They guy that helped me explained what was what and the lady who was cooking seemed pleasant too. I'm headed back to try their other options soon!

I recently had the opportunity to dine at Loroco Bistro, a Salvadorian food restaurant in town. While the food was undeniably delicious, my overall experience was overshadowed by the extreme high prices and some service-related issues. Let's start with the food. Loroco Bistro offers a variety of authentic Salvadorian dishes that truly capture the flavors and essence of the cuisine. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste, leaving me craving more. From their pupusas filled with cheesy goodness to their mouth-watering carne asada, the quality and flavor of the food were exceptional. However, the prices at Loroco Bistro raised a few eyebrows. While I understand that good food comes at a cost, the prices here seemed disproportionately high, making it less accessible for everyday dining. It would be great to see some more affordable options on the menu to widen the restaurant's appeal and attract a broader customer base. Another area that requires attention is the level of customer service. During my visit, I couldn't help but notice that there was only one waiter taking care of the entire restaurant, which was bustling with customers. This led to delays in food delivery and a bit of frustration amongst diners, myself included. Loroco Bistro would greatly benefit from hiring additional waitstaff to ensure a quicker and more efficient service, especially during peak hours. Furthermore, I must mention that on the day of my visit, the lack of air conditioning made the dining experience rather uncomfortable. While one can appreciate the cozy ambiance, it was unfortunate that no flow of air could be felt whatsoever. Installing an air conditioning system would greatly enhance the overall dining experience, ensuring patrons are comfortable throughout their meal. Despite these areas for improvement, I believe that with some adjustments, Loroco Bistro has the potential to create an amazing dining experience. By addressing the high prices, expanding the waitstaff, and improving the ventilation, they can further enhance their already delicious food and create a more enjoyable experience for their customers. In conclusion, Loroco Bistro offers mouth-watering Salvadorian food that truly impresses with its flavors. However, the high prices, lack of sufficient waitstaff, and inadequate ventilation detracted from an otherwise great experience. I want to start off by giving LUCY 5 stars she was very nice, professional, attentive above all great customer service. The food was delicious. The pupusas are big with flavor. Now the place was disappointing due to no AC. The windows are closed to keep flies out due to no screen protectors. I asked Lucy if the AC can be turned on and she said the owners have not fixed the AC. To the owners, please fix the AC not only for customers but for your employees.
