Bri was AMAZING! She had a "matter of fact" approach towards the actual piercing which made it easier for my daughter AND put me at ease over infection control practices. Additionally, she was warm and engaging while setting up and preparing. The best part of it all was the actual piercing. She was quick and deliberate.
