The foods were amazing fresh. I enjoyed every dishes ordered. The restaurant has a friendly environment. All the staffs worked as a team. I went there during lunch hours, the tables got filled up fast.

This place is a family favorite! Been coming since I can remember and my parents and their siblings before I was ever born. It's been a pleasure to see this place grow to the amazing and delicious restaurant it is. Staff is incredibly kind and always very attentive to our needs. The food, a work of art, cooked just right. Everything is fresh and very tasty. The place holds romantic little dates as well as big groups and any and all celebrations are made special here. Today we celebrated my grandparents 58th anniversary and it was such a blast! Looking forward to being back here to celebrate loved ones once again. Thank you Los Arcos for being a part of my family's memories.

This place was delicious. Stopped here after a doctors appointment nearby. Was not disappointed, the service was great. The restaurant is beautiful and impeccable but the food is the star of the show. Must try. We had a little bit of everything. Definitely coming back. I just wish they wouldn't be so quick to clean up right as you're still sitting at the table.

Finally tried this place after hearing about how it's a staple here. Had the fish and shrimp ceviche and I have to say it's one of the best I've ever had! Super fresh and the mix of everything was just right. All the ingredients complimented each other with perfect balance. Tip from me is use the mayo on the tostada...something about that mex mayo! Lol. I also ordered the charbroiled fish and shrimp skewer plate and they were seasoned and grilled just right with a delicious garlic sauce. Service was amazing but the ambiance I felt was just ok. I sat on the side with no windows so maybe that was why but it had a weird cafeteria feel but that wouldn't deter me from coming back and trying other items on the menu.

I went for an early dinner about 3 o'clock, and the restaurant was really bustling. I could see both of the inviting dining rooms were 3/4 filled at this time of day. I was seated and waited on by at least four waiters, some of the best service I've ever had in a restaurant. I was instantly provided a nice tray of vertically stacked salted tostadas, which I wasn't sure if it was for my ceviche, but then I realized that it was their fancy take chips and salsa, which came with grilled onions and limes, green salsa and red salsa. Neither the salsas were specifically cut enough for my taste, so I requested some hot sauce. It was provided with four different varieties . I ordered a taco, which was very delicious. Nothing write home about, but perfectly crisp and I would order it again. I also ordered the tropical ceviche which was absolutely out of this world. This dish alone could satisfy two people for a lunch. It comes with so much delicious perfectly prepared seafood and perfect not as salty tostadas. Whenever I come to Tijuana, I am going to make sure that I eat here. There was so many amazing fish dishes that I would love to try. Every single table was filled with happy satisfied patrons. This is a must eat at restaurant.

My husband and I went here for the first time and we cannot wait to go back! I had the Green Tonic which was so delicious and refreshing. We shared the tropical ceviche. It had chunks of fresh mango for a wonderful sweetness and the serranos balanced nicely for just the right amount of spice. Our service was excellent. Looking for to trying the tacos! Cheers!

My precious queen mama brought me here right before heading out onto the border line. My parents are regulars here and have been raving about this place for a while. Happy I got the chance. If you're worried about security, this place is very secure, and their valet is top-notch. Service is above and beyond, the food is all fresh and beautifully aesthetically served, and the ambiance is on point! There's not much negative I can say. If this place were located in a big city in the U.S., it would be a luxury restaurant. I'm so excited to go back here in the coming months. There are so many options on their menu that I can't wait to try next. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, secure, aesthetic restaurant in TJ! For restaurant nerds like me, the Italian restaurant Casa Matilde in Mayfair London has a similar decor to this place, or vice versa. I love the vibe, the fish on the wall, and the curtains. It's a very classy spot.

The food was amazing as well as the service! Every server was attentive and kind bringing out the drinks and food quick. I really appreciate when the people serving the food are knowlegable of what is on thr menu and can give a good rundown of what it is. Ambiance was perfect for many settings with family, kids or a girls night alot of amazing options on the menu even if you are not a fan of seafood.

The service was great. The presentation of the food was amazing, except for the tacos. In my opinion the food was not worth the price. The best thing we had that visit were the oysters and the salsas. You're paying for the ambience, aka the "fancy restaurant" more than anything. Would not come here again.

This place was amazing! Service over the top, ambience casual could pass, but it's a little nicer than that. I went around lunchtime and there was probably about 50 people, tables rotated pretty steady. Looks like they only had half the restaurant open and the part we were in was probably 80 to 90% full the hour that I was there food came out fairly quick. The margarita was good and The food was tasty. I got a sampler plate and everything on it was good! Highly recommend it definitely will come back.

This restaurant has great ambiance. It is a more modern, upscale and nice restaurant with many tables. Very nice linens. Food, it was all delicious...we had the fish ceviche, tacos governador, chilies toros filled with shrimp, ceviche especial which was made of shrimp and the grand finale was the 1.5 kilo fish and rice and "puerquito" beans along with a house green salad. Drinks were horchata, modelo michelada and a classic margarita. Everything delicious! Except for my mistake in ordering the mango margarita on the rocjs... too sweet...however still a 5 star rating in ky opinion. read more

Food was good, presentation was nice, service was on point, and price was right. Tuna tostadas were excellent. I ordered an octopus dish. I had asked the waiter and maitre'd if it was spicy because I can't have spicy at all. Both agreed it was not spicy. Wimpy me could not handle the level of spicy. I asked the waiter to pack it to go and I would order something else. They insisted on preparing something else for me and would not hear of packing it to go or charging me for it. I was pleasantly surprised by their level of service. Will definitely go again. read more

We went to Los Arcos yesterday (Good Friday). The restaurant was packed for lunch. Great vibe. Service was excellent. Food was amazing. Be sure to try the pulpo dinner Vera Cruz style. You can't go wrong with any of the taco or tostada ceviche plates. Gobernator tacos were 5 stars plus. Parking may be limited if you drive. We took a cab. read more

Had lunch at Los Arcos while visiting Tijuana. Parked on the other side of the border, crossed the border on foot and took a taxi here. Quick 10 minute taxi ride and we were there. Very nice upscale restaurant with outstanding service. We had the tuna/salmon sashimi and scallop appetizer which was a 10/10. I followed this with the "Longa de Pescado" which was outstanding. Overall great restaurant, great service and overall great experience. read more

It's as good as everyone says it is. I only had a light meal of 1) tostada ceviche cameron it was perfect a big mound of a lot of prawns rough chopped and still mostly raw.....super fresh; 2) taco gubernador which was good but nothing special since all it is is a quesadilla with shrimp....but it was excellent quality; 3) guacamole big portion and very good; 4) churros are to die for with the vanilla/chocolate sauces and sweet berries. Big place tables well spaced excellent service nice atmosphere. read more

Los Arcos was recommended by a family doctor and it did not disappoint. Tried the Pescado Zarandiado, Camarones diabla and langostinos and everything was delicious and fresh. The Chile on the camarones was a little different but still tasty. Make sure you get there early coz their parking lot is small and gets packed fast. read more

Great food everything just melts in your mouth. They really know how to prepare seafood here. Agua Fresca are unbelievably good. What a fabulous find! And many thanks to Yelp once again. My husband and I came here for dinner during a weekday and we got seated immediately. I noticed the ambiance - colorful wall decor, and even the tables and chairs were flamboyant. The restaurant looks small from the outside, but they have a big seating area. I ordered a Margarita and my husband, a Pina Colada without alcohol. Enjoyed my drink, and the pina colada was exceptionally good. For entree, we split a Sea Horse, which is a plate of breaded shrimps stuffed with cream cheese, and a side of mango sauce, steamed veggies and rice. Everything was delicious - really really enjoyed the meal. We wound up the meal with tres leches - a must try! I've had tres leches in several places, the one here was way too good. Friendly and attentive service. Fun ambiance. And lovely food. A must-try in Tijuana. read more

In my opinion Los Arcos is the best seafood restaurant in all of TJ. The restaurant's menu is so vast it's almost hard to choose. The quality of the ingredients far surpasses those of similar restaurants. Been here several times and the quality of service never drops regardless of how busy it is. If there is one drawback to this place it's that it is always busy and a 20+ minute wait. read more

My family and I care across this restaurant over the weekend and I must say it is really good! The food, quality and service is all excellent. The staff is really nice but most importantly the food was DELICIOUS!! I love that they have a play area for the kids and will play a movie for them while parents eat. They really aim to please at Los Arcos. Not knowing what time they opened, we came an hour too early. As we were walking away, the owner came out to greet us and fired up the kitchen just for the two of us. Now thats what I call customer service. Considering it was our first time there and we did not know what to order, we left it in the hands of the owner. He surprised us with a tray of seafood almost as colorful as the decor in the restaurant. It was a good call and we will definitely stop by the next time were in Tijuana. This was a few years ago and I apologize for taking too long writing this review. Thank you for the excellent service and wonderful mariscos. read more

Not too impressed with overall experience for our lunch service. The Mazatlan shrimp and grilled octopus were good, but some of the lettuce in the salad was old and wilted and the octopus only came with some boiled potatoes. The guava pie was okay, and the expresso was good. For the same price we could have ate at several other better restaurants nearby. The best part of the experience was our excellent waiter. We won't return, too many better options in the area. read more

Overwhelmed by its hospitality! This place is very popular, so we had to wait 40 minutes, but they offer drinks and seafood sample for guests waiting, comfortable chairs too! It was my birthday, so they offered me a free three milk cake and a tequila shot! All the dishes are heavenly delicious, I think of their shrimps stuffed pepper fondly. Come hungry and leave full and very happy! read more

This restaurant los arcos is an amazing place to come with family and have dinner the service is great since you walk in the front door everyone makes you feel welcome and at home :) the manager Alberto Alvarez is really polite and attentive to his clients his the best!!.. I have been coming here for many years now and the service gets better and better every time we come I never have a bad experience my family and I are always thrilled to come here every time we come over to TJ . A must go place in Tijuana, we enjoyed the seafood here. The fried fish is amazing with the crispy outside. You should never miss the octopus and grilled shrimps. A special recommendation would be the orange juice. A special remark to the service that offer english ordering, thanks! read more

The chefs of Los Arcos catered a party for my work group at this gorgeous location right on the coast. The mustard-stained Chicagoans all stood out like mustard-stained thumbs at this sun-drenched glass, wood and stone manse by the Pacific, but we sure did know how to eat. Los Arcos made unbelievable seafood cocktails, agua chiles, and grilled swordfish tacos. In particular it was my first time having the firm, briny and delicious pata de mula clams, and the succulent gobernador-style grilled swordfish tacos. I think these were probably special ordered for our group, and so delicious that next time I am in Tijuana, I have to try the restaurant Los Arcos' specialties. read more

The lobster that was split in half sat on a moist bed of Spanish rice, came with refried beans and freshly grilled vegetables. See my pictures. The freshly made thin tortillas were superb, but one had to be careful or they would dry soon. After you finish, they give you an apperetiv, in a small cylindrical crystal glass. Basically, think of it like Kahlúa with milk, vanilla and ice. It was fantastic. The chips and salsas that preluded the main order were also superb. It is rarely and not always, that I go back to the same restaurant when I'm on a short trip. On top of that the next day? Yes, here it had to be the exception. So this second time, I was here to try the fish soup (exceptional) and the grilled loin of red snapper. I've heard of a pork loin, a beef loin, but this was a first. The entree is a large portion. A thick, succulent, colorful, well charred and grilled portion of seafood, with firm texture and spicy taste. Service here was high class, on both occasions. I've visited Los Arcos Tijuana because the restaurant is cute and has an inviting vibe. At first, the service seemed attentive and friendly, which set a positive tone for the evening. However, the experience took a disappointing turn when I mentioned I didn't like my dish and would like to order something else. I was able to taste my dish before receiving my plate because my husband ordered something similar and it arrived first. Despite this, the waiter served mine without checking if I wanted to replace it or if I was okay with the current dish. This lack of proactive service left me feeling overlooked and frustrated. When a customer expresses a desire to change a dish, better practice is to confirm options, ensure the replacement is prepared, and check in to make sure the guest is satisfied. Given the misstep, I have to rate this as a one-star experience. Customer service is a crucial part of a great dining outing, and this encounter fell short of expectations. I won't be returning.
