Once, we received notification of service taking place some hours before the time they had texted. My husband called to say that wasn't possible because there was no one there to let them inside, and was read the riot act saying they would never have set an appointment at the time given in the text. Then why was it sent to us? She didn't know - it was our problem. We showed the text to the technician who also waved it away and offered no apology. We scheduled 3 sessions to check the trap. At the third session, no one from MWS turned up. My husband called, and again was told he was in the wrong, with no apology and no offer to schedule our final trap check.
