I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but my experience at Napleton Chrysler Jeep in Kissimmee was extremely disappointing and felt downright dishonest. After purchasing my vehicle, I later discovered I had been signed up for an Assurant Vehicle Care policy that I clearly refused. Francisco Diaz in finance asked me about the coverage, I told him "NO," and yet it was added anyway -- totaling $959 rolled into my loan. Not only does this increase my payment, but it also feels like I was taken advantage of so someone could get credit or a kickback for adding a policy I didn't authorize. This is exactly the type of behavior that makes people distrust dealerships. On top of that, I was told my $6,000 down payment would have a 2% credit card fee. Instead of being charged $6,120, I was charged $6,180 -- noticeably higher than what I was told. No explanation, no transparency, just more money out of my pocket. Between the unauthorized add-on and the inaccurate fee, I walked away feeling duped, frustrated, and misled. Buyers deserve honesty, not surprise charges and hidden products slipped into their contracts. Unprofessional, a lot of disappointment from the dealership, me being a loyal customer for more than 6 years and having purchased 2 vehicles. Let me share my story... My truck was damaged while in the custody of Napleton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Kissimmee. Since then, the dealership has attempted to repair it on more than two occasions, yet the vehicle still has minor paint defects, visible upon close inspection depending on the angle and lighting. The front air deflector remains loose, despite having been "repaired" several times, demonstrating careless work, lack of quality control, and failure to take the responsibility I expected. Throughout the repair process, I was provided with a loaner vehicle that is unsuitable for my professional work, resulting in significant financial losses for my business. Furthermore, the dealership attempted to get me to accept a payment of $750, which is completely insufficient to cover the damages and losses incurred, and asked me to sign a document to close any further claims, which I categorically refused. Today, December 20, 2025, I returned the loaner vehicle and picked up my truck, and its condition remains unacceptable. The dealership refuses to offer a real and definitive solution in writing, limiting itself to excuses and insufficient verbal proposals. After multiple visits to the service department and meetings with management, I feel completely disregarded as a customer. After buying my second vehicle and being a customer for more than 6 years, I can say that when this dealership makes a mistake, they do not act with professionalism or honesty. He downloaded all codes, assured me they'd take care of everything at no cost since I had the warranty. Then since no one was around he personally drove me back to my air bnb. On day two, they said it would be ready by the time they closed at 7pm, they called at 6:10pm and said it was ready so we traveled 20 minutes to pick it up and turns out the truck was not actually ready. I am a new jeep owner for about 3 weeks now and of course one morning starting the jeep up all the lights lit up like a Christmas tree. Not excited about taking into dealership already but it need to be checked out so I made an appointment...I heard alot of great things about Napleton Dodge Chrysler's service department in Kissimmee so I took it there. Rafael greeted me and it seemed like a normal service department visit. He wasn't very clear on how the warranty worked at Napleton Dodge Chrysler so I asked several times. All I got out of that conversation was " I will be responsible to pay $220 for a diag regardless if it's under warranty and if they don't do anywork on the jeep. I asked when I would hear from him on any updates. Rafael said it may take up to 3 days but I would hear from him. Day one passed no update. Apparently updates are done via text now. So I texed him asking about updates. Rafael said there were no updates yet because they haven't looked at it yet. So I asked about a rental as I know using Ubers to go to my job will be expensive as I stay in Winter Garden he said depending on warranty which I do have factory warranty. He said they might work with me and I need to call to set that up. I guess that's new or that's how the warranty works with Napleton Dodge Chrysler. The number he gave me was incorrect so I wasted 15 mins being on hold to be told we don't do rentals that's another department. When I was given the correct number finally they were absolutely no help. I had also asked Rafael if they would be able to deliver my jeep he never answered my text but was quick to say Diags are not covered under warranty it will be $220. Clearly Rafael was not paying attention or felt my situation was not worth the proper attention. So when I picked up the Jeep I said you guys basically cleared the codes that were stored drove it for 10 miles the codes didn't come back. No work was performed and I'm being charged $220. Rafael said yes. When looking at the final invoice the charge was $260.15. Rafael was never clear about the total including miscellaneous fees. What ever those are.. If you want upfront fees and clear unmistakable communication definitely don't take your Jeep, Chrysler or Dodge to Napleton Dodge Chrysler. Absolutely terrible experience! Extremely angry with this dealership. I wish I could give negative stars in this review. Poor poor poor communication. PLEASE AVOID COMING HERE!!! Very lengthly vent but if you read until the end you'll see why. We dropped off our vehicle Monday morning and our service rep Frazier, who is terrible at communicating was not keeping us updated. We just got our vehicle back Saturday morning however, we had to call about five times each day before finally getting an answer on what is happening with the car. We called all throughout Tuesday morning and finally got back to us and he said the batteries need to be replaced for $800 meanwhile I went to Autozone and got it replaced for $350 with a 3 year warranty. And explained the rest of the issues, and that they can be done Wednesday and the ready for pickup. heard nothing all day until we harassed them Wednesday night to hear, "Yea we thought we had the part turns out we didn't should be done tomorrow." Guess what? Was not done tomorrow and we called every hour trying to contact Frazier, and each time the front desk would say they are sorry he's away from his desk. Once I called for the last time they told me the service team left for the day. How do you say it'll be done today and leave without updating a customer when you told them their vechile would be ready? Finally, after days of not hearing from this guy Friday evening he lets me know it's ready, but I wasn't available to get it until the next morning. When I come in Saturday the battery won't start all of a sudden and he tells his buddy he put two jumper boxes on it already. Then he asks if I'm the owner and then he tells me, "yeah I put 4 jumper boxes on it and it won't start." Atypical modern car dealership as depicted in the Carvana commercial. I tried to make a deal with them - realized it was going nowhere and asked for the keys to my potential trade in back. After a half hour, i had asked for my keys back SIX TIMES. The "manager" came over and tried to push the deal. I stood, and in a loud voice, said. "I am not going to buy a car from you. I WANT MY KEYS NOW." This is the fellow who took my keys to get my vehicle "appraised." He said (I swear I am not making this up) "I don't have your keys" and pulled a pocket inside out. By this time, other prospective buyers and employees had noticed. "Go get them." I said. Manager muttered, "You don't have to be angry with me.'" I drove back to Texas and the check engine light came back on. I am at JEEP DEALERSHIP in McKinney Texas. They just diagnosed the problem. The Catalyst Converter was never replaced. The replaced a pipe that attaches to it. I was charged extra for labor and for a part that was never replaced. Total $2,886.00 This needs to be rectified. Met Moises Evoli about a week ago when i brought my dodge 2015 journey in for an evap leak issue ( from weeks ago). Got to talking. Told me maybe we can get you into a new car. I said ok, keep in touch. Well a week later, we got a 2019 Jeep Grand Cheerokee Laerdo. Moises and my family were able to test drive 3 cars and figure out which one we liked and met our budget. Throughout the long day, Moises was personable, friendly, non-aggressive and easy to talk too. The back end guys are usually the issue with the negotiations and price but Moises fought for me as much as he could and after standing my ground, we got a good deal done. I have spent since June 10th trying to get warranty approval and work done on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I started with Madison, who instructed me to bring in my Jeep for photos and a service write up on June 10th. He said it would take approximately 2 weeks to get the warranty approval and the estimate from the 3rd party paint and body company. Well 3 weeks went by and I called and was transferred to someone's voicemail. Two days later I called again same thing I was transferred to someones voicemail. I waited another 2 days for a return phone call and nothing. I sent him and email and then I called again this time I said I needed to speak to a person. Finally, the lady that I spoke with said Madison was no longer with the company and he never submitted my photos or the work order and I was not in the system at all, she then took my information again and asked if I could come that day to have photos redone. I did and came in at 1 for that appointment. Walter then helped and was in training at the time as he was a new hire. He re took the photos and said that he couldn't get into the system and had to wait for Justin Valcarcel to help him input the information and that he promised someone would call me within 24 hours to let me know everything had been done. Well, guess what NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND IT'S NOW AUGUST 26TH. I have called and called and called. I have emailed. I have called Jeep Customer Care and they get the same run around. I was recommended to your facility by a customer of yours who just purchased a Gladiator, because my dealership doesn't deal with paint and body (Airport Chrysler). If you don't want the business at least have the courtesy to tell me that instead of dragging me up there twice now for photos that are never going to be submitted. And why does NO ONE answer the phone in the service department, or ever return a phone call. It's the worst customer service I've ever received in the history of history.
