The meat ratio was generous, but they were super watery and there was a pool of liquid at the bottom of my plate. The flavor of the meats was just meh, a bit diluted for good Mexican food. The only saving grace here was the shrimps which were plump and juicy, but still not enough to carry this experience. As for the food, my boss ordered appetizers for the table, which were shrimp tacos, flautas, and empanadas which were all very good! My favorite were the flautas with guac. For my main dish I went with the Chilean sea bass with a side of broccolini and rice. That sea bass was phenomenal! It had a nice sweet glaze on it with a very slit crisp texture on the top. The taco meat was flavorful and crispy. I've had better elsewhere, but these were still good. The masa tortillas were also nice and chewy and not dry and grainy. I also liked the array of condiments for the tacos. They had spicy pico de gallo as well as seasoned and pickled cucumbers and radishes which were fresh, crispy, tangy and yummy. However, the tacos were on the pricier side for street tacos at $3.25 for al pastor and asada and $4 for camarones. There's free parking nearby at the CVS the taco stand is located in front of. The service was also pretty good and the single guy running the taco stand was nice. Overall, a good experience here. I would come back since this taco stand is conveniently located near my place of residence.

Being one of those who believes burritos to be the ultimate foodstuff, I was delighted to see that the first item on that little menu was the "Rico Sauve," which turned out to be Rooster code for the DOPEST (all caps) of all breakfast burritos. Being a vegetarian, I asked if I might have my "Rico Suave" sans bacon. "No problem: everything is made to order." It arrived, shortly thereafter, all snug in its perfect tortilla, almost too hot to pick up. As soon as I took a bite, I wanted to repeat the experience, but I paused a moment to savor and to investigate. Everything was there and accounted for: the tator tots, the avocado, the cheddar and Cotija cheeses, the cilantro sauce, and, most spectacularly, the eggs, which had not been scrambled but instead lightly hard boiled so as to preserve the beautiful orange yokes. I can only imagine how good the bacon would have been. All had great flavors, but I felt like the steak picado was my least favorite, I suggest to get whatever your favorites are or try a few (they have a sampler platter on the menu which is 6 mini tacos). Wrapped it up with a refreshing melon (cantaloupe) agua fresca in the big size - I saw him scoop it out from near the bottom, it was very pulpy but excellent. I parked at a meter on the street (read all signs carefully) and Beverly Hills public parking lots are a few blocks away if you need one.
