I took my 96 yo Father and my 2 sisters to visit his old stomping grounds up around Snoqualmie/North Bend area. I checked out some places for us to Lunch and decided on Los Cabos. Refried beans got good reviews, the Carne Asada was enjoyed by two, saying the meat tasted good. Dad couldn't find much meat though more after moving the caramelized onions aside. I liked my Seafood Enchilada and would eat it again, which I'll do for leftovers tomorrow. Speaking of leftovers, I usually can come home w/ almost half my meal. Not much to bring home this time, so, for that reason and the plate doesn't scream LOOK HOW MUCH FOOD IS ON YOUR PLATE I would surmise the portions aren't gigantic or huge. More like modest. I did order from the dinner menu to get more food. Maybe I should have verified "This is a dinner portion, right"? read more

I saw the bad reviews but I still gave in and tried it. I got a carne asada burrito and it did not match what was in the description. The carne asada wasn't bad, but they served the burrito with whole plain beans and virtually had no flavor other than the sour cream and guacamole. One star since the service was good and did pay attention to our needs. However, worst Mexican food ever. The restaurants name is los cabos and it felt like I was in Tijuana in some random alley that served homeless people food. The burrito was 15.50 and barely had any meat. Awful.... This was our 2nd time at this restaurant and I think we had forgotten that we really didn't like it the 1st time either. We really wanted Mexican food though and this was the only one I could find. The enchilada sauce tasted like it comes from a can. The beans tasted old to me. We asked for a mild salsa for my daughter and they gave us the same gross enchilada sauce now was on my enchiladas. The waitress was really nice, But that's really only the good thing I can say about this restaurant. The women's bathroom is completely falling apart and is really gross. The prices are really high for the quality of food, which is not good. We definitely will remember not to come here again read more

Service sucks if you ever get any. Good is terrible too. Cheese is severely overcooked. Margaritas are pure sweet and sour and no tequila. I've tried this place multiple times thinking it will improve but never does. Tamale is almost completely hard from being overcooked and the chicken is dry in the enchilada with the tortilla not any better. read more

Check your bill!!! Food was reasonable, but when we got our check, we had been overcharged - we were 4 diners and were charged for 5 entrees. We called the server back and before we'd even explained, she whisked the check away and returned with a corrected one. Wouldn't return. read more

Just an avg Mexican diner. I got the Mucho burrito. It was average. Mu wife got the chicken fajita. Chicken was really good, really good, but they don't give you much. Sad experience. Couldn't wait to eat Mexican food. No flavor. Completely bland. Service was fine. Except for the guy vacuuming next to us with a vacuum that was actually spitting food out. The window sills literally had dead bugs in them and cob webs for days. Of I could give zero stars I would. We just left there after hiking Rattle Snake Ledge. The decor is dingy, my chair had a huge rip in it, the water tasted like it had rust in it. My food tasted a day old, the bathrooms were so bad I held my breath and I would of waited except I had a 45 min drive home. Waste of $55 for 4 of us, two were kids. read more

Compared to other Mexican restaurants this is not the best. However compared to other restaurants in north bend this is on par. I have had a few times of really slow service. Like waiting 30 minutes for the check. The food portions are huge. The alcohol is good. The food is comparable to other Mexican restaurants. We definitely go here when in the mood for a good Mexican meal but it isn't or first pick of restaraunts in north bend. read more

Service was lacking. Sat a long long time between visits and really wanted some more of their good salsa and chips. Top margarita was excellent and at 12 bucks should have been. Chile Colorado wasn't very good but mole was excellent. Unremarkable mainstream Mexican. read more

This is the best food around. Flavorful and spicy like it's supposed to be. No, it's not quite New Mexican but close and far better than the Taco Bell inspired dishes sold by most Mexican restaurants here. Very good but maybe not for you. I have been here several times and every time I get the fajitas. It is very "American" Mexican food...you know like hard shell tacos and stuff like that. I am usually a fan of more "authentic" Mexican food. But if you are in the mood for fajitas and you are in North Bend you don't have a lot of choices...check it out read more

We are regulars here, we love the relaxed vibe and can count on the food. It is not fancy but if you want consistent Mexican made authentically then this is a great spot. Not to mention the burger is fantastic! It is all my daughter will order now. read more

Not bad, but not great. Typical kitschy Mexican decor, with average Mexican fare. Sauces were a little on the salty side, while the beans and rice were a little underwhelming and lacked the punchy of flavor I was hoping for. Ate in the huge lounge area to watch a great mlb wild-card game! The happy hour specials were great! 3.00 domestics and 4.00 IPA. Got the 2.50 cent carnitas tacos which were a couple of the biggest street tacos I've ever seen. The meat was juicy and flavorful! Salsa was nice and spicy, bean dip and chips also great! Both bartenders named Shannon. The shorter one, nick named "shorty" was attentive and personable! Owner is also a very nice man. read more

This is a must avoid. My family loves Mexican food but we cannot stomach this place. The food is so so bad... it lacks flavor, it lacks freshness, and when you see the prices on the menu you start to get the feeling that they are spending as little as possible and charging you as much as possible. This is dollar menu quality with diner pricing. The ambiance would be laughable if you didn't have to eat there. Dirty electrical fixtures dangling from the walls over your your table, a creepy guy at the entrance who greets you with "Quattro" because there are four in the party, and a birthday party at the table nearby where they use some 150 decibel rattler thing as part of the celebration. All the folks in the kitchen were singing some songs by the Backstreet Boys like it was karaoke night. On second thought maybe you should go here just once to experience the madness.
