Only went in for a small Job (replacement mirror cap paint on my Alfa Romeo), but chose them based on reviews here as I wanted a high-end, well-reviewed shop and they were open until 6 which was convenient for me. Let's face it. None of us want to go auto body shop. That means our car is messed up and it will cost us money we didn't expect on spending, right? You're already upset that you now have an inconvenience of renting a car or getting rides while your car is in the shop. However, Pedro & Blake make it MUCH easier for you to go through this. Someone decided to key both sides of my car on all 3 panels. Perfect timing while I'm not working during a pandemic. Thank God for insurance! Made a claim online with Farmers and the adjuster got back to me the same day with a list of Farmers approved body shops to make this pretty much seamless. Of course I did my research before choosing. I looked at all of the Yelp reviews and decided to go with Look Auto Body after seeing a solid 5 stars for every review. Before I knew I could file a claim for this and not getting dinged on my rates, I called about 6 shops for estimates who all told me it would take 5 days for my car to be fixed. Look Auto Body was no different. I dropped it off late Monday morning and it was ready Friday evening. I picked it up Saturday morning. A body shop open on Saturdays - what?! Amazing. Dropping off my car was easy. Pedro called Enterprise to pick me up to get my rental. All done very quickly. Pedro called me on Wednesday to give an update on the status of my car so I knew when to expect it. As I walked up to the shop today, I saw my 2013 Hyundai that looked like it was made for 2021. I couldn't believe that was my car! It honestly looked brand new. Blake said his guy worked hard on waxing it for a good few hours yesterday. And boy can you tell. I paid my $500 deductible and was on my way. The easiest process ever, I swear. I've had my various cars in the shop at different places over the last 25 years I've been driving and the customer service here can't be beat! They took care of a moonroof on my Porsche that broke! If you know about Porsches, they sell every part separate and the dealership costs are through the roof. Blake and Chase found me a near New moonroof for less than 30% of what the dealer wanted, with labor installed, out the door! With winter season slowly approaching, I wanted to make sure I got it fixed so that water wouldn't leak inside my Turbo Porsche. These guys took great care of me. First impression here was quite disappointing. Now you may be wondering why I still gave 5 stars and what exactly was disappointing. I came in and sat down for a good 15-20 minutes before I was helped. I was confused who worked here and who was being helped as there were 2 people sitting behind the counter just all quiet. Eventually I was able to make sense that one person worked there and the other person was being helped and they were waiting on a call or a response from a 3rd party. I really wish I was given a "I will be with you in a moment" line or something of that sort. Finally, the owner, Blake walked in and introduced himself and apologized for the wait. I told him that my mechanic highly recommended him and his services and we had a nice conversation about my rear bumper parking lot issue. I got to know his story and his history growing up in the bay area while he pulled up a quote and what he recommended I do. Even though I didn't get work done here, I can confidently say that the people here know what they are doing and what they are about. Their estimations and tear down of each different possible way to work with my budget, how old my car was, and with what they have was pretty precise. And they were honest with me all the way. At no point did I feel like I was talking down on and or belittled. The conversation I had was very professional, as well realistic. It is very rare to find an Auto Body shop as well managed as Look Auto Body. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner (Blake) and he treated me like royalty even though I was only in for a quick estimate on a paint chip. I truly appreciated his advice and he provided his opinion even if it meant a loss of profit for himself. Excellent customer service and work! My car was hit in a grocery store parking lot and was left with several scratches and two very large gouges on the top of the front bumper. No one came forward or left any kind of note, so when I discovered the damage to my car it was a shock to say the least. My fiancé luckily knew of a body shop and we contacted them immediately. Tim and Blake were great! We called multiple body shops to check on their availability and all of the other shops were booked out for weeks. We called Look Auto Body and they said that they could check the car the same day and begin the work the following week. When we got there, Tim was great and was very helpful. The work took a little longer than they anticipated but it was not their fault. The rear glass window was broken when they received it but they kept us updated along the way. They had the work done a few days later and when we went to pick up the car, they were in the process of cleaning it. A big storm hit the night before and they did not want to give us a dirty car. We really appreciate all of Tim's help along the way and then Blake was there at the end to go over everything with us. I highly recommend them! read more

I was especially grateful to Vivi Cardenas, as she worked diligently to locate the window I needed. I brought my leased car in that had scratches and a dent, and they were able to get it done shortly after Thanksgiving (I brought it in a few days before the holidays). I can say that I've been the victim to many car accidents and luckily never hurt. However, the worst part of the accident is that you loose your car for who knows how long and the shop that's fixing your car...can you trust them or not!?!
