We went on a Saturday night and it was very busy. We waited about 30 minutes to be sat. Our server, Brandon was excellent. He was super attentive refilling our drinks quickly, bringing more bread and checking in once the food came. We had a sirloin and the parmesan crusted chicken with a loaded baked potato and corn on the cub. The chicken was so tasty. The loaded potato is my go to at steakhouses. The corn was just phenomenal and a large portion. The steak was ok quality but I didn't think much of it. The restaurant was very full. This was my first visit. Excellent service and even better food. Considering it was a Saturday evening, our wait time was a very respectable 15 mins. In addition to the classic rib eye, their burgers are fit for a king, and their cowboy pork chops were served moist, tender, and golden brown. The prices are good for the quality & portion sizes. 11.16.24 This has been my go to place when I'm in the mood for a steak. They cook it spot on the vast majority of the time. I've been here dozens of times and they only faulted twice where they overcooked my steaks. They did right by me and made up for their mistakes. I can't truly describe how good their streaks taste. It's some type of flavor that I can taste each time before I bite into it. The steaks are perfectly seasoned and extremely consistent with the seasoning. The restaurant is cool looking and can every time I've been there. They take care if the place very well. The place is laid back and the service is good most of the time. The most recent time I was there we hadn't received our bread & butter. I inquired about it when our filets arrived. I asked if they still do the bread or had they stopped offering it. He told me that he got busy and it was his fault he forgot. You have to respect his honesty and he didn't give some bogus story. Very cool. If you want an even better experience your go to server would be to ask for Manny. He's our go to guy. He's the best they've got. Shout out to Manny. Well, the Customer Service is always good last night not too good and the last two times we were there. The meals were disappointing. The filet mignon came out flat like an iron steak. I never saw anything like it in my life wasn't cooked the way we wanted it my wife's chicken bites came out. They were cold. I ordered a side of rice and there was nothing in the plate. Service is usually great. This isnt peter luger's grade for steaks so please dont have high expectations. However, their salads are fresh. Of all the relaxed dining places this is one of our favorite. EZ access, pleasant ambience, reasonable prices and servers like Dottie are very nice, not pushy, and helpful. We often get the steak tips, with mushrooms, onions and a lot of steak. Also comes with a salad, fresh warm bread, and one free side. Too many places charge for everything, like the airlines. Booths or tables are not so close together like other places. We go about 3-4 pm when parking is easier, seating is relaxed. Food comes out fairly quick. Cost for the steak tips is about $23, and we often get get a 12 oz beer for about $3.50. We go about one every three weeks. read more

Servers are very slow and I been a server for years it doesn't be that busy but the servers move like it is. We sat at the bar and the bartender kept looking at us and didn't acknowledge us. After 10 mins she finally gave us menus and we wanted to order and was looking at us. A couple came in after us and was greeted with menus, and bread. So we left and got a table. In all of our experiences at Longhorn, we've never had a bad meal. This isn't the French Laundry in California but for a chain, it's one of the better ones. We looked for a dish for my fiance and I asked if they had a dish with salmon and shrimp and the waitress said she thought they did but if not she'd make it happen. I had the NY Steak and it was cooked perfectly with that classic steakhouse char on the outside and I really liked it. No sauce, just salt. We had 2 non-alcoholic drinks; (coke and diet coke) and no dessert. Food: -steaks were flavorful and were cooked properly. The seafood seamed fresh and tasted good. Service: -excellent service -attentive and helpful Cleanliness/Ambiance: -it seemed fairly well kept; we came around 3 ish and it was right before the dinner rush on the weekend so it was very pleasant. Not real busy. Price: -for 2 people we paid $75 (that was with a 20% tip). Overall & would you return: It's always a consistent meal no matter when we come. Today, I tried longhorn for lunch for the first time. Our server was Bryan with a Y. He was great!! Explained the menu, gave recommendations, was patient and was also working the bar. We normally are getting prepared to go to sleep but we were forced to stay because we were in need of food. Expecting to get excellent service because of the wait it turned out the opposite. One of my family members received a poorly made chicken tender that was either ripped by hand or bit. We weren't exactly sure but we contacted the manger to address the issue. We expressed the experience we have received and let him know that we got extremely terrible service. We the family thought it could be a racism thing because everyone had gotten food before us but we were the last ones to receive our food. We also want to address the staff. As we were talking to the manger one of the employees had the audacity to call the manger for a lesser issue which we thought was extremely disrespectful because of our issue. So they say a picture tells a story and the pictures I took at Longhorn show yummy Texas Tonions, A delicious Margarita and two very happy customers. So I started my evening here really unsure what I wanted. Usually when I go to Longhorn I get their ribs because they are insanely good but tonight I felt like some smaller bites. Our server was Danielle and she was really good at answering our questions and just great in general. I wound up ordering the Buffalo Wings. My dad had Steak. And we ordered their Texas Tonians which are similar to onion rings although a bit different. This place is really consistent. I do not get here all that often but when I do, they are consistently on point. Everything was quite good. We also split one of their Margaritas. It was the first time I'd had a Margarita from Longhorn and my expectations were pretty low. But I am happy to report it was wonderful. And gigantic. And STRONG. That I did not expect. This place is a step above most chains I must say. I also love the western theme throughout the whole restaurant. It really does add to the ambiance. I would advise if you are planning to dine here on a Saturday evening and don't want to wait, the earlier you come the shorter your wait will be. You should also do the call ahead seating. They do not do reservations but if you call right before you leave and put your name in, your wait time will most likely be shorter, if at all. Although if you show up after 6:00 PM on a weekend evening it gets really crowded. I would absolutely recommend them. Very tasty dinner. UPDATE: Just went for dinner again tonight and had half a rack of Pork Ribs along with seasoned fries. Yummy. I was with two people and one had chicken fingers and let me try them. I stopped in for lunch today, and I'm disappointed. First, the upside: the salad was good, and I loved the bleu dressing it was great. Also, the bacon mac & cheese was great, plus the bartender was pleasant, and I have to say very attractive. So, with that said, the service was exceptional. The downside: The chef needs to learn how to cook a steak. I ordered a medium rare ribeye steak, and it was cooked well done and drowned in butter. So, I sent it back, and the bartender had the chef fire another one. Unfortunately, the second steak was cooked medium well. The bartender offered to refire another one, but I declined. At this point, it became blatantly obvious that the chef didn't know how to cook a proper medium rare steak. And what made it even worse was the char on the steak was off puttingly bitter. Overall, the side dishes were great, but the main course...not so much. I've been to this location several times before, and the food was quite tasty, but they missed the mark this time.
