    Guys don't be like me, don't agree in advance by phone without checking paperwork. This dealer charged me... Total: $1506.28. Diagnostic/labor: $814. Just for: Change a Battery Change a Water Pump & Thermostat. Coolant Anyone here that understands basic mechanics could confirm thats crazy expensive labor for a -/+ 1hr fatigue. Eaaaasyyyy money my friends...A complete rip off! Parts: ~$508.01... Replaced parts disposal: $85 Total: $594 Diagnostic/Labor: $220+$594 = $814.00 SubTotal: $1408 x 0.07 % taxes Total: ~$1506.28

    HORRIBLE customer service on the phone!!! On Friday 5/27/2022 at 9:19am, I called Napleton in possible need of scheduling a service appointment. The person answering told me no one was available to speak with and they would call me back shortly. No One call me back.... I called several times later in the afternoon, only to be hung up on or immediately put on hold as they recognized my number. I called from a different number and they answered rather than put me on hold. One of the calls they screamed in the background "stop calling back!" I even asked to speak to manager and one days "he wants to speak to a manager" so then they jus transferred me to Sales Dept and the gentleman that answered responds "oh they transferred you to the wrong department" I will never purchase or get a vehicle serviced here! Stay away! So unprofessional

He got our daughter a great interest rate and within 30 min we were in and out. This was an outstanding purchase, we couldn't believe the Bronco she drove away in, at an amazing price too!     Terrible Communication and Dishonest. Made an appointment to…read morebring my car in Tuesday morning, at 8 AM. Brought it in and left it there. No communication whatsoever. I requested an update via text, no response. Realizing they were going to close soon and I had received no update, I called at ~4 PM and spent 40 minutes on the phone to get a hold of someone that could give me any update. I was told that they were unable to get to it that day and would look at it in the morning. This was not communicated to me when I dropped off the car or made the appointment. The next day, again 0 communication. I requested an update and was ignored. I called again and after calling 5 times, and waiting over 30 minutes on hold, I got my service advisor to tell me that the mechanic was working on my car and had it out for a test drive and would call me back in 30 minutes. I confirmed via my dash cam later that this was a lie. What actually happened was AFTER I started calling and asking for an update, they moved my car to the shop for the first time, at the very end of the 2nd day. It was in the garage for less than 10 minutes, then put back in the parking lot. Day 3, after still no update or communication, I texted at 11:57 AM that I wanted to just get my car back and take it somewhere else. They did not respond or answer my phone calls. I spent over an hour trying to get a hold of someone on the phone. I requested to speak to the service manager, and was told he would call me back. That never happened. At 1:40 PM (confirmed by dash cam), they took it into the shop and it spent about an hour there. At this point I had already communicated I wanted my car back and did not want them to do the work. At around 2 PM I arrived in person, because no one would talk to me on the phone, and demanded my car back. At this time it had been in the garage for 20 minutes. They stalled for 40 more minutes before bringing me my car. For this "Service" they charged me a $240 diagnostic fee, without even providing an estimate for the repairs. They kept me waiting while they scrambled to pretend to do the bare minimum diagnostic they could because they knew I wanted my car back. The worst mechanic experience I have ever had. All of this could have been avoided if they were honest about when they would be able to work on my car, and what work was actually done.

We were given ample time to inspect the vehicle on the lot by our own mechanic and test drive it couple of times. Upon finding couple of minor issues with the vehicle, the price was adjusted to accommodate those repairs. Price was competitive in comparison to other vehicles available and the dealer fee was significantly lower than in other dealerships. DMV made a mistake in the title and City Star Motors took it upon themselves to correct the DMV error and followed through until new title was delivered providing periodic updates. They could have told us to deal with DMV ourselves, but insisted on taking care of the error for us. You can buy vehicles anywhere, but it is a pleasure to do business with courteous and caring business like City Star Motors.

    Where do I even begin…read more.. This place doesn't sell reliable cars -- they sell temporary problems on four wheels. Every vehicle on that lot feels like it's just barely holding itself together, just good enough to get you off the property and into a contract. I've had my car for only 7 months and it completely broke down. Naturally, I assumed it would be covered under warranty. Wrong. Instead of honoring what they promised, they immediately tried to blame everything on me and make me pay out of pocket. It wasn't until I made it clear I was prepared to take legal action that their entire tone changed. And here's where it gets worse..... For an entire month, no one contacted me with updates about my repairs. Not one call. Not one email. I had to chase them down myself. When I finally got answers, I was first told the delay was because "the part hasn't arrived yet." Then -- literally an hour later -- the story changed completely. Suddenly it wasn't about a missing part. Now I'm being told they tried multiple engines and couldn't get the parts to fit. So which is it? The part hasn't arrived? Or you've swapped multiple engines and none of them work? That kind of contradiction doesn't inspire confidence -- it screams disorganization at best and dishonesty at worst. Now their "solution" is to cover it -- but only if I trade into another one of their raggedy, barely-running cars. I test drove several options and every single one felt like it was one speed bump away from falling apart. The tires they swear are "new" are worn. Multiple cars had strange smells. Nothing felt stable. Nothing felt safe. So after months of payments and a month of silence, the end result is me being pushed to trade one piece of junk for another. This isn't just bad customer service. It feels calculated. It feels predatory. It feels like a business model built around pushing unreliable vehicles onto people and hoping they won't question it. Proceed with extreme caution.

After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

She arrived early and conducted an immediate walkthrough of the car, where she found a couple of issues that we thought might prevent her from taking delivery. However, her sales representative worked diligently to address these issues right away. I was on speakerphone in the background, and I truly appreciated the attentive care the sales rep provided to my daughter. Please consider this review as a positive perspective. As a side note, this is the third Tesla in our family, and it seems my daughter's pickup experience was just as amazing as my own several years ago. Kudos to the Tesla used car center!

The lady at the front desk has been on the phone for over an hour and the only people who have walked in the room so far are associates asking people if they are here "picking up" their Tesla. I actually wouldn't mind the fact that I've been sitting here for over an hour waiting if someone, anyone, just told us the process or what to do. If there was some indication of who's next or how the process works. We have literally just been sitting here staring at a lady who won't even acknowledge that we exist. It's awful. This place is awful. I hope they can start using Optimus robots here soon and then there might be some communication or help. Add the fact that we are here from a few hours away just to get some answers. Oh, and my and my wife just keep taking turns standing in "line." No one has indicated it's a line. But more and more people keep showing up and are trying to circumvent the makeshift "line." This line just keeps growing and no one, quite literally no one, will help us, speak to us, acknowledge us. I'd even take a "this is taking a long time, you might want to leave." I'd love to not waste an entire day sitting here while no one will even be kind or give us some details.
