She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. They had to replace all of the LVP due to warping, which I was pleasantly surprised they offered to do at no charge. Still had install issues (someone forgot to take out an old screw from the concrete and it was causing warping also) but they fixed that as well. Some problems but they took care of everything, which I'd normally give a 4 star review for however, I'm subtracting a star due to their terrible and very poorly managed scheduling department. This is how scheduling works: You call in to make an appointment, it's always voicemail. 100% of the time no matter what. A message that says "we're very busy" plays. They call you back the same day if you call before 1pm and the next day if after 1pm (though this is not always followed). If you miss their return call, which most people due because we're all adults and have jobs, they leave you a voicemail and then you have to do that over and over and over and over again until you happen to be sitting by your phone with the ringer turned on when they call. This is the dumbest system I've ever encountered and there is no possible way a flooring company could always be so busy that they can NEVER answer the phone. I mean, I can even get through to DMV before this place. It's very frustrating especially when you've already paid for a service. Four stars for install and repair. Two stars for scheduling. Three overall.

We purchased carpet from Tonda Flooring to re-carpet our home. Initially, the stairs looked wonky,…read moreeverything looked and within a few months it became clear that the installation had not been done properly. The carpet began pulling away from the walls, leaving visible gaps. It also pulled away from the base of our stairs, and every time we vacuumed, the carpet would lift because it had not been secured correctly. In addition, the transition strips between rooms separated by more than a quarter of an inch. This became unsightly after being cleaned for the first time. I contacted Tonda Flooring, and an owner came to inspect the issues. Based on our conversation, I believed they intended to stand behind their work. Instead, they referred me to an independent carpet repair company. The repair technician spent several hours re-securing the carpet in multiple areas where it should have been properly fastened during the original installation. Unfortunately, he was unable to repair the transition areas because the damage had progressed beyond what could reasonably be fixed. During the repair, he commented several times that he was surprised by the quality of the original installation and that it had not been done correctly. After the repairs were completed, I was informed that Tonda Flooring would not reimburse me for the repair costs, leaving me to pay for work that I believe was necessary because of the original installation. I understand that problems can occur with any project. What disappointed me most was not just the installation itself, but the company's unwillingness to stand behind its workmanship after acknowledging the issues. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Tonda Flooring.
