    9oz Flo's Filet

My family visited Longhorn for my niece's birthday yesterday and it was a horrible experience. We had reservations for 4:30, and were not sat for 20-25 minutes because "our server had not arrived." Once we sat down, it took 30+ minutes for our order to be put in, as the server kept coming back to ask questions about the order. We had to ask for things like a plastic cup with a lid for my dad (who is disabled) 3+ times before getting it. Bread took a long time to come out. Some of the orders were not correct, and we had to send back 2 entrees that were not cooked correctly. We ended up being there for 2.5+ hrs, which delayed our plans afterwards. I appreciated that the server maintained composure, but the constant mistakes were unacceptable. This is coming from a server myself!!

So I was leaving my homeboy's birthday day party at Blazing's hookah lounge & decided to pull up for a bite cause you can never go wrong with Longhorn's. So I hit the bar for some quick & easy service cause it was like 3 something my haircut appointment was at 4:30 back over west Baltimore. The bartender was very nice & quick cleaned up the bar brought some bread out in no time. I kept it simple for some shrimp & their wings which you can never go wrong with. Now the unfortunate part of my experience that makes me not give them 5 stars. I ordered a flavored lemonade but I was told they didn't have any lemonade today. So I had to settle for a sprite but the biggest issue was they didn't have any cocktail sauce for the shrimp. The bartender had the nerve to bring out some ranch dressing with the shrimp. But other than that my food & service was pretty good.

Longhorn is one of my favorite chains. It was my first time at this location. The restaurant was clean and the server was nice. The lighting was a bit darker than usual but not a dealbreaker. I ordered shrimp and lobster chowder, salmon no rice, with brussel sprouts and a baked sweet potato. The baked sweet potato was burnt and it seemed like they tried to cover it by adding extra brown sugar. I said something to the server and she was ready to get me another but I opted for mashed potatoes instead. The brussel sprouts are one of my fave menu items at LongHorn. Unfortunately during this visit they didn't meet the mark. There was barely any of the smoky honey butter on it. Not the worst experience but not the best.

Easily spotted on Pulaski, EB. We decided on here for lunch, you could smell them cooking steak, what a teaser and with that, we went in and seating was quick. The decor was casual and definitely a cowboy western scene. From antlers as lighting to cowboy boots. Hubby was not as beef enthusiastic as I was, he got the chicken crusted parmesan, and this was not for the faint of heart. cheese crusted means chicken metically on all sides and it stuck. I had to get a 30oz rieye, seasoned and cooked on the grill. It was massive and done to perfection, med rare. I am still having dreams about it. We both had the bread, it was warm and had a texture of whole wheat Ww will be back, plenty selections to enjoy

Took the family to Longhorn Steakhouse for a Saturday dinner. This is our first time here. Upon our arrival at 6 PM, the waiting area was already full of people (standing room only). Since the wife put our name on their waitlist ahead of time, we were seated within 5 minutes. There's a bar on the left and large dining room on the right. We sat in a booth near the bar. Waitress came immediately with the free bread and took our order. I got the outlaw ribeye. The family got the New York Strip, Ribeye, and Redrock Grilled Shrimp. The steaks came with 2 sides. The steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered and looked exactly as their pictures on the website. Everyone loved their steaks. My wife liked the grill shrimp. The steaks were well seasoned and flavored. Very generous portions. I was stuffed. We will definitely be back. Pros: Well seasoned steaks. Cooked exactly to order. Generous portions. Didn't go home hungry. Overall a good value for your money. Cons: A little noisy. Pro tip: Avoid a long wait at peak times by signing up on their waitlist prior to getting to the restaurant. Waitlist is on website.

The food was exquisite. But the service was kind of slow. The setup was so pretty . Notes The Brussel sprouts were overly sweet.

Had lunch here with my son today. The lady seating us was a bit gruff when seating us but otherwise it was an excellent meal. Waitress was friendly and the food on point. Warm hot bread with butter was amazing. We both ordered the 12pz ribeyes which now come with one side. We chose loaded baked potatoes. A side salad is now $1.49 extra so still a no brainer for a decent salad. Steak was seasoned and cooked well. Definitely a good value for the money overall. Will come back for sure.

Looks delicious but less luster than it presents to be. Revamped recipes are not a win as previous meal combinations.

This was my first time in years coming to Longhorn Steakhouse. Maybe if I ate steak it would've been a better food experience. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. Very atmosphere was very pleasant.

A very packed Saturday evening (Feb 17th) and subpar service. The wait for our table wasn't an issue because this is to be expected for a Saturday evening. However, after being seated we waited an additional 10 mins before the waiter stopped by to greet us. We ordered drinks ... my raspberry lemonade I'm sure was strawberry and my husband's mango margarita was not balanced. We also had to send the mango margarita back because the waiter accidentally put his finger in the glass. Our dinner arrived and it was apparent that the kitchen was rushing. The presentation was very underwhelming. Plates messy with drippings of food on the perimeter. We also finally received the complimentary bread at this time and it was so crumbly when trying to eat we just pushed it to the side. The temp on the steaks was fine. The meal overall however was just average. We waited for our waiter to return after eating to pay the bill before we noticed the signage on the table that offered mobile checkout. The waiter not once checked in on us while eating but as soon as we walked out the door we're approached by the waiter with "hey, did you pay?" Sir, of course we did and you would have known that had you checked in with us during our meal. We decided at the table that we will not return.

Service was prompt, we were seated immediately, no wait. Our meals were delicious...I had the smothered chicken dish with mashed potatoes and butter and a house salad. The mashed potatoes were magnificent! My sistah ordered the Legends cocktail and said it was just right...and of course who could forget those legendary rolls. Several other customers were having birthday celebrations and the whole staff and restaurant were included in wishing them a happy birthday. Great family atmosphere . All in all, a good time was had.

My friend that brought me here kept telling…read moreme about the delicious bread rolls with the whipped cinnamon butter the restaurant chain is known for, both of which were endless? I was very excited to try the restaurant out. Upon being sat at the table and trying out the bread rolls, I agreed that they were very delicious. We soon ate all 4 of them, which was all we got for the whole night despite numerous requests for refills. Are they really endless? I don't know. It was a busy Friday night, and it seemed like our server was trying her best, she tended to us when she could, but it seemed like she had a lot of tables sat around the same time. The menu I looked through was filthy and crusted with bits of old food. I figured maybe it was a miss due to it being so busy. When we were done with our bread rolls, a busser walked by to grab the bread roll tray, and we asked if he could get us more bread. He said yes but never came back with more bread. We saw him bussing tables near us throughout the night. Maybe he wasn't allowed to handle bread rolls? I also saw tables around us with bags of peanuts and bread rolls. We were not offered any peanuts by the hostess. I ordered the 16oz Prime Rib with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans, Gravy on the side. When our food arrived, a female server running the food had set up a stand on the side of our table with the food on a big tray. She literally threw my plate at me and the au jus sauce spilled all over the plate and onto the table. She didn't acknowledge that anything abnormal happened. This was very weird and abnormal to me. No where have I ever dined before do they serve food like this. I found it very unpleasant and worrying as it seemed completely normal to her like she threw everyone's plate of food at them? Yall should check up on this because it's poor customer service if everyone that dines here gets food throw at them. Unless that's something that's practiced regularly at this restaurant? Which is very odd and peculiar. If she wasn't able to carry all the heavy plates and needed help, she should've asked for help from her coworkers. I tried to make the best of this entree being thrown at me. Our server did try her best to refill our drinks and check up on us. We asked another male server wearing a hat who waited on tables nearby if we could have a refill of bread. He also said yes and never came back with any bread. At this point I don't think the bread is endless, nor refillable. I did see him give excellent customer service to other tables around us numerous times, such as bring them fresh bread roll trays, refill their drinks and bring them to go containers with bags for leftovers. I was very disappointed as I was told by numerous people that Texas Roadhouse is known for endless bread rolls... It seems we got about 4 bread rolls all night and that was it. I'll be sure to update everyone I know of the new policy changes with the bread rolls here. That's important information if they're expecting refills. When we were done with our food, we waited a ridiculously long amount of time to get the check and an even longer amount of time to get to go containers and bags for our leftovers. We watched as tables around us cleared out. They got their checks and to go containers with bags before us. Throughout this whole time, a good 5 to 7 servers took time to congregated around the service station to talk loudly about personal business. Both my friend and I tried to get their eye contact so we could pay our tab and leave. With no luck. We literally made eye contact with them, and they just ignored us. At that point, I intended to just walk up to them and ask where the to go containers and bags were stored because I was willing to go get them myself. I was tired of waiting for no help. We wanted to leave. We waited even a longer amount of time. And saw our original server, so we asked for to go boxes. And finally, another female server gave us to go boxes. No bags. No containers for sauces. While everyone else around us got those altogether. I finally walked up to the group of chit chatty congregated servers and asked if we could get to go cups for sauces and bags. Another female server in a jacket stuttered yes and walked away from me. I never saw her again either. Then our server came back, and we asked her for bags. The whole dining experience was mediocre at best and horrible at worst. I don't think I'd be willing to dine here again in a long time unfortunately. There are a lot of problems going on that were totally avoidable. What a not great first impression.

Ruxton is elegant without feeling pretentious, and it's the kind of restaurant that actually complements dressing up for the occasion. Whether you're celebrating something special or simply want an upscale night out, the ambiance makes the experience feel worthwhile. For dinner, I ordered the whole lobster, and I honestly underestimated what I was getting. The presentation alone was impressive--it was served on a board nearly the size of a large wooden cutting board. At around $200, it's definitely a splurge, but after tasting it, I completely understood why. The lobster was cooked perfectly, incredibly fresh, and so good that I somehow managed to finish the entire thing. We also ordered the Lemon Butter Prawns, and they deserve just as much recognition. The lemon butter sauce was rich, bright, and unlike anything I've had before. Easily some of the best prawns I've ever eaten. We shared a side of broccoli, which was good, but with everything else on the table, it simply wasn't the star of the meal. My partner ordered the Fried Lobster with mashed potatoes, and they absolutely nailed it. The lobster was fried perfectly--crispy on the outside while remaining juicy and tender inside without tasting greasy. That's not an easy balance to achieve, but Ruxton pulled it off. The cocktails were just as memorable. I ordered the Shake & Bake, which I'd describe as a tequila take on an Old Fashioned, and it ended up being one of my favorite drinks from our entire Baltimore food tour. My partner's dirty martini was also well made. The service was exceptional throughout the evening. Our team was attentive, professional, and consistently checked in without ever being intrusive. They helped make an already special evening feel even more memorable. Ruxton absolutely lived up to the hype. While it's perfect for celebrating special occasions, the quality of the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere has me looking forward to coming back just to explore more of the menu. This is easily one of Baltimore's premier dining experiences.

I've had better espresso martinis, but it was still good. My second drink was a beer. The draft machines were down, but the beer was still good. My partner ordered the strip steak that came with fries and salad. It wasn't your average salad. It was delicious. The fries had garlic & parsley. The were delicious as well. And she absolutely loved the steak. So much so that she kept trying to save some for the next day. It was a delicious meal! The parking is street parking. It's a cute spot. We'll be back!

My family gathered in Baltimore to see my niece graduate college. After the graduation we all met…read moreat The Capital Grille Inner Harbor. The restaurant really went all out for our party. They gave us our own private room, it was a nice dinner that made our visit more enjoyable. Cocktails are a must and I went with my go to drink, the Old Fashioned. While drinks are being served, we're ordering sharable food for the table. At any Capital Grille, from New York to Maryland each restaurant has a similar menu. We started with a large seafood tower. If you haven't had the seafood tower, it's so choice and highly recommended. The shrimp was so fresh, the same with the oysters. No one really likes oysters so more for me. Mmm mm.. We over ordered too much food but I left room for dessert. I ordered Crème Brûlée served with seasonal berries. I know The Capital Grille is a chain but that dessert was fire! Very fresh and tasted amazing. The Capital Grille in Baltimore's Inner Harbor was a great place for a celebration dinner. Highly recommended.
