The bbq sauce it comes with tastes homemade and was sweet, vinegary and just right! The Mac and cheese was on par with a usual bbq joint and was tasty. The Texas twinkies were quite honestly one of the most interesting, rich, delectable little fireturds I've ever popped in my mouth. Halfed seeded jalapeño, filled with brisket cream cheese mixture, wrapped in thick cut smokehouse bacon brushed with bbq sauce and cooked up just right to give it a nice glaze of sugar and crunch.
