I had gotten my hair done years ago from another salon and they bleached and butchered my hair so I was so nervous to come to another salon to get it done. She is an expert on hair cuts as well, I went from long hair with no volume or definition to beautiful long layers with bangs that frame my face, I got a balayage done and now that I have lived here for 5 years I think I have found my new salon. I went in for a partial balayage and clearly explained that I wanted the TOP of my hair highlighted. I even showed multiple reference photos to make sure there was no confusion. Instead, the stylist focused on the bottom of my hair and gave me very minimal "baby highlights," which was not what I asked for at all. On top of that, I specifically requested that my gray hair be covered, yet I left the salon with a visible patch of gray still in the back of my head. I was also quoted $50 for a haircut beforehand, but was later told it would be $70--and the haircut itself was barely noticeable despite me asking for layers. What made the experience even worse was being asked to pay the full amount BEFORE the service was completed. This made me feel uncomfortable and pressured, especially when it came to tipping, since I hadn't even seen the final result yet. In total, I paid $360 ($50 deposit + $270 service + additional charges), and I left feeling completely dissatisfied. I couldn't even sleep that night because I felt like I had been taken advantage of. I immediately expressed my concerns to the stylist and asked about a partial refund. I was told the owner would contact me on Tuesday--but he never did. I had to follow up myself. When I finally spoke to him, he was dismissive, defensive, and aggressive. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he stated he would review audio and video recordings of my conversation with the stylist--which was also concerning, as customers are not made aware that their conversations may be recorded. He then told me he would "challenge" my dispute and abruptly hung up. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Between the poor results, lack of transparency, pricing inconsistencies, and unprofessional handling of my complaint, I would strongly advise others to think twice before going here. This place deserves no stars!

I was in town in San Antonio and a part of my Hair Extensions fell and I needed a maintenance so they took same-day appointments and I scheduled with Zoe. As soon as I come in, she goes to go get the manager acting like she was confused on how to do the maintenance of my Weft Hair Extensions. The manager came over and was like oh you just move the beads up and was trying to break it down and explain it to her after that she does my maintenance and washes my hair and then blow dry it now another worker that works at the salon not the manager comes over and asked me what salon did your Hair Extensions and I said Capelli salon and she takes a picture of it and says they did a terrible job it's supposed to be laying flat on your head, etc. and this is after Zoe did my maintenance. I tell her no my hair extensions are messed up right now because of y'all and not because of my last salon I go to a high-quality salon to get my hair, maintenance and Hair Extensions done and she's like oh well it's not us it was ur last stylist. So then I asked Zoe can you just go ahead and take the extensions completely out if that's the case and redo them because that's how you typically do weft Hair Extension maintenance anyway you take them completely out and she said no not today after she was done with my maintenance, I had to use the restroom and I come out and she's completely disappeared and had the manager check me out as well so I've left the salon, completely dissatisfied and my weft Hair Extensions not maintenanced properly hurting my scalp loose in certain areas and improperly tightened and installed/maintenanced. I would say that my stylist was probably very inexperienced with Hair Extensions clueless young and again did a terrible job and I don't recommend the salon and I will not be back. That horrendous haircut was the first that I had gotten in the San Antonio area since we moved down here last year. I thought I could just live with it, but I like to go six months between haircuts and there was no way I was going let myself continue to look like I did for 4.5 more months. The salon is located in a tranquil area just off the beaten path but close to 35. The decor is modern and it's very clean. The vibe inside the salon is also very peaceful. Paul was very professional, listened to my complaints, offered good feedback, and gave me the face framing angles I was looking for. Then, he gave me a nice style so I could go home with an extra special look that my husband wouldn't be able to miss. The color I got from the other salon was (is) also a mess, and Paul offered his opinions about my next steps. I believe I will return soon to get my color corrected. I have to also add that when I got home from the salon, my husband commented on how amazing my hair looked perhaps three times in the first hour. I've been home for several hours now, and he is still pausing to look at me, smile, and compliment. Thank you, Paul!
