Half of the staff there is rude and I just let it go, last time I did say something because I was annoyed. Thursday I was there with my daughter,my mom, sister and niece. My sister asked to use the restroom and they said they can use the restroom in an hour. Well they shopped, kept shopping and my mom asked to use the fitting rooms and they told her the fitting rooms were not available. My daughter asked to use the bathroom again along with my mom and they said the bathroom were out of service but they let another lady use the restroom. My daughter took a pic. Then my sister went to pay and the employee there said "can you hurry up, you are suppose to take the hangers off the clothes" in a very rude way. I paid for my stuff, drive home and my family told me everything that had happened. I was livid and will report to corporate. I know I would have gone off on the lady...it's the damn Filipina lady who is rude ass hell! Lady, i hope you read this and know you are a rude and very miserable human being! I will contact your boss!!!

I chatted with them about it before because I have seen people out on big days with rental boards where honestly it is unsafe for them to be out, but those people rented from a different shop in town. I really appreciate that they won't rent to beginners when conditions are unsafe for them to be out (both for them and for the rest of us).

I took my friend here to rent a wetsuit for her first time in the water too and love that the vibe here is not "too cool for school" and simply pure stoke for surfing with a welcoming attitude, even for those who want to try it out.

I play mens league ball and hit 4x/wk for a 100$/mo membership, which is about $6 PER HOUR!! It's a 15 min drive down scenic hwys 35 & 1 from me in the Sunset, and the cool air and scenery come in handy after reviewing my gawdawful swings on video sometimes... I've always been a mediocre hitter, but now I can finally get the reps I need to build some new muscle memory and start hitting better.

My wife and my son came here for their appointments. Dr. Leung was very kind and gave my wife tips on how to take care of her eyes. The receptionist, Ruth was very patient and nice. She explained the insurance deductibles for different selections of the frames and types of lenses that they offered. We were told that the glasses will be ready in about two to three weeks. However, to our surprise that the glasses were ready in one week. We had a pleasant experience with Dr. Leung and Ruth. We really liked how Ruth was upfront with all the deductibles and prices. My wife and son will be coming here for their glasses from now on.
