The food is always amazing here. Love the empanadas! Very chill vibe with lively music. Very small 4 inside tables and 3 tables outside.

Overall, not a bad experience with Los Autenticos! When I visited them, I came in with tunnel vision, only wanting a Cuban sandwich and an empanada. The Cuban Sandwich was tasty; they were generous with the pork and I liked the light toasting of the bread. I ordered the chicken empanada on a whim and it was full of flavor. My only critique would be to make the sandwich a little bigger and/or to give more plantain chips. Besides that, pretty realizable Cuban cafe!

This place is a gem! They used to be next to the Aldi on Aloma but they moved and changed their name to "La Revancha". As a Cuban, i will say this place gets their pastries and food right. The breakfast sandwich is really good, everything is fresh and made to order. Serving it with Cuban toast is the way to go and it's delicious. The Tostada is yummy, i always ask for extra butter and it's even better than Sedano's tostada. The bread is super fresh and isn't hard at all. The drinks are great and never fail. The Caramel Frappe is super good! The service, for the most part, is fine. The guy that takes the order is nice, although even tho i go there often, it seems like he never recognizes me. He doesn't have an attitude or anything but i feel like if someone comes often, maybe you should greet them with some type of familiarity. Soo my only other issue with this place is the prices... It's a bit too expensive for a Cuban place ($35 for stuff in photo). If you really wanted to, you could go to Sedanos and get this stuff half the price! It's a bit steep for me. However, the place, itself, is great. There's always Spanish music playing and it's fun to dance a bit while eating! Overall, a great Cuban place that everyone should try!

Excellent variety and excellent service. We've been here several times and always leave with a smile. The whole menu is available at any given time (although rice may not be ready until closer to 10:30am if you're like me and eat lunch items for breakfast sometimes). Their orange juice is fresh squeezed. I also learned today that they can make their cafe con leche with decaf upon request. This establishment is set in a small plaza with a shared parking lot. There are a few tables outside and several booths inside. Everything here is good and the staff put their heart into their work and you can taste the love. This is in my top 5 for favorite hole in the walls!

Y'all listen up!! How this place has such great reviews is beyond my understanding! My fiancé ordered this for our lunch since we were in town for vaca and wanted some authentic Cuban food. We ordered several lunch plates which included Pulled Pork Lunch, Steak and Onions Lunch and the Ropa Vieja Lunch. Prior to any of us eating, my sister asked me to smell her fork. Weird request, but I obliged and only then did she inform me she had just stuck it in the beans. Her fork STRAIGHT UP smelled like a cigarette. Like someone had stood over the pot of beans and blew smoke and ashed all in them. It was disgusting! We ordered at noon and received our food only at 1:30pm. It took them forever to prepare the food for our Uber transport and not only did we receive cold, nasty food but we were also missing 2 potato balls. The pork and the steak was extremely dry. The only thing slightly warm was the Ropa Vieja. Very little was salvageable. Never again...nasty!! Save your money...a pack of marlboros are cheaper.

Croquettes and empeñadas are a weakness of mine. I got a craving for those and this place popped up as a good option. The food is affordable and portions are almost two meals for me which is great! (Yay leftovers! ) My sandwich was the croquettes one which was an interesting take on the Cuban sandwich. I appreciated the creativity of it but would have liked a little more flavor. The classic media noche sandwich was on point! We also ordered chicken empanadas which came out late. The filling was on the dry side but the flavor was good. The sever brought us a complimentary soda too for the food being late which was nice of them. Overall I'd say it's a good lunch spot for spending time and having some affordable food, but not my favorite.

Fantastic little spot. Stopped in for a quick coffee and breakfast. Got the breakfast combo plate with scrambled eggs and ham, guava and cheese pastry, and tostones. All joined by a delicious cafe con leche. If you get the chance, you should really come by. Everything was delicious and the garlicky salty oil the tostones are dipped in make for just the right touch of savory flavor to an often bland side dish.

Tried this place for the first time today since another place I was going to was closed. I ordered a few different thing including their popular iced Cuban coffee since it will probably be while until I'm back in the area. I ordered the ham croquettes, guava pastelitos, carne frita, media noche, and iced Cuban coffee. The ham croquettes were good, haven't tried the pastelitos yet, carne frita was not what I thought in my head would be. I thought it was vaca frita just named differently. Either way my husband didn't like it. They were tiny cubed pieces of meat, my husband said it tasted like it was cooked in old oil which didn't surprise me because that how the plantain chips that came as my side tasted like. The media noche was ok. I probably wouldn't order it again. The only thing I really like was the iced Cuban coffee. It tasted nothing like Cuban coffee, more like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. But I may be more picky because since I was a little kid I've been drinking Cuban coffee.

This place is somewhere we've gone multiple times and enjoyed every single visit. We particularly love their catering service. We've ordered catering for four different events, and the food has always been amazing. People consistently rave about how great it is. We ordered the Pernil as always, and it's consistently juicy and tender. The rice is outstanding and the best in Orlando. Finally, their desserts, especially the flan, are sweet and delicious. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say about this restaurant. I highly recommend their catering service; it's affordable and always a party favorite. I've also dined in for their pastries, and they are delicious as well.

Them both seems nice, but tastes like nothing.

I'm not really sure why this place is so popular and high rating on yelp. Maybe I was unlucky or something. But the first impression is very important. Mine was not good. I ordered 2 coffees, and them both yuck. Threw them away after a few sip.

I was extremely excited to try this place out due to their great reviews on yelp and their 10% off when you check in! As soon as we got to the plaza we were a little confused because they did change their name! They are now called la revancha but are still in the same location. The service was not so great, I wish the employee was nicer but that doesn't matter as long as the food is good! I ordered the half sandwich and a side combo with a passion fruit natural juice to drink. The total came out to $18.31 (not including tip) which I thought was a little much for one person to eat. They also don't have their prices on the menu so it was confusing especially since my friend got the same thing and paid a lesser price. The food was really good! Although for the price I've had better Cuban sandwiches at Zaza for a better deal. The passion fruit "natural" juice tasted overly sweet, like blended purée syrup so it was kind of hard to drink. They also refused to redeem my 10% off when I checked in on yelp, with no reason whatsoever just "no." Overall if you want to give this place a try you should!

Outside doesn't look like much since I've passed this place a few times. I'm a sucker for Cuban food and all of the food was absolutely perfect! The juices are made fresh in house and are extremely fresh! Their iced coffee is basically a staple. If you haven't tried it then your missing out because it's a hot menu item. Also had the pan con lechon sandwich and rice, beans and steak. Soooooooo good! I worked up an appetite just by looking at the menu.

We ordered way too much food but man was it good. We ordered a Cuban with yuca, an egg and cheese sandwich and ropa Vieja lunch with rice and beans. To drink we ordered their fresh passion fruit juice and 2 iced coffees. I didn't realize they were caramel frappe but I can see why people come here specially for it. I've already told multiple people to check it out and we would definitely come back if nearby again

I believe it may have been the Havana Ballroom. There was plenty of food, drinks, and mingling. The Cuba Libre Restaurant staff were great, and the venue was well laid out and worked for this event very well. When we arrived around 6:30 PM on a Saturday evening for our event, we first mingled around the tables and near the cash bar. There were a bunch of large tables that we began to fill out. As our program began and announces made and awards given out, appetizers were passed out. We were offered Guacamole Cubano, Mama Amelia's Empanadas, and Shrimp Cocktail which we passed around to the entire table. Personally, I skipped the guacamole and shrimp dishes but absolutely loved the empanadas. Yum! Then, an individual Cuban House Salad was passed out with red wine vinaigrette. This was also quite tasty. Next came the entrees including a choice of Salmon Paradiso, Ropa Vieja, Citrus Chicken, or Paella Vegetariana. I was trying to decide between the Ropa Vieja (beef brisket) and the Citrus Chicken. While the Citrus Chicken sounded perfect, I asked the serving staff their advice, and they recommended the Ropa Vieja for a true taste of Cuba. I was happy that I did even though it may have been more heavy and with a kick than I was expecting. I'm still glad I ordered it though. It was wonderfully prepared! And then, everyone received Cuban Flan for dessert. The Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar celebrates Cuban heritage and explores Cuban flavors, music, art, and traditions. The mission of the restaurant is to provide an "escape" to Havana through exciting food and beverages and entertainment experiences to celebrate the Cuban people and their culture. Orlando hosts one of several of this restaurant around the United States. This restaurant is in the midst of the Pointe Orlando. You can find details on their website: https://cubalibrerestaurant.com/en/orlando. You can find menus, entertainment, blogs, make reservations, specials, and more. The Cuba Libre Restaurant is open for brunch on weekends from 12 PM to 4 PM, for dinner Monday through Thursday from 5 PM to 10 PM, Friday from 5 PM to 10:30 PM, Saturday from 4 PM to 10:30 PM, and Sunday from 4 PM to 10 PM. Happy Hour is at the bar and bar tables on weekdays from 5 PM to 6 PM and weekends from 4 PM to 6 PM. They have a special Chef's Tasting menu during dinner. They also host weekend nightlife and shows on Fridays with a live band from 7:30 PM to 12:15 AM and a DJ and dancing from 10 PM to 2 AM on both Fridays and Saturdays. It was certainly a great event and a fun place to be!

My partner's red snapper was NOT a red snapper. It was something else and extremely oily. It had no flavor. I think they should really take it off the menu if they're trying to disguise a porgy or some other fish as red snapper. The only thing I enjoyed was my sauvignon blanc and the bread. I hate to send food back and my partner was shy about it but when it's gross, you have to turn it away. The music was, the ambiance, the energy from the musicians make this place explode with flavor. Not the food. The servers were amazing. Jason is outstanding. I wouldn't go back for the food. I'm glad I decided not to celebrate my partners birthday here.

We mentioned we had a reservation but we were early and they were able to accommodate us. The indoor dining area is lovely with that old school Florida feel. Beautiful spanish and Cuban decor.
