I entered my ChairLift problem during the mid evening timeframe; and, was surprised when a "Live Person" responded to my request for services. A appointment to service my lift chair was made for the next day. Needless to say, I was surprised with the quick response. "Rudy" arrived "on time" and analyzed the problem and solved the problem within 90 minutes where my complete system was analyzed and repaired. Rudy explained every step of the repair.
