Julio made the process very simple for me. Every communication was done from my home via phone call or text message ( very convenient) I never once had to step foot in the office.. From the very beginning, there was excellent communication, walking me through each step of the way. That same day my car was picked up from my home by the tow truck to transport to Duros and they made all the arrangements . Julio came to my home to put a face to the company, I feel because I was so nervous to entrust someone I did not know with my vehicle. I immediately felt comfortable that my car would be in good hands. I was struggling with my deductible and also did not have rental car assistance on my policy. Julio assured me that he would work something out for me. A huge help was that he allowed me to use the loner /rental car from their shop. I was totally amazed, by the help and generosity. The day I got the call from my car I figured I would have to come pick it up. Needless to say they surprised me again by offering to bring my vehicle, conveniently here to my home. When my car pulled up, I swear it looked brand new. They did an amazing job on the back end of my car. The color matching was spot on and bodywork looked great.
