Medium well steak with Parmesan crust

Not only that I receive a burnt steak when I ordered a medium well with Parmesan crust. I also ordered two sweet potatoes and a loaded baked potato but received three sweet potatoes with loaded fixings. This location has gone down in the last few years. I've been in douglasville since 08. I use to love this Longhorn.

Not sure where to start this Review! Food was Ahhhh-Mazzzing! Service from Essie was like no other; she worked our table Solo and did a masterful job! We had a very large party, soooo I think the noise and loud talk was coming from me mostly (I wanted to be heard!!). It was the perfect place to reunite with my beautiful 1st cousins and their children with their kids (3 generations, so cool)! So glad I came into town!

I was very disappointed with the service I received for my pickup order and the food portions you receive when you place a pickup order. My pickup time for my order was 7:15 pm. I was at the restaurant at 7:05. I received my food around 7:45-7:50 pm. I have ordered the 7 oz. LongHorn Salmon with 8 ct. Redrock Grilled shrimp many times in the restaurant. My plate has never looked like the attached picture of the food I received. It looks like someone literally through this food in the tray and closed the top. I asked the young man who brought out my order if I could get a cup of rice since my serving was very scarce. He never came back. I stopped another server and she brought me a cup that looks like it has two tablespoons of rice in it. This was definitely not worth the wait.

Social distancing, and face masks are required. Kelvin J was our waiter, and he was really attentive and nice. My husband love Longhorn Steakhouse, so since we were in the neighborhood, we had lunch here. We started out with an appetizer. I love soup, so I had lobster and shrimp chowder and my husband had wild Wild West shrimp. For our drinks, my husband had a beer and I had strawberry lemonade. For our entree, I had only steamed broccoli. My husband love steak, so he ordered the Porterhouse with mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious, and hot. We will definitely be back soon. We are praying for our waiter, and family. We were his last table for the day, because his mom is really ill and they have to place her in hospice. God bless.

My husband and I had never visited this location before. We've been missing out. The hostess wasn't very pleasant but she did seat us promptly. Our server made up for pleasantries. I can't remember her name but she was delightful, knowledgeable of the menu, and very prompt. No surprise, she has been with LH since 2006. We ordered the grilled lamb chops and LH burger. Both proteins were seasoned and cooked perfectly. We both took leftovers for the next day, which heated without losing tenderness. As we prepared to exit, we were impressed that the manager rushed to open the door for us. That's how you do it! She set the expectations for customer service. We will be back,

We decided to eat lunch for Valentines Day today. My husband and I shared a T-bone, loaded mashed potatoes, and the Brussel sprouts. Our daughter had the chicken tenders with fries. It was delicious and our waitress was very friendly. I was disappointed when I didn't find toilet seat covers in the bathroom. We used our Christmas gift cards.

From the outside, this location seems small as it's a part of a strip mall. However, the inside is very open with lots of seating. My party of 8 was seated immediately. Jocelyne (our waitress) was absolutely amazing! She helped with our birthday celebration by taking our cake to the kitchen and lighting the candles for it to be a surprise. She was extremely friendly and continued to check on us. The food came out pretty fast & was delicious! I ordered the spinach dip (my new favorite) & the peppercorn sirloin salad. The portions are very large. Will definitely be coming back to this location over Hiram's!

This is my go to Longhorns but honestly the service is getting better and better every single time we come. Tonight we were seated super quick on a Saturday in most establishments that doesn't happen. Our waiter Averett was awesome in anticipating our needs, since we usually come here we order fast. I got the red rock grilled shrimp with broccoli and rice pilaf.. My hubby got the flo's filet with a lobster tail, broccoli and loaded baked potato. They also have a new non alcoholic drink that is so delicious blackberry lemonade... I am not sure if they have new management but lately I have had wonderful experiences here... I hope they keep it up!!!

The place had a horrible odor. I don't know if it wasn't coming from the kitchen or it were in the carpet, but the service were great.

The inside of the restaurant was a nice, quiet vibe with a music selection that fit, perfectly. The server was very friendly and she made some very dope suggestions that would prove epic. I got the Airline Chicken which was a new selection to the menu. Now, as a suggestion, if you are hungry, I would advise that you get an appetizer. I saw people getting, and seemingly, enjoying the oysters. I say that because, as the menu states, items are made cool to order so getting your entree could take some time. However, don't fret! The time that they are taking to prepare your food will be well worth it. The chicken was great. But, the Rustic Mashed Potatoes were the best I've ever had. (Sorry Grandma). I'm looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu items because this was so good. Also, they'll see me there for brunch because I can only imagine how good their menu is. If you are in Douglasville, make the reservation,l and try it out.

We went on a Friday evening. Parking and location was good and easy to find. When we walked in the front room is just empty and that gave us a weird feeling. You walk in through a walkway and you see the seating. The seating gives off more bar than nice restaurant but we decided to give it a shot any way. We seated ourselves but were promptly treated by a waitress that gave us menus and a silverware and drink menus. She was not our waitress but very nice. Again the menus were printed on paper which again gave red flags on if this was going to be a good experience, but we were already committed at this point. I ordered an old fashion and my wife one of their mixed cocktails. Drinks were great! Her drink alittle fruity for me but just right for the wife. My old fashion wasn't the best I've had but it was solid. We ordered the egg rolls for an appetizer. They came with an Asian sweet chili sauce that was awesome. Really enjoyed them. I had the Parmesan crusted salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I do wish I had alittle more broccoli but otherwise it was simply amazing. The salmon was cooked and seasoned through the large portion. My wife had the southern fried catfish with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Came with some hot sauce but the fish was seasoned so well it wasn't needed at all. The worst part of the experience was the hookah it wasn't great but could've just been the flavor I ordered, and it was also fairly cold in the restaurant as it was about 40 degrees outside and inside. Sorry I didn't take any photos but I would say don't judge a book by its cover this is some of the best dining we've had since moving to the area.
