I only wish that when she let me know that the mango lemonade was out, that she'd have let me know before bringing a regular lemonade because I felt obligated to take the regular lemonade instead of just having water. I got the sirloin and my husband got the New York strip both medium rare. The others at our table got the sirloin with shrimp. One ordered a side of the strawberry pecan salad and it looked like she was given a regular size of it inside of the side size. I thought there was too much dressing on my salad. Had the 22 oz Porterhouse, medium rare, with no "dust" seasoning. Good. A salad with fruit and feta cheese, very good. Mashed potatoes, good. Asparagus, inedible. The menu description wasn't accurate. There was some spicy, heavy pepper coating on the vegetable. One bite and I spit it out. Wife did the same thing. The pepper burn lasted a few minutes. My friends and I were eating at this location for a birthday party when a bunch of dirty plates and containers fell on my head. The waitress quickly picked them up without much of an apology. She never reported it. The manager's apology wasn't much better, but he did say that dishes were not allowed on the ledges. I frequent them for lunch and typically order the Parmesan crusted salmon, a side salad and rice. I've never been disappointed in my food choice. They sell a Parmesan crusted chicken and I just pay the up charge to make the salmon Parmesan crusted. The rice is always fluffy and cooked to perfection. I liked this particular location because it is literally by all the shopping and other dinning choices. We was a fairly large party of 10. We were sat immediately and our server was super nice. My daughter order the steak and broccoli , she said the steak was cooked perfectly and had such great flavor and I can confirm, I tried it and it was delicious. I had the chicken ceasar salad, and the lettuce was so fresh and crisp, the chicken was cooked perfect and the flavors were so juicy. I also tried the stuffed mushrooms with cheese and they were too die for!! Everyone else loved their meals and no complaints at all!!! My company has a crew working long term right down the road from here, they go to their jobsite all year long and we seldom see them so we wanted a chance to catch up with everyone. We took a couple of managers over to meet the crew for a small Holiday lunch. I believe all total we had 9 people on a weekday at 11:45. When we got there the place was probably 20% full. We asked for if they had a table that could accommodate all of us at one table. The hostess said "no". We asked if we could pull two tables way in the back together where no one was sitting and were told "the manager won't let us do that anymore". We ultimately were seated in the bar area at one high top and one low top. The result was that there literally was zero conversation between tables which defeated the point of getting together. I understand not seating a party of 20 together but don't understand why two 4 person tables can't be combined. Ultimately we ordered as soon as we could, simple things like burgers, chicken tenders, salads and I believe one small steak. Start to finish from the time we sat down and ordered to the time we got our food it was probably at least 55 minutes, which resulted in a 1.5 hour lunch. The food arrived at the two tables at different times. One table finished eating before the other by 20 minutes. The drink refills were slow and the request for additional condiments were either slow or ignored. The food tasted fine which was good but for lunch it should have been a much quicker process. If you have plenty of time for a lunch and a small group then you probably will be fine. If you have more than 6 people I would strongly suggest calling ahead or picking another venue. read more

Food was to be expected with exception of my ribeye (ordered med rare) being burned on bottom side. Wasn't horrible but a couple of the bites were not good due to charring. I've been to plenty of LongHorn Steakhouses and I'd like to drop a review for this location just to give customers a feel for where it stands compare to the other chains. To start with location, it's easily accessible as it shares lots with other dining establishments and stores. There are plenty of parking so, i foresee no issue with that. The staff are friendly as this is an assessment based off two visits. Compared to some places I've been to, the staff seem to be hustling and really focused on customer experience. The menu is the same and you're given their standard bread. The first time I got the sirloin and the filet, both experiences were good! I recommend the Brussels sprouts and Mac & cheese for the two sides. I really enjoy my time eating at this chain, but the only negative comment I've got is the wait time for the food. It seems it takes a little longer than my other longhorn experiences and I never thought they were overly busy or anything. I also like that Longhorn has their nutrition facts online for those who count their macros. This allows dining here worry free about how much of something you're eating. I definitely give this chain a solid 3.5 out of 5 stars. read more
