I have been going to this place for over a decade. Their customer service is incredible! All staff are very kind and very understanding to any changes you want. It is very kid & family friendly. Their set up is very clean and professional and I feel safe during covid because they take extra safety measures such a face shield as well as a mask. When I first moved to Milford in 2001, I had an awful time trying to find a salon that wouldn't cut and style my hair to look like my grandmother. My husband comes home one day and says we should try Looks Hair Design since we could walk there in less than five minutes (this is when they were located on the Post Road). Horrible place! Learned my lesson. Looks Used way too many chemicals and products in my hair for coloring and highlights that destroyed it. And this is not just my opinion, this was told to me by (real professionals) from other hair salons that I visited because of concerns that I had after my trip to Looks. Other salons gasped when I walked in and said, my god!..who did that to you?! And they all questioned what was Looks thinking using that many unnecessary chemicals?! Well instead of being nice and offering to the fix the situation or refund a distraught customer they were so rude to me and I now take my money elsewhere!
