on quality of food. 5 stars on service. I will be back. Plenty of parking. read more

Disappointing food and service. We seemed to be a bother when trying to seek out our server. She didn't seem to care about being prompt. There was no manager table check. We were there ample time for this to happen. I believe it could have been a salvageable experience had we been checked on effectively. We finally began eating after 5 minutes of her not coming back, still forgetting an extra side. Even when telling our server we weren't pleased, she just apologized and said she'd be back with our check. read more

I'm giving 4 stars because I've had a few bad experiences here but overall I usually get good service and food. I absolutely love the strawberry walnut salad. I usually get the renegade sirloin. They are able to cook it correctly. Their bread comes out warm and is sooo good. Before coming I was just thinking about the bread. I have to be careful not to overdo it on the bread! read more

Waited over an hour when we were told there would be a 30 minute wait time. Once we were seated we waited over an hour again for our food just for our steaks to both be overcooked. They were not busy what so ever and had multiple empty tables. Will not be eating at this location ever again. read more

I gave this a two because the food was good. The service was horrible. We sat in bar and she was all over the place. The bar tables were dirty because she did not have time to clean them. Manager walked around, but did not help her. No Salt or Pepper on tables and several people went into bar looking for salt and pepper. read more

Unlike many of the negative reviews posted about this LongHorn location, I have experienced consistently great service and great food here. I prefer a well done steak, and this is one of the few places that always gets it just right - and always piping hot! As I mentioned, the servers are always spot-on. They might as well call this "The Boomer" restaurant. At least in this part of the state, I don't think I know a baby boomer that doesn't love Longhorn. Being owned by the same corporation, it's should be no surprise that this is the steak house version of Red Lobster. Gaudy, over the top 'western' decorations glossed over with the thinnest veneer of 'fancy restaurant'. Much like RL, this place thrives on these things to validate their mediocre food at outrageous prices. The chicken is good, as is the steak, but it's not the level of 'good' that the prices warrant, but I guess someone has to pay for all those decorations. I try to say something nice, no matter how bad the place, and I will say the bread and tea are good. I probably didn't need to write this review. LH is very well aware of their business model and their customers. I can only hope that I save some unknowing folks from out-of-state from stopping at the crowded 'fancy restaurant' in hopes of getting a meal like they are at M at Miranova. They should instead head downtown for a better quality meal at a mom-and-pop place, or simply head across the road to a similar western-themed corporate place that has some self awareness. read more

If you're not familiar with Longhorn it is a steak house. The bread here is delicious, the butter has a wonderful flavor. This location has a daily 4.99 Jack & Coke that's pretty tasty. I'm here for the second time for my anniversary dinner and it did not disappoint. I got the Wild West Shrimp as an appetizer, and the Flo's Filet. Amazing steak. No part of my meal lacked, I also got the molten lava cake that I am eating right now. It's dangerously good. I haven't tried anything outside of the steak, but if you want a good steak... come here! read more

We waited about 15-20 minutes to be seated, it was pretty busy. Our food was really slow getting to the table BUT it was worth it. After I bit into my food it was seriously worth the wait. This is the second time that I have had problems with just a simple take out. I was ignored by all of the staff and I had left a really good tip online due to the large order. When the bartender decided to get off of his cell phone and look up he was very rude. When I got home the only things that were right were the four chicken Caesar salads. The two steaks that were order were not cooked right. I ordered shrimp to be a topping on my steak in a separate container was four small pieces of shrimp on some huge bed of rice; the shrimp was ice cold and smell of some sort of old grease. The most disappointing thing other than the complete disrespect by the staff was the bowl of French onion soup that had to have been made with water. I took on sip and had to spit it out. When I called to speak with a manager he didn't apologize or say anything about it he sat in silence I told him that I would just contact corporate. I will never go back or get take out from this establishment ever again. read more

My wife and I have to this location twice, and I have decided that we will never return... What could go wrong, did go wrong. Was told that it was a 15 minute wait, and over a hour later finally got seated. (This happened BOTH times) Screwed up the orders for everyone at the table (a table of 4 people), my brother in law, didn't not receive his salad, and then received a soup that was BARELY above room temperature. And or waitresses not gonna remove anything from the bill/ or offer a reduced rate. Until my wife asked for the manager, nothing was gonna happen. FYI... When you screw up a order, acknowledge the fact that you did. Then try to correct it or try to make it up to the customer!!! And things would have ended on a better note. read more

We stopped here while traveling and ended up being disappointed. We were there for over an 1.5 hours. We didn't receive drinks for about 10 minutes, after drinks we were able to order our food about 10 minutes later. We received our salads quickly, my salad was supposed to have just cheese and croutons and came out with no cheese. Finally, our entrees come out and my husbands steak that was order medium was bleeding I'd say med rare. The t bone steak was sent back and came back cooked medium well and we believe it had been seasoned a second time because it tasted like a salt block and was inedible for my husband. We order Mac and cheese for one child and chicken tenders for the our other son. Both kids received chicken tenders, they brought us out a side of Mac for our son. I ordered the parmesan chicken, the chicken was cooked perfectly, I ordered a side of loaded fries that came out plain. We then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for our checks and boxes after asking. On top of all of that we had dirty dishes on our table the entire time. They forgot my grilled onions for my steak and finally brought out half grilled ones after being reminded and I was 3/4 done with my steak. Longhorn in Chillicothe is a joke. My husband and I came for lunch. We have watched 4 families go in and resister after us. When I questioned the hostess she said sometimes larger parties get in first. This is absolutely CRAZY. You should value all customers as first come first served. We did call ahead seating for 6:30, party of 9. It was very busy. We waited 20 minutes past our seating time. Family member checked on when we would be seated and was told our large group was next and pointed to where we would be seated. A group of 11 came in, waited 10 minutes and they were seated where we were to go. Family member inquired about it and the front person stuttered around about it. Management gave us free appetizers for the mix up. Once seated, we received no plates to eat appetizers and bread on. One person in our group had to wait an unusual amount of time for their meal while everyone else had theirs. Three people did not receive their second side. We had add ons which cost more but didn't get fries and baked sweet potatoes. Not sure what the point of call ahead seating is. read more

This place is not worth the price you pay for it. The cheese steak cane out looking like it was purchased at a Subway, cheese wasn't even melted, abd the grilled corn was dry as sandpaper and was mostly cold by the time it reached our table. The sirloin was bland and lukewarm, but cooked the way it was ordered. Deep fried pickles tasted like dog food, the baked potato and fries we ordered were dry and way oversalted to compensate. Server was excellent and was prompt with service, which was the only redeeming factor. We will probably not return to this location. read more
