If I could give this dealership no stars I would but I'll have to settle for one star. We made an appointment and took our truck to get an oil change and when we arrived there was no service advisor to greet us. The only person there was on their phone and spoke no English, we had to ask him if he worked there and all he did was nod his head and pointed to where we should go. We proceeded to the office we we're directed to go to where the service advisor was also on his phone and said to us "I'm busy, get out!" By far the rudest and worst experience we've ever experienced. We went to Vera GMC where the service was phenomenal and they also detailed our car. Horrible service, I went on Saturday to get my oil changed, i had an appointment, i got there about 30 minutes early. when i get there the nice greeter tells me even though i have an appointment, they will not take my car because they are "slammed" and have no space, what is the point of making an appointment for service when the appointment is not even going to be honored!! Waste of my time and waste of a drive to this, i work in service industry and to tell me that even though i have an appointment they wont take in the car, just utterly ridiculous and highly disappointed, definitely will not recommend this place for buying cars or servicing them. Saw a truck listed online (see picture) and called up the dealership to start working on a deal. I asked for some numbers to be put in writing and he comes back with monthly payment on a lease that I knew was high. I couldn't figure out his math until I saw that they tried to do a bait and switch and they raised the price of the vehicle by $25,000 and tried to hide it (see attached photo). After driving an hour and a half to test drive and purchase a vehicle, I was told the MSRP online was not the actual price. Yes, the online price had a slash through it, my fault for assuming the price was what was stated or less. Once I arrived and test drove, I was shown the "real" price which had a 15K markup adjustment. The guy tried to convince me that was normal and all the dealerships do it. That is not the case. I am from Michigan however I was working in North Miami Beach and my air conditioner stopped working. It is HOT in Miami and I needed my vehicle air conditioner repaired and it was still under warranty. "Michael" was my liaison for this repair. I was told that it was repaired. It wasn't. I came back and spoke to "Dayniel" who is the Service Manager and he called all persons into his office that were involved. A plan was made for repair and I brought my vehicle in a second time to be worked on. I was told that parts needed to be ordered and "Michael" said that he would get back to me. He Didn't- I called his cell phone several times and left 2-text messages and he never responded back. I then called his office phone and left a message and my call was never returned. I DROVE BACK to the shop after being ignored for TWO WEEKS and spoke to Dayniel and he took it upon himself to take on my issue. THREE WEEKS after I originally brought in my vehicle it was repaired. I advised Dayniel when I drove back in that day that I was looking to buy 2-more 3500 GMC DENALIS for a total of approximately $170,000.00 however because of Michael's lack of response to my concerns it was a complete reflection upon this dealership. I recently (Feb 6th 2019) purchased a 2018 Yukon XL Denali from this dealership. I was there to buy a brand new vehicle I signed an odometer statement reading 9 miles upon leaving the dealership and changing the settings from a trip reading to the actual odometer we realize the vehicle had over 700 miles on it!!! The dealership is supposed to give us some all weather mats for the vehicle and adjusting the odometer statement to reflect the correct miles but since there is no cool off period in FL they knew we were screwed in the situation and took full advantage of it. We live an hour away and could have, should have purchased from any other dealership. Bait & Switch We drove 3 hours to purchase this car based on the advertised price. After we test drove the car and sat down to finalize the paperwork, we were presented a price $1,110 over what was advertised. The salesman explained that, at Lorenzo, they price cars lower on the internet to bring in customers and then raise them after you've made the trip in. I did not purchase this vehicle. Since I found this vehicle through the USAA car buying service, I have brought this incident to USAA's attention and they are in the process of removing this dealership. BEWARE!! Desperate car sales dealership I Purchased a new 2024 Buick EnVista. Drove off the lot. (8p) The car almost killed me. Wheels & Steering locked while driving sounded like the engine cracked in half. Engine light came on dashboard warning came on " Dangerous power steering issue drive carefully take to nearest Buick dealer" happened twice on the way home. 9 AM following morning, took directly back to the dealer was told the sale was finalized nothing can be done getting me into another car. I had the Buick towed to the dealership, where the manager refused to take the car for the second time instead insinuating to the tow truck driver I deliberately did something to the car. This Buick NEW 2024 is a malfunctioning dangerous car. Manager is unprofessional uncourteous, unkind, horrible human being. It is now in the hands of Buick executives and my lawyer for a resolution. I also feel that the 1 star ratings are a bit discouraging. I'm rating my review on the service department. Benny my service advisor was very professional, honest and reduced my quoted price after the evaluation of the vehicle resulted in more work being required. Everything was done in a no pressure, friendly way, they way I would like to treat my customers as well (I'm a salesperson) I was taking a chance and I know that you can't always get a full diagnostic first time around, that's just the way things go/work. Benny answered the calls or email almost immediately, which I don't get at other dealers. I'm very happy as I feel my car is running better than ever. Stereo-typical Lure Tactic to get you to the dealership and wear you down So they can get their way! I called on a specific vehicle advertised on trader.com. Spoke with Jackie in Internet sales. She could not have been nicer. However, I was assured that if I drove 65 miles from Palm Beach County to Doral Florida to look at the vehicle that I would be able to negotiate a cash price to purchase the vehicle immediately. Additionally, I was promised A "no obligation" gas card to compensate my cost for the drive. Two hours later, I arrived at the dealership and met with the sales person. After 10 minutes and without even a test drive, I agreed to purchase the vehicle and went back to his office to discuss price. I submitted my offer which was all cash with no trade-in for my vehicle. Waited 10 minutes for the sales person and his manager to return. Manager told there would be no negotiation on the price and therefore would not reduce it. I shared with the manager that I was told otherwise, but he could care less. I left dealership and was not even offered the gas card promised regardless of my purchasing a vehicle or not. My advice is to stay away from this dealership if you expect consistency with respect to what you are assured of over the phone or Internet versus what you actually experience when you get there! read more

Poor customer service and deceptive practices. They advertise prices that they will not honor on their website and on other websites such as as "truecar.com". The fine print is on the very bottom of their webpage in tiny lettering. You cannot use an outside preapproval from your bank, you must finance through them to get the price advertised. I called in to confirm price and even told them I have outside financing, they insisted that was okay and I would be able to buy the vehicle at the price advertised. Went there and wasted a long drive down from Broward County to find out what the sales person on the phone said was a complete lie. I highly advise everyone to stay away from this place. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I purchased a 2016 corvette z06. First day of driving the car out to eat, come back and the battery was dead. Had to call AAA and wait. Asked the dealer about any rim issues, they said there's nothing to worry. 3 days later rear rim leaking due to cracked rim. Dealer gave me money to replace. I was told prior to purchasing the dealer performed an oil change and fluids were all good. After hearing noise one morning, I took it to my mechanic who discovers there to be no oil. Proceeded to add 7 qts of oil to the car before finally showing up on the dipstick. Turns out mechanic never added oil back to the car and didnt drain the oil from the second drain plug which left some oil in the system but not enough. Motor now needs to get replaced which will cost 30lk. Dealer wont take responsibility when they were the last to touch the oil. No oil level lights came on. My attorney has already served them a Demand letter. read more

I would not recommend anyone buy from this dealer. I looked up their inventory on their website and found a vehicle I was interested in. On the inventory page the price was listed as 27,900, and when I clicked on the vehicle, the price showed $29,900 and clearly stated that this price was with dealer fees. I called and spoke to Rafael, who said he was the store manager. The dealership is over an hour from my home, so I wanted to make sure that this was the actual price (of course I know I would have to add tax, and tag). He said that was not the price with fees, but before fees. I said that I was on his site and it clearly states it is with fees. He basically yelled at me and hung up. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Went on their website to see their 2019 Yukon XL. Found one I liked. Clicked on the link for their "internet price," to get their online price. I was sent to a page that stated I need to fill out an information questionnaire to get the price. Once I submitted it, I was redirected to a page that stated someone would be in contact with me soon. That annoyed me because I hate to be mislead. The next day I was contacted by Daysel. I informed her I was paying cash and wanted to know their best price. Her response was " If you choose to pay cash we can definitely help you out with the selling price of the vehicle. Usually our most aggressive price is our online price but in this case you're doing a CASH offer. If you could pass by Friday, with the POI and address we can negotiate on pricing with my general sales manager. We'll help you out with gas for your trip on over! So I went over this afternoon. Thirty minutes before heading over I texted Daysel To ask her if, her response was, "of course." When I got there I was presented with a different car salesman, by the name of Ricardo. Ricardo requested that I speak Spanish to him since I was Hispanic. I informed him that I felt more comfortable speaking English, since I was born in Miami, however that didn't matter to him. After seeing the car, and the many defects it had, even though the car was less than a year old, I determined that based off of the other cars I had seen in the market, and the condition those cars were in, that this car was not worth the $43,900 they were listing it for. In addition, to the fact that the car was way over the miles, for once again, being less than a-year-old. Once I sat down with Ricardo to talk about pricing, he came back with a price of $50,000. $6000 above asking price. Tax and title on a $43,000 car is $3600. Now where did they get an additional 3000 from? Once I explain to Ricardo that I wasn't willing to pay more than $40,000 for that vehicle, he said that then they would have to find me another vehicle. Who is he to tell me which vehicle I should buy? How dare he suggest that now I should get another vehicle because I couldn't afford it. I am so sick of all these car salesman and their gimmicks, and their scams, and their rehearsed scripts on how to scam car buyers. THEY ARE ALL THE SAME!!!! They make the car buying experience a nightmare. I immediately stood up and left. A couple of minutes later I get a text message from Daysel stating, " Hi Cristina, I was out of the office. Can't I give zero stars? We had an appointment at noon on 01/09/20 and had driven 3 hours. They KNEW we were coming from 3 hrs away. Salesperson was 'Orlando'. We phoned enroute at 9:ish to say we're on our way. We talked to them again at 11:29 to be sure everything was ready for the appointment we'd made on the 8th. Orlando said someone else was handling for us and gave the guy's name as Yanosik. Orlando phoned three minutes later (and by then we were TWO BLOCKS from the dealership) and said that the car had been sold the night before. This is nothing but a scam bait 'n' switch operation, just to get us in the door. We blew up! Then HE had the nerve to say that we were disrespecting HIM? Seriously? What kind of professional is he??? Clearly our time is meaningless to him. We ended up spending 7 hours on the road yesterday to be screwed by these scammers. We hung up on them, and went to Auto Nation. We drove home and then this morning, back on the phone with Auto Nation and we bought a car OVER THE PHONE and they're sending docs and the car to us. Correspond via email to get pricing on a car, get a quote back on a price by their business development center a lot lower than a lot of places. I go on the website with the car, no disclosure / deal contingencies (i.e. rebates that may alter pricing, etc.) Get on the phone with the BDC office and talk to their internet manager Joel Pineiro and associate Antonio Battistini to confirm pricing and let them know I do not qualify for certain incentives (competetive leases, GM loyalty, etc.) yet they tell me the price is correct and to come in. 4 emails and 1 phone call later reconfirming terms of the price, I walk in the following day. I look for these guys, Antonio wouldn't give me the time of day, Joel wasn't even there despite saying I'd be dealing directly with him, and I'm passed onto Geovanni Nunez who has no idea if I'm leasing, purchasing, and has zero idea of what was discussed. Comes back with a price 4k higher, saying the price given earlier was contingent on certain rebates and incentives which I had clearly told the others that I would not qualify for yet they reassured me it did not factor in. Feeling annoyed that they were going on with the bait-and-switch, got up and left. Did I mention Geovanni was the typical salesman (that is not a compliment)? "Mandatory test drive or we cannot sell you a car" and the "4 square boxes" despite me telling him if he did the boxes I'd walk out on the spot. His rebuttal? He cannot give me a price without doing the squares? Garbage. Went 45 minutes to Broward and closed on a vehicle in 2 1/2 hours. I went in for service on my vehicle yesterday. I didn't know what to expect as I've heard horror stories from so many different companies. I was greeted by Benny Perera who happens to be the best person ever. They should have this guys face on the company website as he is everything that customer service should be and is made of. Who knows, this man should probably be the one who gives the training seminars for all future employees. Obviously, the service superseded my expectations. My vehicle was given back to me even better than before, plus he even threw in a car wash. I did have to wait a bit like at any other place, but they have great coffee and free WiFi. Terrible customer service! Buying experience ok, salesman, Rafael courteous and helpful. Finance officer excellent! Now we're having issues with replacing a temporary tag. The one provided on 5/30/20 purchase date expired 6/28/20 since then, we have not been able to drive the car. Whomever is in charge of transferring tags did a terrible job! Did not transfer to our own plates. As per DMV, yes we paid them a visit to resolve this issue, there are new tags with an expiration date of 11/1/20. Where are the tags? We don't have them, salesman doesn't know. Nobody seems to care and in the meantime we have a Caddy we can't drive. It's a nightmare. If you buy from these people be careful, make sure you get specific details, don't trust them with your tags! Very disappointing experience. Brought my car for it's very first service since I bought it here, first off, the service receptionists are the ABSOLUTE WORST! I've NEVER dealt with such horrible customer service (and I used to do their job like 8 yrs ago - so I know what the job is) they don't help at all with giving you accurate information, they didn't even let me finish speaking before transferring me to a service advisor that they know is NOT going to answer the call, then when I call back they don't even answer the phone and the third time I called back, they just transferred me directly without answering and of course again I reached a voicemail. I was never able to actually speak to someone. And when I ask for a service manager the answer I get is "he's not here, and I don't know when he'll be here" like seriously you're going to tell me you don't know when your boss is going to be there. Mind you the service manager isn't great either, after multiple attempts I asked to just be transferred to his voicemail, left a voicemail and NEVER got a call back. I will never come back here for anything, the only reason I came is because I purchased the car here. read more
