I got tea and a ham and cheese omelette with home fries and bacon. The omelette was way more ham than cheese. Bacon was ok. Home fries were decent. I got cinnamon bread for my sweet tooth. I only ate the inside because the outside of it was rock hard. As a joke I clinked my fork against it and it actually worked lol. Staff was nice enough but not exceptional. The owner was nice though. They had a little cash only gift shop.

2.5 star for me now. Quality and quantity are going down drastically while prices go up. I was…read moreunimpressed with the quality, quantity, and price of the chicken finger dinner the last time I was there. It was just a couple frozen Tyson style chicken fingers cooked up with a hand full of fries. That belongs on a kid's menu not for adults. My friend's burger was smaller and so was his fry portion too. Eggs are still on the runny side most of the time because they're rushing on the griddle again. I've had to send raw eggs back to finish cooking. I'm sorry, but in a sunny side up the whites shouldn't be wet still and moving like slime. They're supposed to be solid. There shouldn't be a puddle of orange goo under scrambled eggs this means they aren't cooked enough. Fries, ranch, and subs are still great.

When we walked in around 10:00am, the place was packed. Only one two-top left which we promptly grabbed. The menu for breakfast is pretty standard fare. Eggs, meats, pancakes, toast, etc. I ordered the corned beef hash cheese omelet. It was quite good. My wife ordered one pancake, one egg and bacon. Also tasty. We both had coffee. The food was good, the decor is right out of home town memorabilia. Nothing fancy about the place. Just good food done well. I should mention that it is "cash only". No credit cards. But the prices are very reasonable, so not to worry. Our total bill came to $26! I gave the cashier, which is where you pay, $30 and told her the change was for the tip. She seemed happy with that. Lots of locals and I think we were probably the only out-of-towners. Fun place!

This is a great little restaurant in quaint downtown Jamestown that serves fresh food. There are…read morenot enough nice, somewhat higher-end restaurants in the area, so this is worth a try. We enjoyed both the steaks and seafood. We got plenty to eat and the service was friendly and informal. It's a little more expensive than some area restaurants but very reasonably priced if you compare it to national norms.

The bartender who had worked at the restaurant for 7 years was working her very last shift- Ordered a bottle of wine- not available Tried another not available finally just said what do you have?? Got some Pinot Grigio that wasn't cold nor was I asked to taste... Anyway asked if there was still prime rib available- was told yes! Not surprised due to the 12 people in the entire restaurant. Got a shrimp cocktail served in a warm pasta bowl. Shrimp were mediocre at best $20 for 6- cocktail sauce was cumin scented not sure why... Fast forward to ordering the main course...we were told no Prime Rib was left??.... WHAT??? Decided to get the check and left. I would strongly recommend you to not even walk in the door to start with.
