This was my first time at this location food was great. I sat at the corner of the bar unfortunately bartenders were not very attentive like the other locations ive been to I had to flag them down for each time I wanted to order drinks, appetizers and even longer when I want to order main dish. They both were nice and polite just not as attentive as they could have been. I do love OutBacks food the specialty drinks are great.

Food was fine but giving 5 stars for the service! Came for dinner for a party of 2 tonight and had a great experience! We were seated almost immediately and service was fast. I can't remember our server's name but she wore a patterned bandana/headband(?) and she was amazing! Super sweet and pleasant. Besides her, I noticed all the staff around us were very nice and pleasant as well. I got the 6oz center-cut sirloin steak with caesar salad and mashed potatoes. The steak looked so small but combined with the sides and bread it was a satisfying meal, enough for me. Steak was cooked perfectly and well-seasoned. Mashed potatoes were okay. Caesar salad was good. I highly recommended the baked potato soup! Great meal :)

I had THE BEST time here the other night. It was a week day evening, and we didn't have to wait to be seated. The hostess was great and everyone was very helpful and friendly. There was lots of holiday decor, and the bar area had tvs with sports on. I had called ahead of time to see if they still had the koala bear drinks and they did but said they were running low on the koalas. I asked if they could set one aside for me and they did! I really appreciated that! I can't remember my waitresses name but she was really great. The gingerbread martini was awesome. Very sweet but also strong, a really good balance. And of course it came with the koala bear to keep. We ordered a blooming onion which was delicious, but very heavily deep fried. I also ordered the classic blue cheese wedge salad which was delicious! We also had the Mac and cheese bites which were great. I haven't been to an Outback Steakhouse in years, but this experience was great, and I highly recommend this location.

Food was delicious, filled up on mozzarella sticks and bread and could barely eat our entrees lol. Down under margs were great! Christina was our server and she was excellent. Kind and knew exactly what we wanted. Will return and hope to get her again! Overall great experience.

Everything good today. Got the shrimp from the $15.99 three course meal with baked potato, wedge salad and cheesecake for desert. It's a good deal with varying prices. Bread is always good.

I wanted to come to Outback Steakhouse because I heard of the koaladucks. I am a Jeep driver, so I was hooked at the rubber duck. I got the sirloin and shrimp on the barbie and it was really good. I ended up having two koala punches, so now I have two koaladucks, but they ran out of the blue ones so mine are yellow. I had the salad and bread prior to my entree and I think they filled me up, as I was able to take about half my entree home to eat the following day. Outback is a little pricier than my usual restaurant, but they are worth it. Next time I go back I think I want to try the filet Sheila.

Poor menu selections as everything on the menu has changed. They use to have prime rib anytime during the week. Now prime to is only served on Fridays and Saturdays. Also steak selections were subpar. I wanted a bone in ribeye. Only bone I rib eye was an 18oz nothing smaller. We ended up walking out and won't come back due to poor food selections.

    Boomin' onion time!

We enjoyed talking to him about his travels and life plans. I ordered a drink that I didn't like very much, so he brought me another another one of his choice, which was much better. The food has a Mediterranean flair and was definitely flavorful, but there were a few dishes that were too salty. We tried the zaa'tar man'ouche and the concept was great, but there wasn't enough cheese inside and too much spice/salt on top. The grilled oysters were excellent and had a tasty smoked tomato flavor. For entrees, the lobster tagliatelle had such a delicious smoky flavored sauce, but unfortunately it was way too salty and the lobster was overcooked. We let the manager know about that one and he tasted the sauce and agreed. The herb crusted halibut was very good, with yummy snap peas and beets. We decided to try the black walnut affagato for dessert. It was a bit disappointing because it comes with vanilla ice cream and a black walnut bitter, which is super strong if you taste it alone, but mixed with the ice cream and espresso loses its walnutty flavor. We overpaid for that one. The food is quite overpriced, but if done right I think it's worth it. Just expect that you'll be paying a lot for this dinner. We had a chance to check out the trophy room after dinner; our server was nice enough to make a reservation, likely because it was not too busy that night. They make you lock your phone in a locker. The room is quite small but has unique decor that fits the theme of the restaurant. The bartender did not smile or make eye contact the whole time, but was very knowledgeable about the drinks and different liquers they use. The drink menu is also very unique and has some interesting drink options. I had one with balsamic, strawberry, and marscapone which was different than any drink I've tried before. It was an enjoyable way to end the night.

The crab cakes are delicious, plenty of crab, light, and not dry yet also not mushy. Fresh, sweet tasting crab, and in substantial enough pieces that you're not searching. Not bready, bricky, or crumbly. Delicate, delicious. As East Coasters we are super picky about our crab cakes and we always get them when dining there. No joke, I sometimes dream about them! We shared the rack of lamb as our main. Well seasoned and juicy. My mom, my 3 year old, and I had plenty to eat. This particular portion size is a full rack so plenty for all of us to share. We really appreciate that they don't rub down the rack with mustard like some places--just a great spice rub. The creamed spinach and mashed potatoes were both excellent sides - solid for a steakhouse experience. Same with the iced tea - solid. Back to the kiddo: I noticed she wasn't the only young child there. This place manages to maintain a classy, elegant atmosphere even with all the kids. (There weren't nearly as many when we went for a birthday earlier in the year). But we loved that, even with the vibe of the place, they still offered children's drinks in nicely sealed cups. Relief! Restrooms were clean, hostesses and management were as pleasant and lovely as the server, food runners were prompt and thoughtful. The parking's not their fault, but it can get a little crowded out there so come early or prepare to walk a bit.

The service was unmatched. From the Valet parking to the front desk. Also, our server was the absolute best! I felt like there wasn't anything he wouldn't do for us. He was very happy and upbeat. I think his name was J. He is a big part of the reason the visit was so special. The food was mostly excellent. I got a petite filet and lobster tail with Caesar salad and fried brussel sprouts. I do love them crunchy and they were. The salad barely had any dressing. It would have been better with a little more. My fault for not asking. Now the steak; my whole reason for the trip. Honestly, a little disappointing. The cut was beautifully tender. That why I love a good filet. Unfortunately, there was very little caramelization on the outside. I would have enjoyed more. Also, there didn't seem to be very much seasoning. I like it a little more on the salty side, but I am sure others don't. I'm sure I could request it next time. Last, the lobster tails made up for any possible shortcomings in anything else. It is rare, that I have one as perfect as these were. Absolute heaven! Sure, I'll be back. Based on the photos online, it looked like the perfect place for our group to gather. I confirmed my reservation through both the email and text reminders. On the day of our reservation, another partner agency happened to be in town and wanted to join us. Since the website wouldn't let me modify the reservation, I called four times after they opened to see if I could add a few more people. Unfortunately, no one ever answered the phone. We decided to arrive early and ask in person. The Service When we arrived, the restaurant was absolutely packed. The hostess told us we were welcome to walk through the bar to see if we could find a table ourselves, but that they were extremely busy and likely wouldn't have anything available. After looking around, we came back and asked if the patio was an option since the misters made it surprisingly comfortable despite the Arizona heat. We were told the patio was for reservations only. When I reminded the hostess that we had a reservation, the explanation suddenly changed to, "We're on an event menu tonight." She handed me the menu while I stood at the host stand, walked away, and never really explained what that meant for our reservation or whether we would actually be seated. When she returned, instead of offering a wait time or another solution, she suggested we try Thirsty Lion down the sidewalk instead. At that point, it became clear that our reservation wasn't going to be honored. Parting Thoughts I completely understand that restaurants get busy, especially during major events. What disappointed me wasn't the crowd--it was having a confirmed reservation, receiving multiple confirmation requests, making several unanswered phone calls beforehand, and ultimately being left without a table or a meaningful explanation.

Originally there was going to be 9 people but I asked day of event if I could bring another person and they said yes. The drinks were so good. Th divine feminine tasted like Jamaica drink with the hibiscus. Then I had the happy birthday Mr. President. Oh. My. God. It didn't even taste like alcohol it tasted like vanilla ice cream I'm so serious. It was delicious. Then I had the siren drink. That one wasn't bad at all. We all had a great time and shared laughs and everything. I love the setting of it though. It's a bit dark so we had to use phone lights to see the menu. But it feels like stepping into a whole new world once you enter. I think it's perfect for hanging out. Date night. Anniversary dinner. All of it. Our server was nice. Very friendly. I think he could use a little more on his hospitality just because sometimes I feel like he didn't know what to say exactly. A little disappointed that there wasn't really anything special for a birthday though. Not even a little card on the table that said happy birthday. Just a thought. Other fine dining establishments I've been in did.

Rough Rider has been through some changes that I find disappointing. When we were seated, I asked…read moreour server if they still have happy hour and he said he wasn't sure if we were still within the happy hour window - it was 3:30 PM. He then confirmed we were still within the happy hour window and offered to bring us a menu. They used to have an extensive happy hour menu featuring several drinks and food items and now their "happy hour menu" consists of a cheeseburger for $22. Not sure that that really constitutes as a happy hour menu... I asked him why they changed the menu and he put up his hands as if to say he's not to blame and said he doesn't have anything to do with those decisions. He said that "management decided to make a few substitutions but they're pretty good" and didn't provide any further elaboration. I ordered the appetizer lamb lollipops which had four small pieces for $25. My friend decided to try the "happy hour" cheeseburger and he said it was good but it did appear a bit overpriced for an average burger with a pretty hefty serving of french fries. I really wasn't impressed by the quality of the food, the portion size, the price, or the service. Unfortunately, I'll be taking Rough Rider off my list of regular places i frequent and restaurants I recommend to others.
