The meal included only one medium-sized piece of fish, which felt small for a dinner entrée, especially considering the price point. I heard about this place from a friend and thought I would try this place. Breakfast was okay , I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy and was disappointed by the Sams Club Biscuits. They were not good. It took a lot of gravy to make them even soft enough to swallow. Pancakes were good but nothing special. My Wife and I went back for dinner thinking maybe it was better. I ordered the fried chicken , it was dry and over cooked and tasted like it just came out of box in the freezer. My wife ordered the Pork Chop and Home Fries . The pork chop had a funny taste to it and didn't seem to be fully cooked. The home fries were black , I have never seen black home fries and they were not edible to day the least. The server was apologetic and nice about it but nothing was done. We probably won't be going back. I would also like to add that when my wife walked back to the restroom she overheard loud cussing and laughing coming from the kitchen that was just not appropriate for a family diner. If you want milk or cream (which is probably the fake stuff) in your coffee speak up when you order, as we were not asked. Service started out somewhat shaky but improved as time went on. You pay your tab at a register on the way out, and they have envelopes for each server if you want to leave a cash tip. They have a shelf of local jams, jellies, and honey for sale. The dessert list on the chalkboard indicated some delightful sounding pies, but I'm saving my calories at present so had to pass. I see they have two other locations, so hope to try one of the others as well next time we're between Urbana and Eaton.

In the past their broasted chicken has ALWAYS been good. This tasted old not fresh but yet it was hot however, not seasoned. The fries were as if they were at the bottom of the bag. Several small pieces versus the larger fries. I have never been served them when I have ate in their restaurant before. I thought that was odd. The coleslaw appeared to be days old.
