I had a disappointing experience with this dealership regarding a pricing discrepancy on a recent vehicle purchase (2022 Mercedes GLC300). The vehicle was advertised online at $37,990, but the final contract reflected a higher amount -- a difference of $1,582.90. I was clearly told that in order to receive the advertised price, I needed to meet two conditions: trade in my vehicle and finance through the dealership. I agreed to both. As a result, I traded in my vehicle and accepted financing at 7.09% APR, even though I had already secured a 5% rate through my bank. While in the finance office, I repeatedly asked to review the full breakdown of numbers before signing. The finance manager, Jesus, told me I would see everything at the end and stated that "the numbers are what the numbers are." After reviewing the loan documents at home, I discovered the pricing discrepancy between the advertised price and the contract. I brought this to their attention on March 13 and was told on March 18 that it would be reviewed. Since then, despite at least four follow-up emails, I have received no response. This is not about negotiation -- it is about honoring advertised pricing and basic transparency. I am still open to resolving this directly and will gladly update this review if the issue is addressed. However, the lack of communication is concerning. What is so hard about a quick retail sale like buying groceries or clothing ? ? Offer best price, disclose all fees, and provide invoice in writing. THE PRICE ONLINE IS FAKE! Letting you know now so you don't make the same mistake I did but the price they have listed for their vehicles online are not actual prices. They list them lower so that you come to the dealership and waste your time then tell you, you should have read the fine print. Regardless they penalize you $2,000 for not having a trade in and for not financing so tack that onto whatever price you thought you were going to pay. Also you probably still won't get that price for the car because you have to qualify for a million different things to get the price. Just stay away. I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a dealership. After negotiating the price, we reached a mutual agreement and even shook hands on the deal. The salesman then asked me to leave a $5,000 deposit to proceed to the finance department and finalize the paperwork. I clearly told him that I already had financing pre-approved through my credit union. While we were finalizing details, I noticed they were negotiating the same vehicle with another customer at the same time. A few minutes later, the salesman suddenly stood up, walked away, and came back saying the deal was canceled because I wasn't financing through them. When I asked to speak with the finance department to clarify, he refused and claimed it was a "mistake" and that the deal was off. It was obvious they were trying to play both sides of a sale, likely giving preference to the other buyer who agreed to use their in-house financing so they could make more profit. That's dishonest, misleading, and shows a complete lack of integrity. Buyers should be extremely cautious when dealing with Lorenzo Buick GMC of Doral. Don't hand over any money until every detail is in writing and confirmed -- even a handshake and a deposit didn't stop them from backing out of a deal here. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. This is the worst place you could ever get a car, a lease, a service done to your car, anything. The customer service at this place is awful. The sales people are thieves. They just want their money and they don't care about the coniditions of the car. We leased a 2020 GMC Acadia with more problems than I have ever seen. Three different people have drove the car through the highway and they all can agree that the car does not drive safely. It does not accelerate on command. Other details of the car also make it unsafe to drive. Unfortunately we keep bringing it here to this mechanic and they always say there is nothing wrong with the car. But what choice do we have except to keep driving the unsafe car until our lease ends. This last time we brought it they refused to give us a rental car meanwhile the vehicle is being checked up. Whether that should take days or weeks, we still need to pay the lease and be carless... make it make sense. Do yourself a favor and drive a couple more minutes west to the Doral Toyota or the Autonation and you will save yourself the headache of a lifetime, and not to mention probably thousands of dollars on a better vehicle. read more

I showed up 20 minutes earlier and the Assistant Manager, Matthew, immediately pushed to upsell me a bunch of things I didn't need or want. Jason and Allen are the Sales Managers and they both failed to return call me as promised and refused to resolve or refund. Oscar in Accounting avoids calls, does not return calls as promised and is unwilling to assist with resolution. David is the Finance Director (F&I) and also avoids calls, does not return calls when promised and is unable and unwilling to resolve and refund unauthorized transaction from bank account. I never go into a dealership cold. I always communicate with them first and ask for information and pricing. Then if a price is agree upon, go in to the dealership to deal in person and make the purchase. Reputable and modern dealers have no problem doing this. I emailed Lorenzo advising them I was interested in a couple of their cars. I got a response email immediately from Rafael asking for a phone number. I advised I would provide a contact number if they were able to provide me with an out the door price on the vehicles. No response. After a day I sent a second email to touch base. I recently took my vehicle in for a part installation. I have no complaints about how my parts were installed. I've had no issues with it. However, their customer service is horrendous. When I make the appointment to take in my vehicle, I had to create a new profile. Fine, no problem. They gave me an appointment, but didn't even ask what the appointment was for. It was either Lianet, or Karina (the only two ladies working there). When I ask whoever it was if they were going to ask me what the service was for, she assumed it was an oil change... it was not. I was not given the name of my advisor, nor was I emailed, or texted, with an appointment reminder or confirmation. Fine. The day of the appointment gets here, and I give the name and number on the profile. They can't find my appointment. After I don't know how long, they finally found me. Okay. Beautiful. My service advisor was Alexander Obando. He lets me know that my vehicle will be ready for pick up by 5:30 that same day (my appointment was at 8:00 am, and I was there on time). I get home, and Alex calls me to let me know that the vehicle will be ready by the following day. I was not having this, considering that what I paid for to have installed in my car was about a 4-hour job (I YouTubed the installation process before determining that I prefer the dealer do it to make sure it all went well). After letting Alexander know that I was not having it, he "spoke to the manager" and was able to get the job done in that day. As the day progressed, I called Alexander to inquire about my vehicle and the installation process. He would reject my calls. I would call from other phone numbers, and his phone would ring, but my calls went directly to voicemail. After calling the dealer directly, and asking to speak with the manager, Geraldo Landino, he wasn't man enough to handle my concerns. On July 20, 2020 I bought a car. I was given a temp tag expiring in 30 days. Couple of days before temp tag expired I inquired about my purchased tag. I called and spoke to Marisol and she stated car still had a lien on it. I was given another temp tag. I have tried to speak to Marisol numerous times with no answer. ****BAIT AND SWITCH**** Please take the time to read this review before entering Lorenzo Buick & GMC in Doral, and Lorenzo Ford in Homestead. Called due to a vehicle that was priced somewhat aggressively, I immediately verify the price and ask all of the standard questions, and the individual stated, multiple times, that the price was as advertised, no additional fees. I scheduled an appointment for 4pm. The dealership is approximately 1 hour from our house. Arrived about 3:45pm, notify them we are there. They close at 6pm. We were left waiting in the appropriate area for almost 30 minutes, at which point I asked if everything was OK. Receptionist stated yes, just that they were super busy. Ok, np. I am a bit alarmed at this point. We waited another 15 minutes, which was frustrating before someone approached us. Since this car was just newly delivered, apparently there was some confusion as to which of the 3 dealerships the Lorenzo Family or group owns. Alarm bells are getting louder, and of course the car I enquired about is not at this lot. Of course. Obviously, they were hoping we'd ask about a different car. We didn't. We were about to head over to the other dealership, miraculously they found the keys. Also, we are in Florida, Doral, and they claim they didn't have a salesperson that speaks English. We ended up getting by, speaking with Alejandro. It's approaching 5pm, there are multiple cars blocking in the car we want to test ride. Since they are so busy I offer to help and get the inventory numbers to expedite the process. Of course they are having a difficult time locating the keys because the hand writing is terrible. Eventually we are able to test ride the vehicle. There were some minor issues, however we were ready to make an offer. We sit down and Alejandro says "I have som really bad news. I'm really sorry to have to tell you this..." and proceeds to tell me that according to the website I need to trade in a vehicle worth approximately xxxx. He continues to say "I don't even want to show you the out the door price." Of course I ask, besides being beyond furious, I'm genuinely curious. I tell him I didn't see that on the website, which he politely points out (on his computer). I check my phone again, I don't see it. I do see a warning regarding prices and how they aren't responsible for errors, etc. I still don't see where it supposedly says it. Regardless, I just wanted to share my experience with the community and perhaps enough people will notice and stop supporting business that use deceptive advertising practices. He sums up the deal, I tell him how terrible it is that his company does that, he emphatically agrees. I take out several thousand dollars in cash and show and tell him "We were ready to buy". Update on my previous review. I was promised that my License Plate would be delivered to a secondary location as I had recently moved and had not yet updated the address on my license. I called and spoke with the Saleswomen who sold me my vehicle not one, but three times before the plate was shipped to ensure that the plate would be sent t the correct address. However, on the same day that my paper plate was to expire, I was told to come into the dealership to get my updated paper plate while I waited for the real plate to arrive. I drove there directly after work, catching heavy traffic, and arrived only to be told that my real plate had arrived to my house a few hours prior. I left the dealership, went home to find NO PLATE. I called and was told that they sent it to the incorrect address. When I asked how they would fix the issue, they basically said that I had to resolve it on my own. Offered no temporary paper plate in the mean time. I was also told that I could just drive around with the expired paper plate on my car until I am able to get the real plate, which is absolutely illegal. I ended up missing class, driving down to the house where the plate was delivered, and spent 4 1/2 hours trying to get the plate. The situation ended with the police being called so that they could retrieve the plate. The Saleswoman never called me to ask if I was bale to get the plate, and never offered me a safe or any kind of temporary solution to the problem they caused. Will not return to this location even if they offered me a free car, what a headache of an ordeal. read more

I'm not surprised by the underhanded tactics of Lorenzo considering I had issues with their service department falsifying their service on my 2019 Silverado, they claimed the service was complete by providing a safely inspection sheet complete, but when I picked up my truck the tires hadn't been rotated and the topping off of reservoirs were also not done. I was suspect that they hadn't even changed the oil. Swearing not to go back I decided to call them when I saw a truck that I had been searching for was on their website. If you are shopping for trucks you would know inventory is low. But since they had it and it was listed at $55,630 I called to confirm the truck was in and was told yes. I started the purchase procedure over the phone and provided my trade in information including VIN. Upon driving from Key Largo to Miami I got a call and a text from the sales person Jorge. I was told the new price with market adjustment that the truck was $17,000 over MSRP. When I asked about the price listed they gave me an excuse that I lit was blacked out. You can by the picture it isn't. They then added insult by undercutting my trade-in value and said KBB is just a guide line and not a valid resource. I spoke with the Sales Manager, Anthony Fiad, and he told me that there was a chip shortage which I new and that they could charge what they wanted. Complete and total gouge to the consumer. I'm sorry for the customer who falls for this and pays an extra $17k. I asked why my trade wasn't getting the adjusted market and they didn't have the answer to that. At the end of the day I drive a nice 2019 Silverado Crew Cab 4WD and can wait until the supply chain issues are corrected but I will finally NEVER return to Lorenzo and highly recommend you watch what they are trying to do to your money in a crisis. The only person there was on their phone and spoke no English, we had to ask him if he worked there and all he did was nod his head and pointed to where we should go. We proceeded to the office we we're directed to go to where the service advisor was also on his phone and said to us "I'm busy, get out!"
