I went in to get a previous haircut fixed and received wonderful service from Kohl. I usually see the same person all the time for all of my services but needed to make a change and I'm so glad I found LOOK. The Salon is bright and lively and all the people I interacted with were very professional and kind. Sometimes in previous salons I've gone to it's almost felt like a contest on who can be the most hip and cool and this salon didn't feel pretentious at all. Kohl is such a darling and I had told him I was also struggling on how to style my hair so he taught me the steps and recommended me products to use to style my new hairstyle. Worst haircut I have ever gotten! Went in for soft bangs to my eyebrows and came out with hack job micro bangs! Before the haircut he didn't even put a bib on me and began cutting right onto my clothes. Grabbed a large section and cut straight across then told me I was done. Very disappointed. read more

This was the BEST blowout I've ever had. Ari seriously has magic hands. She has cut, done my balayage, and now perfected my blowout. You have to try LOOK out! The ambiance is fresh, chic, and polished. It always smells amazing in here. The owner did a great job making this spot feel comfy, but also takes you out of the real world and lets you enjoy a pampering hair day. They use such quality products like my hair always last 3-4 days after a wash here. I have naturally curly hair and wear it straight about 90% of my time. Ari always does a wonderful job cutting my tips and creating layers that add volume and are simple to manage with my lifestyle. Following her advice, I feel my hair has continued to grow healthy after a period of no growth and lots of heat damage. She's always easy to talk to, is not "pushing" certain products but rather making suggestions that meet your hair goals without overselling, and very professional. When you are greeted, you can instantly feel the professionalism from the team including the front desk staff. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and I've never had to wait. They stick to appointment times. Some reviews mention cost. However, I have yet to find a professional hairstylist at a significant cost lower than this location. The extra $5-$10 is worth the ambiance and peace of mind in my own opinion. I have never tried color here but it'll probably be the next service I book! 10/10 read more

No one else will ever touch my hair. He will incorporate the current trends for a more updated look, but he will NOT let you do something too "out-there" that you will regret. I live in the air area so I wanted to get my hair done and I called look and it's like whenever I called they don't say anything or any knowledge meant that they're on the other line and they're waiting for you to say anything every single time. I asked the girl if I can get a haircut just a trim and she literally asked me how long is my hair I told her long and she said it's starting at $80 just for a trim. Honestly, ridiculous. I didn't get a friendly interaction over the phone. Edit: I loved my haircut but they are not taking wearing a mask serious I felt safe coming here and upon my arrival I realized another person with another stylist did not have their mask on, I believe that my safety comes before my haircut so I will not return. Loved everything about my experience but now I have a bitter taste in my mouth about this place. I was hesitant about posting this but I care about others safety as much as my own. I believe that if you are truly doing everything you can to keep you clients safe you wouldn't contradict your own rules. There is a sign that says masks are required not encouraged.
