Wait. I actually love this place....There's so many bad reviews but this is local for me and I always come here, literally the only Carwash I go to. The workers are sweet and get you what you asked for. There's usually the same man at the register, which I assume is the owner. I really hope the workers that drive your car in and dry off your interior and exterior are treated with respect and what they deserve. Please leave a generous tip. They stand out here all day and worked their asses off. I've never had a problem here. All my personal belongings are here before & after. They really are just here to work like everyone else. I work opposite hours of my spouse. Therefore, he takes my car to be washed at Lorton Station Carwash when I'm available. Over the glovebox there is a dash with a ledge that I keep hand sanitizer, lotion and toothpicks in a container. On 3 separate occasions after my carwash at Lorton Station Carwash, the toothpick container (new or used) has been removed. My husband is the only other person in my car, (besides dealership every 3-6 months) and he doesn't look for ... or is familiar with what's missing. This is why I am able to narrow down when it goes missing after the car is washed at Lorton Station Carwash. If more time was spent actually washing the dirt off windows and door handles, there be less time to take things. Make looting, plunder, stealing customer belongings punishable. read more

We always come get our car washed here. Next to panera and across Amazon Fresh in Lorton; it's conveniently on the way home from work and close to home. The prices have gone up a bit, but what hasn't gone up these days? I am typically content with the result of the wash and like that your tires aren't gripped onto (I had some experiences where it scratches the rims). I spent $30 for an outside only wash and was happy with the result during my most recent visit. The dirty things were all taken off and I left with the outside looking sparkly clean. After waiting 45 minutes I finally got to the drive through entrance and the guy said get out the car!! NOWHERE is it posted they have to drive your car! I'm disabled & need to stay in RIDICULOUS!! There's no way to get out it's a hazard...they're so slow no advertising what each line is for never again still in line!! Both lines hold up everything as they make people get out to vacuum. On several occasions I've gotten a sub par cleaning, but recently I had an experience that convinced me never to return. I'm a club member so get a 1/2 priced wash on my birthday. They were closed so I went back a few days later (generally there is at least a week window) but they told me I had to be there on my birthday to get the discount - the fact that they were closed is my problem. It was compounded by the fact that I ordered the highest level service for $30 even though it didn't need it because it was supposed to be half price. The way it works is you pay once they are cleaning so I didn't have an option to just leave without gettting it. Then to top it off, it was a crappy job. I was driving through town and needed a quick wash plus interior cleaning. Your vehicle gets vacuumed out and then goes through a machine for the exterior wash. Upon getting in my car, the plastic mats were still wet. When asked if they could dry the mats, I was told they didn't have towels to dry the mats. I won't come back here if I'm ever in the area again. I paid $30 for what. I would feel better if I only paid for the exterior. Then I wouldn't be disappointed. Good help is hard to find. I'm not sure if the workers have cars but, I personally would clean each car accordingly to what the customer paid just as if it were my car. Maybe then, you wouldn't have to put out a large tip bucket asking for tips. I've been to this car wash several times only because it's close to my house. The last time was two weeks ago, and I will never return. I had to go home and re-wash my car myself. This is the worst carwash in the state of Virginia! Basically, your vehicle is run through the automatic car wash and wiped over. I don't expect a detailed vehicle at a place like this, but for the cost, it's awful. I could spit on my car, and it would be cleaner. The people that are supposed to wipe it down have the nastiest attitude ever. When you ask them to clean something that they should have, they act like they don't understand English, but they clearly do. They don't deserve a star. My car was not cleaned well, inside or out! I paid to have it cleaned in and out. They just wash the mats and your cup holders without wiping them down, leaving them soaking wet, and quickly wash the outside of your car. No attention was given to my rims. There was still dirt everywhere, inside and outside of my car! I'm appalled. I'm also confused because when I went, there were quite a few of them standing out in the cold. I go here only for the convenience from where I live. The quality of the wash system is not very good. Cars go through too quickly and thus don't get washed well. The workers who dry do a poor job. I've even had to take a towel from a worker and finish the drying job myself before leaving the facility. The cost has gone up 50+% in the past 2-3 years, but the quality hasn't improved. The management doesn't care, either, as I've mentioned this to them In the past. I believe this place only exists to make money, not customer satisfaction...and there aren't many of these types of facilities nearby - and management knows that. read more

The workers that dry your car are the TERRIBLE!!! You will leave with water all over your car and they do not dry the mats if you get rubber mats washed and if your interior windows are difficult to reach, like in a coupe, they will not attempt to clean them. They do the least and give you a dirty look if you don't tip. The only reason they are still in business is because there isn't another car wash nearby. If you have time to go elsewhere, DO! otherwise be prepared to to wait for a subpar wash. read more

I asked to vacuum my trunk and they told me it would cost $8. What I ended up finding out is they do sell a cheaper service for just the trunk for $3, so I'm not sure why they didn't let me know. I pointed out I wanted my trunk focused on due to crumbs. After getting my car back, they barely vacuumed especially around the borders of the car. I didn't want to bother going back here judging by the excessive negative reviews. read more

I went to get my vehicle washed. I ordered the #1 which included wiping down the inside dash and door jams. This was barely done, as you can see by the pictures. They half vacuumed my vehicle as well, leaving particles on my floorboard and seat. I do not recommend going here. There are better places to go with the same or cheaper pricing. read more

I use this car wash mostly out of convenience as it is close to my home. For $30 the attendants will vacuum the car, take out large pieces of trash, spray rubber mats down, run the car through the automatic car wash, and hand wipe the exterior and interior. The car will come out cleaner, but they will miss spots. read more

The automatic wash did a good job of getting the dirt off of our truck. The vacuum job was decent. Unfortunately the remainder of the service was not the best. The floor mats were left wet and I had to ask the gentleman to wipe the soap off of them and to get the excess water off the mats. There was also residue of dirt left on the top of the windshield that I had to ask them to wipe off. The interior was also not wiped down. My husband asked for the interior service and apparently we were not charged for it. The guy I was working with addressed my concerns, but another guy told him (in Spanish) that no matter what he does we won't be happy. Well, I speak Spanish so I don't think that was very professional to speak about customers in front of them. I was not asking for much, just for dry floor mats and a clean windshield. Photos are what we left with after asking for the minor touch ups. Unfortunately we will not be returning customers for our vehicle cleaning needs. read more

Took my SUV in to get washed, and specifically asked that they vacuum the entire SUV, as well as wipe down the whole inside and wash the mats. The outside was nice but the inside was... well I will let the pictures speak for themselves. These are of the inside AFTER they were finished. Which took about 10 minutes! When this wash opened it was fantastic. Took all my cars 1-2 times a week. After moving away I stopped in today and it is incredibly slow. Cars in line around the building with only one lane open. The car conveyer has no car on it several minutes. Very poor speed and service now. I won't be back. read more

Still has not changed. It still sucks. I wish they would invest in their business and equipment. If you look close during the wash you will notice much is still broken and does not work. They often charge you for the extras but when the car goes through they are not done. Car always leaves wet with no attention to detail. I drive BMW 5 series I buy the premium one for washing my car they just vacuum the car and that was also not good plus the clean the car and it was terrible I went inside office and take to manager or owner he told me to go one more time and do vacuumed one more time I went over there the Spanish guy just did the vacuum in my truck and start arguing with me I am not happy at all after this wash it's better to wash by my self I was feeling bad I think I just spen $32 in washing $5 in tip so total $37 doing nothing I hope someone read this and before they go to this car wash. Prices range from... $8 - Basic Exterior Wash $23 - Rain-X Premium Wash --------------- Car came out looking brand new, and so did the tires. You know how seductive lip gloss looks on a woman's lips...yeah it's sorta like that. Tires so shiny you'll wanna kiss them. I usually go to a car wash near my home, but I had the opportunity to visit this place while doing some errands and was very impressed. This car wash is pretty big. The building itself is much larger than your typical car wash (at least twice as big as typical car washes). You'll also notice the Conveyor Belt system that moves the car through the car wash. All of the ones I've ever been to before use metal rails and rollers to push your car through and sometimes scratches up your rims against the metal rails. You don't get to sit in the car as it goes through the car wash, which I was actually looking forward to. I had to get out and went inside to pay. Meanwhile they vacuum your car before it goes through the car wash. While you pay inside, you can see your car moving along the car wash through the large wall windows. At the end was a mob of people (6 or 7 employees) that surrounded the car to towel dry it. One employee appeared to do one last quality inspection even popping the trunk to get underneath the lip of the edges. Now that's what I call attention to detail. I was very impressed. read more

For the price of premium detail/wash service , less than mediocre wash, and the lack of customer service I definitely won't be back. I pull up and everyone just looks at me, I inquire which way do I go this is my first time a young man points me in the direction. I pull up another gentleman stands there I said hi this is my first time he points at the board of services and says leave the keys. I say premium which cleans the car inside and out $30. I head in a gentleman comes out on the phone I hand him the receipt I pay get and get $10 cash for the tip. I sit down maybe 7 min later my vehicle is done. I drop a tip in the bucket no one says a thing I drive off to notice the windows haven't been wiped down at all inside, there's still bug marks outside, the rims are still dirty, and I there are hand prints on the car everywhere I open the trunk the lip is still dirty and the center console hadn't been touched. In short please heed the reviews they're honest and true this time I spent $40 and had to come and wipe down my entire vehicle again. I could've gone to Shell's drive through car wash and wiped it down myself and spent half the money. Terrible customer service. Barely acknowledged when pulling up to the front of the line. Got the outside wash and inside vacuum- they missed so many spots both inside and out. Not worth the cost. Completely ignored when the car was finished being wiped down. And because of their poor customer service and lack of awareness (maybe they are aware and simply don't care?), I got blocked in trying to leave. I asked a worker how I could get out (assuming they would move one of the cars blocking the exit lane) and she simply looked at the situation, chuckled, and said "I don't know," while walking away from me. I rate this as one star, since the build looks decent. The people though isn't, I called for a detailing on my car, and the guy said just call before coming in. That's the sentence he always says. So I called and asked him that I would like to get my car detailed, he said just call before coming in, because it's a first come first serve, so I said okay, where should I park? He told me to the front. I said okay. I went to the shop and parked right in the front and called, told him I want my car detailed I'm currently outside, he said a mini van just came in and I have to wait 5 hours for it to finish. I was like, I called first and you let others to take the spot. He was like It's a first come first serve, and you have to call before coming in. I was like I called and hour ago that I want my car detailed. But sadly they are a bunch of idiots with that first come first serve stupid business they have. Wasted my 30 mins drive to get there for nothing. So I suggest go somewhere else other than here. They'll just waste your time. They are too focused on telling the customers to call before coming in. For new customers they wouldn't exactly know what that means on the shops POV. They should tell them, call first before going to the store so we know what time you'll arrive. I've been going for years out of convenience but won't be back. The owner/operator has no clue and/or just doesn't care about customer service. I Showed up today before close, selected the most expensive interior/exterior wash, and added the $12 "Hot Wax" option. The wax dispenses from the ceiling but turned off prior to my vehicle getting to it. I informed one of the workers while I was still inside the building and the owner runs over and says "...sorry we're closed." It was 3 minutes after 5pm, they still hadn't dried my vehicle and my family and I were still inside. The owner refused to run it back through and handed me $12 out of the register. GTFOH! A disgrace to all businesses. This guy just doesn't care and it's evident by the reviews. read more
