After spending six months searching for a great deal on a vehicle, my family and I drove up to Toyota Longo. This place is hands down the best Toyota dealership and they don't do any markups. I wish every dealership operated this way, because most of them were hard to work with even if you did your homework on negotiating. Longo doesn't make you do any of that, and the peace of mind was worth the drive up. I'd like to shout out Jimmy Phan for all of his help. I originally ordered a 2024 Corolla LE, but there was a delay being shipped to their dealer, and ended up getting damaged during transit. Quickly making a resolution, Jimmy informed me they had a Corolla Hybrid and helped explain all the details and differences between that and the regular one. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it had better mileage than the original. After having a great experience test driving a used one at a different dealership, as well as the one Longo had waiting for me, I made the decision to go with the Hybrid. Jimmy has been very professional and communicated well throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain all the payment details as well as answering all questions. While I haven't personally bought a car from here before (my family has though), the sales staff are always friendly and even answer your questions via email. I mostly come here for the parts to maintain my vehicles (and of course, the occasional Starbucks run [located inside the building]). I have to post a review because I am absolutely thrilled with the car buying experience I had at Longo. Car buying always feels like a daunting and stressful task and 2020 certainly hasn't made it seem less so. Longo was the first dealer stop of the day and ended up being the last because of the experience I had and the deal I was able to get. Their inventory is massive and they also do an excellent job following all covid-related safety measures. This wasn't my first car purchase from a dealer, but it was my first ever new car purchase (had only bought used up until this point) and Robert Hofmann did an exceptional job helping me through the whole process. My tire pressure is always incorrect every time I pick up my truck from service. They disregard any customer notes that the service representative enters into the system. These notes are to make sure you address the customers needs!!!! Instead they do what they want and are completely rude and unreliable!!!! How is my 2021 tundra 4x4 crew max going to have higher pressure in the front then the back. We love driving the car but we do not like having to fuel it and wait in line for sometimes two hours as fuel stations are limited we were never informed on buying the car that we would have to wait an hour and a half to two hours to get fuel sometimes or that we would get to a fuel station and it would be out of hydrogen and we'd have to hope for another station nearby. One day I had to go to four different stations to get a complete Fuel up One station was completely out of hydrogen two more stations shut down while fueling me and I was finally able to get a full tank at the fourth station now although this does not reflect the dealership itself it definitely reflects how the dealership gives out information to consumers whom buy vehicles. Within 10 days, the brake does not work and front rear collision occurred. I brought the damaged car to Longo. Unaccountable Longo suggested me to let Toyota corporate have a look, and asked me sign to let Longo technician drive car to Longo parking structure. Dishonest Longo adds multi-points inspection without consent, and had my cars at Longo for several months. Longo and Toyota corporate show the brake hardware is new, while the Toyota brake issue is software issue. On the appointment day Toyota corporate technician came Longo for review my old car, I went there well ahead but longo asked me to wait at customer waiting area. Longo let me go in to my car at the back parking structure well beyond the appointment time. For my disappointment, the Toyota corporate technician already open my car and start working on it. The Longo assurance that my car key kept at me is no meaningful since Longo and/or Toyota corporate can open my car anytime they like in several months kept at Longo parking structure and any software adjustments can be done well ahead since Longo is dishonest the multipoint check include exclude the way Longo want to misbehave. To make worse, the Toyota corporate technician needs to talk the Longo service manager so corporate tech and I walk to manager office. Longo drive my car to the service area, Longo block me to go back to the back parking structure while the corporate tech and Longo service manager two walk back to the parking structure and they have internal discussion while I was forced to wait at the customer waiting area. Longo and Toyota corporate tech can adjust the software number the way they like to conceal Toyota brake malfunction. However, Toyota brake recall occurs which proves Toyota brake malfunction. My experience began the moment I visited the Longo Toyota website. During a two week period I visited several Local dealership web sites to find a truck to meet the needs of my growing family. We decided a Tundra TRD Sport was perfect. When I logged onto the Longo site, I inquired about a truck and within 3-5 minutes I received an email and text message from Internet Sales Manager Jorge Haro. We exchanged commminication and then spoke on the telephone. We consider this to be a world class digital experience. I took 24 hours to talk the truck and pricing over with my wife and we decided we would like to move forward with the purchase. Knowing Jorge was off the following day, I was directed to Jose Del Solar a second Internet Sales Manager. I was a bit nervous that experience wouldn't be as good as it was with Jorge, boy was I wrong to assume that. Jose was patient, answered my questions, and what made this a special experience for me...I took the metrolink into El Monte from Redlands /San Bernardino and Jose picked me up at the train station in the truck and immediately began the test drive. How incredible is that? Great work Jose!! At the conclusion of the experience, Jose had the truck washed, gave me a succinct tour of the Longo service center, inventory, and parts department.
