Just sort of average. Nice people but the food could be a bit better. A decent option if you're there already.

It's…read moremade in-house and has the perfect crisp on the outside while still being soft and fresh inside. The bread alone really sets their sandwiches apart. On our first visit, the cashier highly recommended the Di Parma, so of course we had to try it. It comes with 18-month Prosciutto di Parma, handmade burrata, fresh pesto, truffled cream, chopped pistachios, and baby arugula. Such a good combo. Everything tasted fresh and balanced, and the truffled cream and pistachios added just enough richness without overpowering the prosciutto and burrata. We decided to try Lorenzo since we'd heard so much about their sandwiches too, but it just didn't hit the spot for us the way Mamie did. We found ourselves comparing it back to the Di Parma the entire time. Mamie has definitely become our go-to when we're craving a really good Italian sandwich. If it's your first time, get the Di Parma! :)

The bread is continually baked throughout service so you are guaranteed fresh bread for your sandwich. It's apparently the chef's nonnna' recipe, too. The bread MADE the sandwich. The fillings were fine. I felt the tuna sandwich was carelessly made and the ingredients were just slapped on instead of being evenly spread so you get a little bit of everything with each bite. Some bites were all Calabrian chile and no tuna and some bites were all tuna and no chile. My companion loved the Rimini more. This might be a one and done for me. If I'm paying $20 for a sandwich, it's gotta wow me like the Lorenzo at Lorenzo.

Their mozzarella sandwich is a masterpiece with Fresh Ovoline Mozzarella, Avocado, Alfalfa Sprouts, Pickled Red Onion and a delicious Za'atar Spread. What makes it stand out as one of the best sandwiches in LA is the bread. They make their own focaccia several times a day and it is divine. Probably the only other place that can dare to match their creations is La Zucca at the Beverly Hills Cheese Store. Some of our other favorites is the tuna sandwich. Service is always on point and the sandwich travels well for consuming it at home. There isn't a ton of space to sit, but there is some counter style seating. Tip: Their menu is limited by choice. Check their Daily specials (Sandwich of the Day) for inspiration. They have 3 kids sandwiches (all are meat based). Tip: The biggest challenge is parking, sometimes metered parking is available. Otherwise, park for free in neighborhood streets away from Montana. It's a pleasant walk.

The bread was crunchy, arugula fresh, and the pesto mayonnaise was great. However, it almost felt a little....underseasoned? I wish it had a bit more of a punch to it. You do get a good amount of food for what you're paying for, but personally, I'd rather go to All'Antico Vinaio in Venice and get a sandwich that costs a little bit more, but you get more food and a better seasoning. I'd go here again if I was in a pinch, but personally wouldn't try again.

Their fried chicken sandwich is hands down one of the best I've had, it's the reason I keep coming back. Every meal I've had has been great, but that's my go-to order. Highly recommend if you're looking for consistently great food, excellent service, and a spot you'll want to come back to again and again.

Me and my significant other came inside to grab a drink at the bar and we were denied service because her shoulders were showing. I'm in utter disbelief. It's not like we are coming to a Michelin star dining establishment. This was extremely uncalled for. Especially as a repeat customer. I've been coming here for over 10 years!! Safe to say I will never come back to this location or even South Beverly grill. Not to mention it's 90 degrees outside at 3pm. As a foodie who dined at many Michelin restaurants (you can check my credentials on this app) I.E providence , ossteria mozza, le berniden, citrin, nozawa bar. But at Honor bar we are denied a drink cause my Latina brown skinned girlfriend was showing shoulder. And for context it's not like she was wearing LA casual sports wear. She was in designer capris and a top with expensive jewelry on (I am a jeweler by trade) I am appalled. Here's the kicker. I'm Jewish and they asked me to take my hat off when I can not for religious purposes. This is discrimination on another level.

This review is solely about 2 matcha drinks, lol…read more I asked for the pink guava matcha and then asked the barista / cashier why it wasn't listed on the menu. She didn't have an answer. I enjoyed my beverage. I would have enjoyed more guava syrup or guava compote. Not sure what they use. I returned a few hours later and got the strawberry lavender matcha. I requested extra strawberry compote (very sweet) but I was able to taste the lavender through it as well. I guess I enjoy the pink guava matcha over the strawberry lavender matcha. Presentation on both drinks were well executed. They have a new iced Chai matcha. Barista shared she is not a fan... Can't speak about any food items because I haven't ordered nor tried any food items yet. Matcha was $6 which I thought was reasonable. I'm excited to try some pastries and hot items soon!

Knowing that my mom and I decided to eat here while shopping at Bloomingdale's. . First of all the menu has four sandwiches, two salads , soup and wings. Not much to choose from like the other location. The burgers my son and mom got were average tasting, no flavor whatsoever. I ordered the Tuscan wrap, it's with chicken. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, I like cranberries in my sandwiches but the dried figs made it really sweet so I had to take it out. The wrap was good, I enjoyed it with the fries which were perfectly made. I honestly wasn't thrilled with our lunch and without any drinks it cost us $75. Plus tip ... But at least the cafe and bar section are still in the mix, so I went ahead and ordered my latte. CSA (Customer service All Stars) not pictured was Dianna and Erick.
