They ensured I was set up with a rental, including driving me to the rental place, and were diligent about following up as the repairs came along. I chose to come here based on a recommendation by the other party's insurance, and I am so glad I did. I didn't have any services performed by this shop, however, their customer service RESTORED my faith in humanity. A tow company refused to take our vehicle to the shop of our choice and took the vehicle to Look Auto Body instead on Thanksgiving. The shop is closed for the weekend but a LOOK AUTO BODY service manager, opened the shop so we could get our vehicle to our designated collision center. He came in on his day off, to personally make sure our vehicle went to the proper place. THATS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. That is Excellent Customer Service, and I wasn't even a customer.
