We had the huaraches sencillos and huaraches with chicharrón prensado, everything was so fresh and authentic. This place was just ok. I've had much better tacos elsewhere. If you're looking for a nice place to grab authentic Mexican, I would actually recommend Los Camales over this place. very slow service..myself and two co workers stopped here for lunch. We all ordered huaraches. they looked great but we all agreed they had a "funny " taste to them. These are deep fried items and it was obvious the oil had not been changed in awhile thus the off taste. Besides that they needed a bit more time in the fryer as they were very mushy and oily. Food is decent, service is slow. I walked in and ordered tacos and a burrito to-go...took 25 minutes before it was ready.

We ate here a few times on a recommendation. Love the ground beef & chicken tacos. The beans were really good. The owner seems very pleasant. The food is good and reasonably priced. Overall we found our to go spot for tacos. We are looking forward to trying more of the menu. I was pleasantly surprised that none of the meats were greasy. Worst experience ever!!! Went to this place on a Saturday for lunch with a buddy, didn't get greeted or approached until we asked for service, lady walks up to our table and goes directly to the people behind us that came in after we got seated. She takes our order which was simple tacos nothing fancy. We waited almost 45 mins and people that came in after us got served food before us. When we asked how long it will take she said it was coming out and then we proceed to wait for another 10mins to which we proceed to leave the restaurant with no food!! Been here once with my boss for work. This place serves pretty standard Mexican fare. There is really nothing that bad or that great about the food. When you see the place you pretty much know what you are getting into. Your meal will likely have Tortilla, Rice, Meat, Beans and some sort of Veg (maybe). Your table will have "eh" chips and salsa and you will order a Jarritos or a Coke of some sort. This place gets the job done but does not do better than any other standard taqueria out there. Horchata was good, service was good, but the huarache tasted like old oil and I was really disappointed. Guess I should have read reviews first as others have mentioned this. May go back to try tacos as those seem to be popular for this place. read more

My husband and I stopped her for lunch yesterday because we were waiting for my car to be detailed. He had a steak burrito, and LOVED it. He said it was very authentic. I had a ground beef taco, which was very good. I had the onion and cilantro on it--which I love, but don't see too often. We were also given two bottles of salsa--one green, one red--both good. The lunch came with chips and salsa. The lunch crowd seemed like locals who come in regularly. If in the area, I'd go back for sure. read more

Los Huarches has good Mexican food for a good price. Not the best, not by a long-shot, but steady, dependable, consistently good. And that's not nothin. It's in a strip mall, the restaurant's ambiance is prety much non-existent, and the wait service is only fair. This is *not* a place to take a date, *or* you mom. Maybe your kid brother. I've been doing carry out from here for several years and I'm definitely a fan. It also has some indoor seating with wait service, if you'd like that. The owner is a nice guy and I always see Mexican American dinners, so the reinforces my feelings that its authentic Mexican. I really love the simple avocado tostadas. read more

the food here is amazing!!! the guy that mention that he payed 24 and the portion is small is wrong, dont listen to him. They have two different quesadillas to choose from which you can get big or small. He must of been so cheap and got the small ones. but the big quesadillas are huge!!! they are hand made tortillas which is amazing! the tacos are regular size tacos. Probably the worst Mexican spot I've been too. I'm huge on salsa and they had the worst salsa ever. There's three different kinds and there's no flavor in any of them. The rice is very dry and the beans were bland. I thought the server was very nice and attentive. But that's the only nice thing I'll say about this place. read more
