I tried this place tonight because I saw they had a big gluten free menu (I'm allergic) and I wanted to try it out. I had the GF mozzarella sticks which were great (I ate them so fast I forgot to take a picture) and the rice balls. Everything was crispy and came with a good amount of sauce on the side. What's even better is the staff were super friendly on the phone and when I came to pick up my order. I have to say some of the worst customer service I've ever received from the girl at the register. My order was completely messed up, she was unapologetic and then lied to the poor man making the pizza's that was trying to help make out order right. She needs to be fired immediately because she is costing this place multiple clients. Do not order from this place. Was given a 45-60 min delivery. 1:45 hours later I call and get told they're going to make it now and then deliver it. He offered no apology or refund or some form of compensation for the mishandling. I asked so he placed me on a 15 minute hold. They finally offered a 15% discount NEXT order I place . Why would I order again? 2+ hours later, the food arrives dry, hard from being reheated multiple times and two incorrect items from as ordered. Food is inedible. New to the area , found this spot on my drive around. California Chicken Wrap is a must. Can't go wrong with the Greek Salad either.

The food is amazing but the customer service is not worth going there anymore. We've tried more than three times and each time was worse. Even though the food speaks for itself and is delicious when you cannot order or change anything because they clearly don't listen when you order it defeats the purpose. It's such a shame and the owner should be aware of this and fire the counter help. read more

Dined in recently and was a bit horrified as to how dirty this place was. the floors, the ceilings, the tables, all really just kind of gross. The bathroom is back in a dank storage room strewn with broken equipment and garbage. won't even comment on the food because we were so grossed out by the condition of the restaurant. read more

Disgusting! Ordered 2 plain pies for lunch, took almost 2 hours to come and it was cold and didn't even resemble what fresh pizza looks like. I called and the man who took my order Tuesday 6/28 @ 3:48p was extremely condescending when I called back to complain. My wife ordered a Sicilian pizza and a birch beer 2 liter. When the order arrived they gave us Pepsi and the pizza was disgusting. Burnt, tasteless, light sauce and cheese. Basically 30 dollars for dry nasty burnt bread and the wrong soda. When she called for a refund they made up excuses on why they couldnt refund us and that we would have to have the manager call us. She asked if he would be in the next day and the girl said I dont know. We still never received the call about the refund. Bad food, bad customer service. read more

We just ordered from this restaurant for the first time this evening and it definitely will not be our last. We like to support local businesses and try to order from our regular favorites and new places. Lorenzo's is our new favorite place!!! Everything was cooked to perfection. I've lived in the area for 16 years. I have been ordering pizza from when this place was Peppermill years ago! I refuse to order pizza or any food from here. I wanted to give it another shot the other day so I did. I walked in and the pizza looked like it was sitting there for days and mind you I got there around 12:15 in the afternoon and they had just opened at 10:30. I was craving a Sicilian slice and when I walked in and saw what their Sicilian looked like, I was embarrassed for them. It looked like play dough as the crust and the cheese was so cold it didn't look fresh at all and for a pizza place just opening about two hours before I walked in, no pizza should ever look like that. It makes me wonder if it was left over from the day before that they wrapped and refrigerated and then took out that morning to sell. Still disappointed and will not be back. read more

It's okay. I was with a friend who was craving pizza, and Lorenzos was the nearest with the least wait time. We got regular cheese pizza and shrimp with pasta alfredo. The pizza was okay, but the shrimp dish was terrible; it was watered down (tasteless!), and the portion was tiny. Plus it was expensive. I believe our total was $32 Not including tip. I ordered catering from them for a work meeting I was so embarrassed for my meeting for 12 people today. There was hardly any chicken in that tray, they should be ashamed of themselves for $217. There could not have been more than 5 thin cut chicken breasts sliced up and spread onto the tray. I have a picture of it but can't upload it to here. The salad was your typical pizzeria salad and the "pasta with pesto" was practically pasta with butter. There might have been a tiny hint of pesto but not what it should've been. Ordered 1/2 a chicken cutlet California style Sub . lettuce, tomato, onion and 2 small pieces of chicken a little bigger than a chicken nugget and I have had this before and it's usually good . Had this delivered took 1 bite all bread and lettuce so I drove to the place showed the person making pies he took it to the kitchen and the cook said that's the amount they use for that sub . We have had really great food from here over the years but the downside is if you order delivery it takes FOREVERRRR so be prepared to wait and do not order if you're really hungry and eager. Also they've made many mistakes with our orders time and again and usually the food arrives so late that it's cold to the touch by the time it arrives. I have to think eating in would be awesome because the food really is tasty it's just the delivery piece they can't seem to sort out. read more

I can't speak for anything but the pizza - and it's so good! The best pizza in the area! The tomato sauce has a light sweetness to it and they add fresh pieces of basil. The pies are never burnt and the staff there are really friendly. It's a small place that serves the elderly community next to them but it's a hidden gem. Ordered bruschetta the first order came with Italian bread drenched in marinara sauce (wish I took a pic of that one) . Called to tell them that this is not bruschetta , not only could they not comprehend what I was saying but I had to explain to them what it was . They asked for the original order back and would send a new one . The new one was diced tomatoes on the same Italian bread with melted mozzarella cheese!?? I mean if your going to cook/own and Italian restaurant you should know basic foods. Luckily I snapped a pic of the second one. This place has messed our food up time and time again. Huge portions and really tasty - I usually hate when people take photos of their food - but it was so good - I did the same. Didn't get a photo of the veal parm but that was really good - lots of veal , not all breadcrumbs like at some places. Everyone in the party was happy with their meals. I've been living in Manchester NJ since February 2019, and I've tried a bunch of the pizza places around, I usually get a sub that is Ham, American Cheese, Lettuce, and Tomato. This is the second pizza place I've gone to that for $12 the large sub, which is 12 inches long comes with only 6 pieces of ham, and 3 pieces of cheese. I can go to Wawa, and spend $6 for twice the ingredients. Their pizza is just like all of the other pizzas around, and that's to say it's good, that was the only plus, and stopped me from leaving a one star. I just wish that pizza/sub joints would put more effort into their subs, and not rip people off. This was easily a $4 sub. Tried adding photos, but Yelp isn't loading them read more
