On April 13, 2020, my Toyota Prius V Wagon was hit by another Toyota. The other driver hit my car with full impact and caused substantial damage to the front passenger and front of our car. Our insurance company towed our car to their "VIP" shop and I was surprised that the damage was substantial to the car and yet the estimate was low. I made several attempts to move my car back to Look Auto Body Shop with difficulties from our insurance company. Blake, the owner of Look Autobody, stepped in and took over and was able to get the car to be return to Look Autobody where I wanted the work to be done. Blake took all the pressure of me regarding dealing with MY INSURANCE and reassured me that I am only responsible for my deductible and he would handle all the paperwork. I took in my 2005 Toyota Camry to get repaired after I was hit, and they treated it with as much care and detail as they do the luxury cars on their lot. Not only did it come back perfectly repaired, but it was cleaned and polished as well. They ensured I was set up with a rental, including driving me to the rental place, and were diligent about following up as the repairs came along. I didn't have any services performed by this shop, however, their customer service RESTORED my faith in humanity. A tow company refused to take our vehicle to the shop of our choice and took the vehicle to Look Auto Body instead on Thanksgiving. The shop is closed for the weekend but a LOOK AUTO BODY service manager, opened the shop so we could get our vehicle to our designated collision center. He came in on his day off, to personally make sure our vehicle went to the proper place. THATS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. That is Excellent Customer Service, and I wasn't even a customer.
