The jamaica isn't overly sweet, and the lady brings house-made chips and a dish of salsa when you sit down. What's not to love? I got a wet burrito, and my dad got a 'mole rojo con carne de res' (sorry can't translate it). Food was cooked in a timely manner and both dishes were delicious! I actually met the owners son at a Kiwanis Scholarship Awards meeting. The owners of this restaurant have a English speaking son who was instrumental in helping his parents get through all the red-tape of getting a retail business in Glendale started. It's hard enough trying to get a business started, yet-alone being Latino and primarily Spanish-speaking without a history of opening a business.
