The aloo parathas and paneer parathas were soft, generously stuffed, and delicious - The paneer bhurji was rich and well-seasoned, and the malai soya chaap was incredibly tender with a creamy sauce. The veg biryani was especially impressive fluffy rice, plenty of paneer, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The samosa chaat was a perfect balance of crispy, tangy, and spicy, and the kids absolutely loved the mango lassis - refreshing, and not overly sweet. The two bibis preparing the food were especially kind, loving, and welcoming. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were enjoying a home-cooked meal with family. If you're looking for excellent vegetarian Indian food, this place is definitely worth a visit. Great food, generous portions, and we'll definitely be coming back!

The paranthas are jumbo in size, one can easily pass for two regular paranthas. They were served with a generous amount of butter, pickle and Boondi Raita. We also ordered palak paneer and kadhai paneer which were both good but kadhai paneer had gravy like shahi paneer which was unexpected but still good. The chai was the best part. We hadn't had chai in the last one week and this tea refreshed our souls. Didn't take any food pictures because we were very hungry. They also have small seating in a real school bus. What an experience! Pricing is reasonable. Highly recommend.

We ordered the Bakersfield Picante noodles and the Hibachi Shrimp. Now some of the reviews on here are claiming small portion size. Well let me set that record straight. The bag was so heavy I almost dropped them when he handed it to me. Now to the food. I'm going to start with the rice and move my was up. First. Wow. It's really nice to have someone who really knows how to make fried rice. Moist without being greasy flavorful and plentiful! Next came the veggies, a great mix of carrots, zucchini , bell Peppers and onions. Cooked and crisp at the same time. Perfectly seasoned and not mushy. I was impressed.... Moving up the ladder of delish I had the picante noodles... and I must say.. simply amazing. Soft to the bite and perfectly chewy. Covered in a picante sauce ( hence the name) that was just short of sublime. Now. The star of the show. The shrimp and scallops. Cooked to perfection and PLENTIFUL! there was as much protein as there was veggies...It was amazing. We had the Hibachi shrimp as well... everything I just said about the Picante noodles... goes for the Hibachi. ( saving you a little time here) So if you are looking for fantastic food, and want to support a VETERAN OWNED LOCAL BUSINESS! This is the place. Great food. Great service. Get down here already! P.S. I didn't take pictures of the food because I was Hungary. Next time!!!!
