I would like to file an official complaint about the cashier who was working on July 9 at around 7:00 PM. He was a young man with curly hair. When I arrived at the pickup window, I was there before the customer. The cashier had already started packing my delivery order and only needed to put in a couple more staples, which would have taken about 10 seconds. Instead of finishing the order and handing it to me, he left it unfinished and went to help the customer. I had to wait about 15 minutes before he came back, finished stapling the bag, and finally gave me the order. This unnecessary delay caused the food to get cold and made the customer wait longer for their delivery. I believe this is unacceptable and could have been avoided by simply taking 10 seconds to finish packing the order before leaving. I also believe the customer should be informed that their order was unnecessarily delayed because the cashier chose not to finish packing it before walking away. Please review this incident and take appropriate action to prevent similar situations in the future.

This food truck is I always see the food truck parked in the Culver City area so we decided to try it. Well worth it! We parked in the adjoining parking lot and ordered. You select either bowl, plate or combo. I selected the bowl and you get one side. The sides are veggies, white or fried rice, garlic or yakisoba noodles. There are other types of bowls, Korean bbq, appetizers, etc as well. Tofu was offered as a protein. Afterwards you pick the sauce and it's given to you in a container. The prices were decent and so were the portion sizes. Taste was great! Lots of flavor! We didn't have to wait too long, maybe 10-15 mins for it to be made to order.

The food was really good. I got the seafood trio over veggies and garlic noodles. And while I liked all of it I was surprised how good the noodles were. The young lady that took my order was very nice and the staff looked like they were enjoying themselves. The food did take a bit after I ordered but I much prefer food that takes awhile and tastes great to quick and blah This is a food truck so don't expect much in the way of ambience. Get your food and go. No dining here.

So this was hands down some of the best hibachi I've ever had. It was buttery but not oily, fresh lobster not rubbery. The steak was seasoned well and the shrimps were juicy and big Prices are normal it's steak and seafood don't expect a $20 dollar meal if you're not ready to spend at least 45 here but you're still able too if you want But yes the food is very delicious My husband and I got 2 plates and we ate on it for 2 days

I ordered from Felix's Hibachi Grill through DoorDash and took advantage of their 2-for-1 garlic noodles special, along with two orders of fried rice for myself and my daughter. The food tasted great, no complaints there. However, about 30 minutes or more after eating only the noodles, I started feeling hot and nauseous. I ended up with severe diarrhea and vomiting at the same time--it was awful and felt like I was going to die. Oddly enough, my daughter didn't experience any issues even though we ate the same meal. I'm not sure if it was cross-contamination or something else, but this will definitely be my last time ordering from here. The owner tried to convince my daughter to get me to change my review because their son and my daughter are friends. This was my experience you get some good ones and you get some bad ones. Accept it!

I was so impressed with Felix's Hibachi Grill! I even got to meet Felix which was very exciting and made it more personable. He's so young and passionate and provided great service. I had a combination plate with filet mignon and chicken with fried rice and veggies. It was cooked and flavored to perfection. A good Portion too! It did not need any sauces but of course I tried some. I also got a side of the garlic noodles which I actually didn't care for as much as the rest of the meal. It's a food truck so it's always to go as there is nowhere to eat. I will definitely order from here again if I'm in the neighborhood. Highly recommend! read more

I went to Felix's Hibachi Grill last night and placed my order at 9:50 PM. I was told the wait time would be 10-12 minutes--very specific. Instead, I waited 40 minutes. About 20 minutes in, the young owner popped out to confirm my order, even though the person who ordered right after me had already gotten his food. I checked in again later and was told I was "up in a couple minutes," while they were clearly prioritizing a dozen pickup orders. When I finally got my food, my "medium" steak was completely overcooked and dry. The chicken was okay, but the rice and noodles were borderline inedible. I woke up with an upset stomach and genuinely regret not canceling after the first 30 minutes. For $34 (two proteins, two sides, and a can of Coke), the quality was nowhere near what you'd expect. Based on my experience, the good reviews here must be from late-night munchies rather than people who care about food. I won't be back. read more

Ordered the trio plate with filet mignon, scallops and chicken. HANDS DOWN the best hibachi I've had! The fried rice was made fresh along with the other upscale ingredients. The "yum yum" sauce is amazing and pairs the whole plate off perfectly. I also tried the soft shell crab which was delicious and tender! Service is excellent and owner is super nice. 100% coming back, I wish I lived in the LA area to have this every other day! 11/10 read more

If you don't get sauce, pretty dry and brittle. I believe if I may have ordered with extra sauce it would have been better, but it did the best it could. It's not Benihana, but a cool food truck to have when you're craving hibachi, just sauce it up. Dry chicken and steak is not the tea. read more

I ordered the single plate with 1 meat and 2 sides. I chose chicken, fried rice and veggies. The service was friendly and I like that they give you a bunch of sauces. However, after picking up my order and driving from Culver City to Silver Lake, I get home and my order is wrong. It's impossible to check since it's in a bowl, I had to dig to the bottom to realize there is no rice. So unfortunate because that was the sole reason I wanted to try it. The chicken and veggies were ok but I think it would have been better if I got what I ordered, especially having to pay $20 for just chicken and broccoli. read more

It's unfortunate to leave 1 star especially since food is good . Last two times I ordered online it seems like my order was forgotten. This was never an issue before . The cashier told me that since her iPad doesn't ring, she wasn't aware of the online orders placed . But that shouldn't become a customer concern since that is the responsibility of cashier .
