I like it! I always get the build your own and it hits the spot for me. I am not Italian and never been to Italy but for pasta it's a go to place for me. Service is friendly I think our server was "Terry" feel bad if that isn't her name but she was really nice! Definitely need to ask for her next time.. our food came out fast.. normally we need to wait longer then 15 minutes just for our soup within 5 minutes of ordering our soup came out! 10-15 after that which was good gave us time to finish our soup then our main dishes came out.. Me and my brother came in around 5:00, we love Olive Garden. However this was the only location that we had a great experience in. Every other location lacks in the service. Here, we were greeted right away with the hostess, who was super sweet. She sat us right away, and Ben our server greeted us as well. He was one of the best servers we've ever had. He was so polite and offered the specials going on. And he was very attentive, never had a moment where we needed anything. Because he made sure everything was perfect. Very bad experience at this place, yesterday Sunday around 3 pm I went to this place to dine in with my family, the server name heaven, really bad attitude not polite at all I requested a bottle of wine for me and my wife and some kids drinks for my daughters , they brought us the kids drinks first which was something understandable but then she brought me the bottle of wine, instead of opening the bottle she ask if I wanted to opened it myself? As a server and working in this industry for so long youre not supposed to ask, you just open the bottle and leave it at the table , after that she never offered to refill my daughters drink, we also found a hair on my kids pasta and fries , we did not say anything because she never came back, until the time for the check, very disappointed read more

Jay was truly phenomenal- she gave us such great service! She was incredibly attentive and we didn't have to ask for anything- she gave refills of soup, breadsticks and drinks totally unprompted. Dined-2.22.25: Came in on a Sat around 6p and we were able to be seated right away! The located is near several restaurants and a shopping center, so I was surprised when there was no wait. I had the 6oz Sirloin w/ fettuccine alfredo and it was cooked just as I requested (med rare w/ a nice sear). My cousin had the herb grilled salmon which came with veggies & my aunt had the chicken & shrimp carbonara (her go-to) and we all enjoyed our meals! It has been about ten years since I have visited this Olive Garden location. It's conveniently located to the ASU West Valley Campus (right along the I-17 and Peoria where Metro Center used to be). My colleague and I held an end-of-semester dinner for a bunch of our student leaders this evening, and it went very well. We had good and quick service, enjoyed tasty food, and found the ambiance at the restaurant to be nice. We noticed that they do not take reservations, and the waitlist is good for groups of 1-6 people. We had a group of 7 people which didn't apply to either. Fortunately, we had a very early dinner before the place got too busy for dinner on a weekday night. I arrived first and had them start preparing our table. Two others arrived right when our table was ready. The others arrived shortly after we sat down. We ordered two appetizers (mozzarella sticks and artichoke dip), and we each ordered drinks. I ordered a raspberry lemonade. We were provided breadsticks (which are incredible when they are fresh out of the oven), which were later refilled. We also were offered soup or salad. One of our group ordered soup while the rest of us enjoyed the salad. Two salads were dropped off at our table even though we weren't offered a salad refill (which I believe was bottomless). We each ordered entrees. Mine was the lasagna, which was incredible! I took some of it home for lunch tomorrow. The meal wrapped up with Andes mints. We enjoyed all of the food and drinks. While the area seems run-down, the restaurant itself is a good one, especially if you can get to it, which was a bit challenging due to how close the restaurants, gas stations, and other businesses nearby. I haven't been to an Olive Garden for a very long time. Me any my kids/friends were out checking out Halloween decorations for sale and got hungry. My friend, Ai was like "Olive Garden!" and we were right by this one. Two of us got endless soup/salad/breadsticks and one got endless pasta bowl. It was all so good! But for me, the Zoupa Toscana stole the show! That was good I'm still thinking about it the next day! And the staff there were amazing. It was busy, they were running back and forth taking care of everybody, even multitasking with their arms full and STILL didn't miss a beat making sure everybody has everything they needed. Manager of the I-17 location is not a nice person. I placed an order so I thought at his location. Instead the order was for the arrowhead location. I explained that it was a mistake and could he call the manager and just make it at his location. He was unwilling to do that. He said his location is a different something (don't remember the name) and finances. He said I could call the other store and cancel the payment. Just as I was about to do that he informed that the money wouldn't go back to my account immediately. At that point I had to decline and drive 20 minutes to the arrowhead location. Now I have spent $38 (28+10 gas) when he could have written that off. He throws more than $28 dollars worth of food a night! Just not a nice person in my opinion ! read more

One of the more disappointing experiences we've had. Our server Joan asked us literally 3 times in under 10 minutes if we were ready to order, not including when we had just sat down. Everything felt very rushed with her and we got out as fast as we could, but before we left we placed an order for blacktie mousse cake. My partner had to stop her to ask to check on it and she said she had no idea about the order from the ziosk and would go check. We should've know to check the box before we left, it wasn't what we ordered it was the chocolate lasagna which was dry and smooshed in the box. read more

Olive Garden is usually a solid choice--pretty consistent, and there's not much to mess up. But my most recent visit was just bizarre. We had four people order salads: two as their entrees and two with their meals, each customized differently (ranch, no dressing, no onions, and one as-is). The server brought out one salad for all four of us with everything on the side. We had to ask for an additional salad, and then it got awkward because we had to wait again for cheese. The rest of the experience didn't get much better. It took an unusually long time to get our change back after the bill was split on the Ziosk, as the server disappeared after that. The kids' meal was especially disappointing, the mac and cheese was old and dry, literally fed it to my dog once home, my 4 year old wouldn't touch it. The whole visit felt lackluster and dragged on for nearly two hours from start to finish. Thankfully, this isn't my local Olive Garden. We usually have a much better experience at the Tempe location, where the service and food are consistently great. read more

Oh my gosh. Had the BEST experience today. I took my daughter on a mom-daughter date. We were immediately greeted with the biggest smile and welcome. She checked in on us frequently as she wanted to be sure that everything went perfectly for our daughter mom date. It was just so amazing to have that kind of customer service these days. I feel weird writing a review of a chain restaurant that everyone has been to but I have to say, as someone who lives halfway between 2 different Olive Garden locations, there is a night and day difference and this location by Metro Center is awesome. We had a late lunch/early dinner here on Sunday and both the food and service were outstanding. I have noticed this twice now on 2 different visits. There is a noticeable difference in food quality between this location and the one by Arrowhead. I have noticed the food and drinks at the Arrowhead location are... weak. That's the best word I can use to describe it. Metro Center location by comparison is much better - raspberry lemonade is always full of flavor, not watered down. And the alfredo sauce at this location is just delicious. Kudos to whoever runs this Metro Center Olive Garden! read more

Food was just the same as always, Delicious. Ofc there was hair in our food but that's just standard with olive garden, and i don't think it's done on purpose. Tonight my hubby and I decided to go to Olive Garden as I was craving a salad. We arrived tonight at the local Olive Garden and we were greeted right away by friendly Olive Garden employees. Seated right away and our server Josh came right up to our table to take our drink order. When he came back with our drinks he also brought bread sticks. When your here, you're family. Oh do I love this place. I am frankly surprised I haven't gone as much in the last two years. I think because of the pandemic it really dragged me away from a lot of restaurants mainly because of my distaste for restaurant takeout. First Johanna asked for our drink order and we asked do they serve Shirley Temples , Johanna said yes and we asked for it and she then brought us plain sprite. When we informed Robin of the error Johanna proceeded to say we didn't ask for those drinks. It went down hill from there . When I alerted Robin she over charged us for an extra soup that she brought out that was not ordered separately , we thought it came with the Shrimp Fritto Misto. She did not explain that soup doesn't come with every meal. So her solution was to remove what I actually ordered which was the unlimited soup and salad lunch deal and charge us for a soup and salad separately adding an extra $10 to our bull instead of removing the extra soup. This service was unexceptionally worse than any other time. I felt unvalued, uncared for and like what I wanted didn't matter, my experience didn't matter and my concerns didn't matter. Fast Adfordable Lunch I was driving by late afternoon on a weekday and dropped in for a quick bite to eat. I have to admit sometimes Olive Garden is hit or miss with On this visit we split salad, soup, and eggplant parmesan sandwich. The salad was fresh, served cold, and the soup was pipping hot and so flavorful. The eggplant sandwich was delicious, and has now become one of my lunchtime favorites. Service was great, food was delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. A good choice for a quick bite to eat. read more
